"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Flanelles Paris near Gare du Nord. The hotel was stylish, quiet, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff were warm and attentive, always happy to help. Being close to Gare du Nord made travel super easy, and the area had plenty of local cafés and shops to explore and we discovered the incredible croissant spot nearby: Carton Paris. This bakery won the prestigious Best Croissant of Grand Paris award in 2022 & 2024. A charming and convenient place to stay—highly recommended!"

"Lift on the upper floors wasn't working, we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. Shower and sink were in the bedroom, the remainder of the bedroom was too small to open a suitcase on the floor. The panel to connect a laptop to the TV wasn't working. Really friendly service, but 260€/night was way too expensive for such a glorified shoebox."

"We stayed near the Arc de Triomphe the night before, but honestly, that hotel couldn’t compare — this one was so much better. It’s located in a residential area of Paris, giving it a more local, everyday vibe. Although it’s not as lively, there are plenty of nice cafés nearby. The elevator was honestly the smallest I’ve ever seen (said with a laugh). Unlike most hotels where you tap your card and use a key, here the front desk actually recommends leaving your key with them when you go out. The room was more spacious than expected, and they reserved one with a view of the Eiffel Tower for us which made us so happy, especially since it was our first time in Paris. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, offering great advice and assisting us with small things. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The only downside was that the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, but since we walked all over Paris during the day and fell asleep instantly at night, it didn’t really bother us much."

Särskilt tjejerna 👧 som arbetar i receptionen🌹👍. Alltid under dagen för gästerna dukar de bordet med diverse sötsaker och vatten! Om vattnet i rummet tog slut! På -1:a våningen finns ett rum där man kan ta henne till rummet, det är så tråkigt för en!!!
Jag gick ner till -1:a våningen och blandade ihop dörren, chefer arbetar där! Tjejen är väldigt söt och trevlig, hon visade mig allt!

"I stayed here for business trip. Very convenient to go places within& outskirts of Paris, grocery & supermarkets, local wine shop, restaurants that open until late — all nearby. Easy to get subway or taxi. Room & bathroom clean and room size just enough for one person’s stay. Breakfast was moderate(same as any other hotel). I wish I could stay above than 2nd floor next time, I stayed on the ground floor room because I booked very last minute, I woke up due to the sounds of people eating breakfast and the irresistible smell of croissant! I wish they gave free water bottle because I got a bit thirsty during the night.
Overall cost-effective, good location for my purpose, pleasant stay."

"Beläget i stadens centrum är det litet, men det finns ingen väg runt det, man måste bara acceptera det. Depositionen på 100 euro för boendet finns fortfarande kvar på mitt konto efter 10 dagar, vilket är mitt största klagomål. Rummet är så litet att man bara kan sitta på sängen; man kan inte ens öppna en stor resväska, så var förberedd. Det positiva är att vi åkte till Triumfbågen på nyårsafton och kunde gå tillbaka därifrån. Det fanns en kaffemaskin, vilket jag verkligen gillade, och de skrev till och med ett handskrivet brev till oss, och det väntade kakor och choklad på oss."

"A Truly Homely and Unforgettable Stay in Paris
From the moment I arrived—very late at night—I was warmly welcomed by Flo, whose genuine smile instantly made me feel at home. He offered me water, helped with the check-in, and personally walked me through the hotel’s facilities. He even shared wonderful tips about touring around Paris, which made my stay even more memorable. Matthew and the rest of the team were equally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and caring atmosphere that’s rare to find.
The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like staying in a hotel—it feels like returning home. The lighting, soft background fragrance, and perfectly balanced temperature make every corner comfortable and inviting. Small touches like freshly brewed coffee and delicious cakes add to the charm, turning simple moments into special memories.
The location is also ideal—just steps away from public transport, shops, and great restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the city with ease.
My entire experience here was exceptional from star1t to finish. The warmth of the staff, the cozy ambiance, and the thoughtful details make this hotel stand out in every way. It’s more than just a place to sleep—it’s a place to feel welcomed, cared for, and truly at peace. I already miss it and the wonderful people like Flo and Matthew.

MMarble202I’m someone that loves to explore luxury boutique hotels and to indulge in every character and detail the property wishes to present to its guests.
Hotel Florida has done an impeccable job from very attentive and helpful pre travel communications, check-in, to check-out. Everyone I met at the property made me want to smile and praise such a good day. Big applaud to keep such consistency on the concept and design quality.
The bedding / fabric is so so comfy. I would certainly love to come back for the same room or experience a different suite!

