Hitta 4-stjärniga hotell i Selva

Vi är besvikna vi har varit boende i ett gymnastikrum vi kunde inte använda badrummet samtidigt på bekostnad av att bli skämda, till ett pris vi betalade över 300€ detta är oacceptabelt. Dessutom hade rummet ingen sas och gav på korridoren vilket gjorde henne mycket bullrande och vår natt blev mycket störd. Jag tror inte att gå vidare genom din webbplats för att boka eftersom vi har bosatt 3 gånger i detta hotell genom att gå genom andra webbplatser och det har aldrig hänt. Hjärtat J.B.

This is an amazing location! Love the views and the cleanliness of the hotel, it’s very convenient too as it’s right above the restaurant, it’s has local mart and pharmacy just right beside! Nevertheless the view are just amazing, I wish to stay more nights here.

Läget är bekvämt, några minuters promenad från busstationen. På nedervåningen finns butiker där du kan shoppa avslappnat. Det är inte långt från slottsstranden, vilket är bekvämare och mer prisvärt. Frukosten är okej, variationen är inte särskilt rik, men det finns champagne, ost och skinka är gott. Det finns en liten balkong där du kan sitta och torka dina våta baddräkter på fritiden. Glömde att ta bilder av hotellet, med några bilder av det omgivande landskapet.

The food is fabulous. We tried the dinner and breakfast buffet, both are fantastic!! Highly recommend the dinner buffet, they provided unlimited seafood and cooked right in front of you and unlimited dessert.they kept refilling dessert even after 9:30pm. (The dinner lasts from 7:30-9:30pm)I like the chef as he always smiled and give us a generous amount of food! There were yummy steak, pork, salmon, cheese, salmoni. And for the dessert, they also got ice cream and chocolate waterfall!!!! Really recommend ordering their dinner and is really worth it!

Tout était parfait la vue sur mer est superbe et l’emplacement de l’hôtel , propreté des chambres impeccable. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux . Le seul problème le jacuzzi et la piscine intérieur au Rooftop était froide . Tout le reste parfait

First the positives, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The outdoor spaces were beautiful. We didn't keep the air conditioning on because the system was old-fashioned, the machine made a really loud noise and the blowing was quite strong. However, the biggest minus was that the gym's age limit was 18. I would recommend setting it to, for example, 14 because young people are keen exercisers. Likewise, the spa was a disappointment because the children couldn't get there. It was also a surprise that the hardest sunbathing spot was forbidden to children. If you don't want families with children in your hotel, it would be good to let them know.

The place was amazing, we saw a fox in the wild, it’s calm, almost no one, good food, nice people. 10/10, we we’re so relaxed. The check-in/check-out however isn’t always open, as they say it is, so we had to check-out, but we could pay online after.

Останавливались в эттм отеле с тех пор как он ещё был в составе сети Allegria. Этот раз был последним. При новых хозяевах отель превращается в молодёжную общагу (с ночными воплями, хлопаньем дверьми, потасовками после ночных клубов). Соответственно, включённое в проживание питание тоже упростилось до уровня общажной столовки. В Ллоретт-де-Мар есть гостиница типа молодёжной общаги с несравненно более доступной ценой: Hotel Clipper.

The hotel is ok, but the service is quite bad. There are no people at the reception, so I communicated with them via what's up. While they claim 24h support, they don't respond in the evenings. The what's app bot is terrible: every time you start convesation, you recieve a few messages from bot, which are completely useless, connecting directly to people would have been way more convinient. Also the support itself is not great at some aspects, like I informed them in the beginning of our stay that the light above the bed works badly, like it works for short time, then it stops and asked to change the bulb, which they didn;t do during the whole duration of our stay. In some cases they were helpful, I must admit, but nothing special. The breakfasts are also quite bad and below from what you expect from 4 stars hotel (even in 3 starts in Spain I got better breakfasts). Overall, this electronic receptions feels very liveless. The condition of the hotel is also quite poor. Like there is massive hole in the ceiling in the passage close to the restaraunt, bucket under this hole and it doesn;t seem like they are going to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel.
