Last-minute booking for a staycation, and overall, it met my expectations. The room was very spacious, and not having a balcony was fine for a short stay. The small kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, crockery, kettle and all necessary details well taken care of. I particularly liked the shower, which had strong water pressure and flow. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The only downside was the bed—it was too soft for someone with back pain. However, given the price, it was a great stay. Recommended if you don’t mind a softer bed.

Its nice hotel with amazing location, but i think the problem is about app but not about hotel…. We booked room with 2 separated beds, which they didnt have. And they gave us 2 beds in horrible smocked room 🤢 later on we’ve booked different room, but they didnt give us 2 beds but gave 1 queen, which was too small for us….

The apartment was very well located near the town centre. The staff were lovely - good communication before we arrived and looked after us so well while we were there - checked us in early and looked after our bags after checkout on the final day before our evening trip back to the airport. The accommodation was spacious - would easily have slept 4 if we'd used the sofa bed. Actually we hardly used the sitting room. Everything was very clean and tidy - daily room service. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a bonus. Plenty of cups and glasses - but no cutlery or plates, so although the kitchen area was set up for cooking, making a meal wouldn't have been easy. As we were only there for the weekend it wasn't an issue for us. Reception is not 24 hours though it looked simple enough to get instructions for key safe etc for late arrivals. Very good security around access to the building. It was expensive, but it was the film festival, so actually we were grateful to find any accommodation with vacancy for a late booking. Would definitely go back.

Hej, jag är väldigt nöjd med min vistelse. Personalen som arbetar i receptionen är bedårande, väldigt vänliga, hjälpsamma och uppmärksamma. Jag älskar det, jag kommer tillbaka. Det är mitt favorithotell 🥰

Nice breakfast, room a bit small but clean. hard to find free street parking around although there is a paid underground parking within 2 mins on foot

The hotel is in a great location – comfortable and peaceful. The rooftop pool is fantastic, and towels are provided. Vesna  was outstanding  kind, calm, and explained everything we needed. Unfortunately, our experience with Yasmin was not pleasant – she raised her voice and was unprofessional. The elevator is slow, and the room key cards often didn’t work. Still, thanks to Vesna and the rooftop pool, our stay was enjoyable.

Vi bokade detta ställe för poolerna, spaet och parkeringen. Vid ankomsten fick vi veta att parkeringen var full, vi åt inte frukost trots att jag visade bevis i appen och i mina mejl. Efter att ha kommit till ”vårt rum” upptäckte vi att det redan var upptaget (det låg ett bagageutrymme på sängen) och vi fick veta att någon hade uppgraderats till vårt rum på övre våningen med frukost och att vi fick deras rum på nedre våningen (utan frukost, vilket skulle förklara den inledande förvirringen). De bad om ett kreditkort för minikylskåpet, men vårt minikylskåp var tomt. Vi hade inte tillräckligt med handdukar och jag var bokstavligen tvungen att ta med dem upp själv. Övre våningen/utomhuspoolen (oke på första bilden av hotellet) måste bokas samma dag och har endast 10 platser utan bokningsgräns per person och spaet/massagen var fullbokade (med bara en 30-minuters tillgänglig kl. 07:15 och vi är ett par). Det behöver knappast sägas att vi inte fick njuta av någon av dem. Vi använde bastun och det fanns inga handdukar, även om det var obligatoriskt att använda i bastun enligt deras skylt, inget vatten för att återfukta och inget vatten att hälla på stenarna för ånga. Vi gick inte till inomhuspoolen från början på grund av skrikande/ropande barn, trots att det fanns skyltar med instruktioner för ett lugnt och avkopplande område. Ärligt talat känner jag mig som att vi blev lurade 😪 skulle aldrig bo där igen och önskar verkligen att vi bokat ett annat ställe, särskilt med tanke på det stora utbudet av vackra hotell i området. Dessutom hade rummet ingen taklampa utan bara en stämningslampa. Vår blinkade konstant så vi stängde av den och tillbringade vår tid i halvmörkret (rum 325). Frukosten var god och personalen trevlig. Vi pratade med Joao (vid ankomsten med det stora missödet var han mycket hjälpsam och bad om ursäkt många gånger), Manal och Nabil och de var alla fantastiska och mycket hjälpsamma.
