I’m someone that loves to explore luxury boutique hotels and to indulge in every character and detail the property wishes to present to its guests. Hotel Florida has done an impeccable job from very attentive and helpful pre travel communications, check-in, to check-out. Everyone I met at the property made me want to smile and praise such a good day. Big applaud to keep such consistency on the concept and design quality. The bedding / fabric is so so comfy. I would certainly love to come back for the same room or experience a different suite!

We loved our stay here. Location was superb for seeing all the main sites. The hotel was clean, quiet and refined. Staff were friendly and more than happy to assist. We chose not to pre-book breakfast here as there were many beautiful cafes nearby to walk to each morning. Loved our small suite. It was very small but we were only really sleeping there so it didn’t matter. Would 100% stay here again,

Tillgänglighet och plats: Vi var medvetna om att Montmarte är en bergsbygd, cobblad plats, därför skulle ankomst- och avrestaxi eller Uber vara det bekvämaste sättet med stora bagage. Det är fantastiskt beläget inom gångavstånd från fantastiska barer, restauranger och huvudsymter på Montmarte. Om 450-550 meter inom Metro stops of Lamarck och Chateau Rouge. Renhet: Det rum vi var i hade en liten kroppslukt vid ankomsten, vilket var besviket.Tack och lov kan fönstren öppnas så att problemet lösts. Bekvämlighet: sängar och pilar var bekväma. Tjänst: Bra frukostservice.Personalen var välkommen och uppmärksam.Bra mynt tvättservice.

Really like this Hotel, the service is great, staffs are so kind and warm and helpful during our 5 nights staying. The room is small but cute, only thing is the roof is a bit low cause we are on the 1st floor. Location is so convenient which accelerates our visiting in Paris!

衞生 位置 和設施都很好 但是唯一不滿意的是定的最貴的房型 就是為了靠街邊的陽台拍照好看 結果被安排到最轉角的內側的房間 和前台説明情況但卻告知説 以為check in晚來所以靠窗邊的房間都被安排完了 可是很荒謬的是 我和我朋友11點就在前台放行李 那時候酒店説不可以辦理入住要等到三點 看了網路上都推薦這家 因為陽台好看 總之蠻失望的 早餐 還行吧 中規中矩 感覺四星酒店可以做的很好

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

In Depth Experience Report of LYF Gambetta Hotel Paris - A Genuine Guest's Pleasant Surprise Introduction: As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels across France, choosing the LYF brand this time upon a friend’s recommendation was a completely new experience. As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations. Facilities: The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more. The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity! Service: It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience. Safety & Transportation: Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant. Dining: Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient. Booking Recommendation: Ideal for travelers seeking an ”authentic local living” experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit. Final Thoughts: Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!

The hotel is quite good, have water machine outside the room, complimentary sparkling water, and offers a stunning view of Eiffel Tower from the rooftop.

Personalens bemötande är inte dåligt, men det känns som att de har det kämpigt på grund av personalbrist. Väntesystemet behöver förbättras. 3. Du måste släppa dina förväntningar på att vara garanterad utsikt. Rummet med utsikt över Eiffel är en välsignelse i förklädd. Jag hade låga förväntningar och var nöjd, men jag tror att Eiffeltornet kommer att vara ganska skymt av de som tilldelats fronten. Jag tror att du kan bli väldigt besviken eller arg med tanke på priset. 4. Du kan beställa rumsservice med hjälp av surfplattan på rummet. Det som är lite konstigt är att de bara har en hamburgermeny, så när jag ringde för att fråga fick jag höra att andra menyer inte skulle dyka upp förrän vid 7-tiden. Det är verkligen sant, men det skulle vara bekvämt om du kunde markera det på menyn i förväg och ta förbeställningar. Ändå kunde jag skriva ett förfrågan, så jag fick en ishink och ett glas champagne. Det finns förresten inga vinglas eller vinöppnare i lokalen. Detta är otroligt för ett franskt hotell. Jag tror att jag debiterades en separat avgift när jag begärde rumsservice, men jag är inte säker. 5. Frukosten är bra. Personalservicen är också bra. Att ge ut ett visitkort och be om en recension från Google verkar ändå inte vara något du skulle göra på ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. 6. Sammantaget är det ett bra hotell, men om du bokar till ett högt pris och förväntar dig utsikt över Eiffel kan du bli besviken. *** Hotellet måste tydligt skilja mellan Eiffelutsikt och Delvis Eiffelutsikt och ge en rimlig prisskillnad. De flesta av de missnöjda recensionerna är relaterade till utsikten, men det är inte rättvist att ta ut samma pris under ursäkten att det inte kan tilldelas alla.

Anständigt hotell - bra för priset men inte riktigt ett 4-stjärnigt hotell enligt min mening. Platsen var okej. Det är relativt lätt att ta sig dit (10 minuters promenad från tunnelbanan, i slutet av linjen 4 Porte de Clignancourt) men det är egentligen inte något i sig och miljön var inte trevlig. För mitt rum, storleken var tillräcklig men var ganska grundläggande och renlighet lämnade lite att önska (det fanns ett slumpmässigt långt hår på min handduk?). Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam men.
