Läget är nära Nice flygplats, vilket är mycket bekvämt. Spårvagns- och busshållplatserna ligger precis utanför hotellet, så du har enkel tillgång till flygplatsen och till Nice, Cannes och andra platsers centrum. Hotellet var överlag rent. De gjorde ett bra jobb med rummen, som var ganska rymliga, bara det att det var lite förvirring om vilka glasflaskor som var rena eller smutsiga utanför, nära vattenmaskinen, vilket är det enda sättet att få dricksvatten till rummet. De rena flaskorna skulle vara ovanpå maskinen utanför, nära hissen, men jag var osäker på om de flaskorna faktiskt var rena. Servicen var mycket bra, personalen i receptionen var mycket hjälpsam. Det blev en liten oro när vi först anlände, eftersom hotellet sa att de inte hade vår bokning i sitt system (som jag hade betalat fullt ut för i informationen på Trip.com). De ringde några telefonsamtal, och vi lyckades få de 2 rum som vi bokat för oss fem (2 vuxna, 3 barn). Jag bör påpeka att de sa att jag hade tur att de hade sina två sista rum tillgängliga, som de behåller för sådana nödsituationer. Jag betalade inte för frukost, men vi åt frukost där två gånger, och om en vuxen köper frukost (19 euro) är barnen gratis. Det fungerade bra för oss, och barnen njöt av frukosten, liksom de vuxna. Det finns en pool, som är liten till medelstor, och även om vi inte använde den såg vi att många andra njöt av poolen. Gymmet var hyfsat stort, men det fanns inga fria vikter, vilket jag gärna använder, så jag använde inte gymmet. Restaurangen som är ansluten till hotellet är bara öppen måndag till fredag, och menyn är begränsad. Det finns inte ett stort utbud av restauranger i närheten, men du kan beställa från andra längre bort, även om du kommer att märka att de gör misstag. Sammantaget ett bra val för ett rimligt hotell nära flygplatsen med god tillgång till städerna runt omkring.

I had a couple days available and quickly decided to spend them in the South of France. I haven't been there for years, about time to catch up. And it was a wonderful time, the hotel is located absolutely perfect, only minutes to the beaches, to the restaurant and to the main shopping streets. As I also took some time to jump over to Monte Carlo, Cannes and Grasse, it turned out that the Gare de Ville, the main train station also is just located like a 10 minute walk. Absolutely wonderful, no need for a taxi, or Uber or anything, everything possibleby foot. The rooms at the hotel are not necessarily the latest fashion and one can say for sure a bit used, but well, all I need is a good and clean bed, and it was very comfortable for a good night rest. The bathroom had all the needed accessories like hair dryer, and more importantly, a good hot shower. Needless to say that the team at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always have a smile for you. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I surely will try to get there again when in Nice next time!

The staff (Noreen, Isa, Diame, Claudia, David and Charles) at Hotel Riviera Collection are very friendly and helpful. They take the time to provide extremely helpful travel tips in addition to their excellent service. Highly recommended.

The hotel calls itself a 4 star one, but for 4 star, there should be a mini-fridge and a kettle in a room. Other than that, our stay was good.

Overall, the hotel is decent, but for this price range, there are many options in Nice with cleaner and better-maintained rooms. We stayed for 2 nights, which was acceptable, but for a longer stay we would have appreciated more comfort. Pros: Excellent quality pillows and mattresses. Clean bed linen — many thanks to the staff for this! Cons: I hope the hotel management reads this. Room 101: The shower partition needs to be replaced — it is no longer watertight and leaks through the sliding doors as they don’t close properly. The showerhead should be moved to the wall on the right to make it easier to take a comfortable shower. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the curtains were dirty — cleaning standards need to be more strictly enforced. The desk lamp on the left cannot be turned on independently from the main room light, which is inconvenient when you want to work in the evening with softer lighting. The location is good, but it’s noisy both outside and in the corridor. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming — we truly appreciated that!

We had a wonderful stay at Pam Hotel Nice, spending four amazing nights there in April. The hotel is in a perfect location — very close to the train station (ideal for exploring the beautiful nearby towns), the port, and Place Garibaldi, with plenty of great dining options around. It is also within easy walking distance to the Old Town and not far from the main shopping and tourist areas. We explored the city entirely on foot, and everything was easily accessible, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. Our room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable — exactly what we needed as a base for our trips around the area. We didn’t try the breakfast, as we preferred to visit local cafés, but for the purpose of a comfortable and restful stay, the hotel absolutely met and exceeded our expectations. A special compliment goes to the Bulgarian lady at the Front Office — she was very professional, kind, and helpful, making our experience even more pleasant. Overall, a great choice in Nice, and we would definitely recommend it!

Hotellet är litet, men beläget i gamla stan vid vattnet – bara några steg från English Embankment. Hamnen ligger 15 minuters promenad bort. Vi fick ett tystare rum, enligt vår begäran – allt var bekvämt och snyggt, även om vi hade velat att det hade varit lite högre i tak. Frukosten var ganska bra, med ett brett utbud. Personalen var mycket artig och välkomnande.

Very nice service, clean room and facilities in good condition. The position is great with only 2 mins walk to the train station. Convenient area with restaurants opening from 8am to 11pm. Best choice for train trip to suburb area around Nice. Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out. Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget.

Sorry to say it's not worth what I've spent. Being 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids under 3yo) the ”family room” is insufficient in terms of overall space, size of main bed, and comfort of couch/bed. The room is a typical single room with one additional couch. Once the couch is open, there is no space to walk. The main bed is queen-sized, and the sofa is even smaller, and it is very, very uncomfortable. I consider it an inferior room, considering I've paid +500€ per night. Position-wise, the hotel is quite far from the center (5-6 tram stops) and very close to the airport, so you could hear the planes landing and taking off quite often. I'm not a big fan of beaches with pebbles, but Nice is like this. What is very unfortunate is that the beach in front of the hotel only opens at 10 a.m., which is just too late for a family travelling to the seaside in summer. The breakfast was very good.
