We really enjoyed our stay, great location and Céline was so friendly and kind. The room is very comfortable, relaxing, well laid out and very clean. The breakfasts were wonderful each day and she found some great vegan options for me. The hot tub is a unique addition too. We’d definitely recommend! :)

Jag älskade verkligen det här hotellet! Det är väldigt rymligt, nästan som en lägenhet, med kök, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, kylskåp och gott om skåp – perfekt för att förvara kläder och andra tillhörigheter. Badrummet är rymligt och har ett torkutrymme. Det ligger mycket nära tunnelbanestationen; Lilles tågstation ligger bara en kort promenad bort, cirka tio minuter. Lilles gamla stadsdel ligger inte heller långt; en promenad runt och tillbaka tar bara cirka två timmar. Den berömda restaurangen Chicoree ligger precis bredvid, och det är alltid en lång kö på kvällarna. Hotellets lobby var specialinredd under OS, vilket skapade en underbar atmosfär, och gratis kaffe finns tillgängligt från morgon till kväll. Jag kommer definitivt att bo här nästa gång jag är i Lille.

The receptions are really helpful, she is pro-active to assist before l asked for my wises. The room is bigger than standard as it has an extra sofa which can turn into additional bed and also a extra table for snacks. The WC is seperate from the shower, and you can take a shower with either a stand-bath or shower-tub. But most important is hygiene and they are doing really well. The location is right next to station and also shopping mall EuraLille. The breakfast is not amazing as not much warm meals you can choose from beside scrambled eggs and mini Bratwurst however there are enough various for breakfast.

Det finns ett bra ställe, men hygienen är inte bra.När du går in i rummet finns det ett lås, och sedan upptäcks det att det finns ett lås 😢 sovrum design är konstigt, ingen låsbild och lås är torrt.Det finns många hotell på Trip.com-plattformen, vilket är det sämsta stället för upplevelse. Till följd av två på varandra följande hotellplattformar var det inte möjligt att meddela hotellet att öppna  stängda sängar enligt reservationen.Hotellet har inte reserverats alls. Lyckligtvis är hotellet fortfarande snabbt, det tar bara cirka 15 minuter att fördröja.Det verkar vara små, men upplevelsen är verkligen dålig.

It’s superbly located and is very clean and modern. Excellent shower and bedding. Lovely warm friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent with eggs, smoked salmon croissant granola and plenty of yoghurts and cheeses. Very pleased with our stay. The only issue is it may be slightly loud on the weekend as you are in a busy district but we kept the windows shut and AC on so it really was no trouble

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

The staff members were so nice. However, when I asked them to help keep my luggage, they just opened a room door for me and asked me to put my luggage by myself, and when I wanted to get back my luggage, they asked me to take it on my own without even looking at what I was doing. I think they should at least give out a tag or something and mark down our luggage, what if someone comes in and steal the luggage?

*Hotel rooms are very old compared to other Novotels! * Reservation was made with the child, but they did not prepare the sofa bed. They prepare it in other novotels. *They charged breakfast for the child! Normally the children should be free in Novotels!! I paid 18€ extra!!