That’s why I was so happy with my decision to stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile during this visit—it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in the city.
First of all, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, and it’s well-connected by both metro and RER. Whether you’re planning to explore the city or heading out for day trips, getting around from here is a breeze. It’s also right next to the Palais des Congrès, so I imagine it’s a great option for business travelers as well.
But the real magic of this hotel lies in its views. When I checked in, I politely asked if it was possible to get a room on a higher floor—and I was lucky enough to be given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. As soon as I walked in and saw that iconic silhouette framed perfectly by the floor-to-ceiling window, I was speechless. During the day, it was stunning. At night, it became something truly special, with twinkling lights illuminating the tower and casting a warm glow over the city. I found myself sitting quietly by the window, just taking it all in. It felt like Paris was unfolding just for me.
The room itself was sleek, modern, and very comfortable. It wasn’t overly spacious, but it was perfectly arranged with thoughtful details—an incredibly cozy bed, a great coffee machine, high-quality toiletries, and excellent lighting. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city.
Breakfast was served on the 34th floor, and it was an experience in itself. The panoramic views over Paris were breathtaking. Sitting there with a warm croissant and coffee while watching the city wake up beneath me was one of the most peaceful moments of the trip. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive without being overbearing.
What stood out most about this hotel, though, was the quiet warmth of the service. The staff had that classic French elegance—discreet but welcoming, helpful without being intrusive. Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful, and when I checked out, the front desk staff asked how my stay had been with such genuine interest that I found myself smiling for the rest of the day.
To me, the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile wasn’t just a hotel. It felt like a window into the heart of Paris—a place to quietly take in the beauty of the city, to rest, to breathe. It offered a sense of stillness and perspective, even in a city as lively and vibrant as Paris.
If I return to Paris—and I certainly hope I will—I already know I’ll be coming back here. No other reason needed, really, other than that one unforgettable evening, sipping wine by the window, watching the Eiffel Tower shimmer in the dark. That moment alone was worth the entire trip.

Introduction:
As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels across France, choosing the LYF brand this time upon a friend’s recommendation was a completely new experience. As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations.
Facilities:
The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more.
The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity!
Service:
It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience.
Safety & Transportation:
Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant.
Dining:
Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient.
Booking Recommendation:
Ideal for travelers seeking an ”authentic local living” experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit.
Final Thoughts:
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!

AAnonym användareTillgänglighet och plats: Vi var medvetna om att Montmarte är en bergsbygd, cobblad plats, därför skulle ankomst- och avrestaxi eller Uber vara det bekvämaste sättet med stora bagage.
Det är fantastiskt beläget inom gångavstånd från fantastiska barer, restauranger och huvudsymter på Montmarte.
Om 450-550 meter inom Metro stops of Lamarck och Chateau Rouge.
Renhet: Det rum vi var i hade en liten kroppslukt vid ankomsten, vilket var besviket.Tack och lov kan fönstren öppnas så att problemet lösts.
Bekvämlighet: sängar och pilar var bekväma.
Tjänst: Bra frukostservice.Personalen var välkommen och uppmärksam.Bra mynt tvättservice.

GGästanvändareI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.
First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.
Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.
Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.
I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.

GGästanvändareBra läge och vänlig personal. Superior-rummet har en hyfsad storlek och är rent. In- och utcheckningen gick snabbt. Det enda negativa jag har är att det fanns en viss lukt i lobbyn under hela vistelsen, som inte var tilltalande. Bortsett från det skulle jag bo här igen.

GGästanvändareReally like this Hotel, the service is great, staffs are so kind and warm and helpful during our 5 nights staying. The room is small but cute, only thing is the roof is a bit low cause we are on the 1st floor. Location is so convenient which accelerates our visiting in Paris!

2. Det är ganska trångt under in- och utcheckningstider på grund av folkmassorna. Personalens bemötande är inte dåligt, men det känns som att de har det kämpigt på grund av personalbrist. Väntesystemet behöver förbättras.
3. Du måste släppa dina förväntningar på att vara garanterad utsikt. Rummet med utsikt över Eiffel är en välsignelse i förklädd. Jag hade låga förväntningar och var nöjd, men jag tror att Eiffeltornet kommer att vara ganska skymt av de som tilldelats fronten. Jag tror att du kan bli väldigt besviken eller arg med tanke på priset.
4. Du kan beställa rumsservice med hjälp av surfplattan på rummet. Det som är lite konstigt är att de bara har en hamburgermeny, så när jag ringde för att fråga fick jag höra att andra menyer inte skulle dyka upp förrän vid 7-tiden. Det är verkligen sant, men det skulle vara bekvämt om du kunde markera det på menyn i förväg och ta förbeställningar. Ändå kunde jag skriva ett förfrågan, så jag fick en ishink och ett glas champagne.
Det finns förresten inga vinglas eller vinöppnare i lokalen. Detta är otroligt för ett franskt hotell. Jag tror att jag debiterades en separat avgift när jag begärde rumsservice, men jag är inte säker.
5. Frukosten är bra. Personalservicen är också bra. Att ge ut ett visitkort och be om en recension från Google verkar ändå inte vara något du skulle göra på ett 4-stjärnigt hotell.
6. Sammantaget är det ett bra hotell, men om du bokar till ett högt pris och förväntar dig utsikt över Eiffel kan du bli besviken.
*** Hotellet måste tydligt skilja mellan Eiffelutsikt och Delvis Eiffelutsikt och ge en rimlig prisskillnad. De flesta av de missnöjda recensionerna är relaterade till utsikten, men det är inte rättvist att ta ut samma pris under ursäkten att det inte kan tilldelas alla.

GGästanvändareAnständigt hotell - bra för priset men inte riktigt ett 4-stjärnigt hotell enligt min mening.
Platsen var okej. Det är relativt lätt att ta sig dit (10 minuters promenad från tunnelbanan, i slutet av linjen 4 Porte de Clignancourt) men det är egentligen inte något i sig och miljön var inte trevlig.
För mitt rum, storleken var tillräcklig men var ganska grundläggande och renlighet lämnade lite att önska (det fanns ett slumpmässigt långt hår på min handduk?).
Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam men.
