"Quite a few long walk from train station. If you are carrying heavy luggages, that would be approximately 25min. The room we were allocated at first does have a kind of funky smell. But the staffs are very nice and they helped us to change a room. Great!"

"Hotellet ligger i köpcentret, vilket gör shopping och restauranger mycket bekvämt. Rummet var genomsnittliga. Frukosten var medelmåttig. Det finns två parkeringsplatser i köpcentret, en gammal (7£/natt för våningar över 9) och en ny (18£/natt). Den gamla har en röd tegelvägg och ligger bakom tågstationen. För att komma in på hotellet måste du korsa järnvägsstationens överfart och gå in i köpcentret."

"The hotel was a stone throw from all main attractions in the city. Short walk to the theatre, art gallery and restaurants and bars. The staff working were lovely, well mannered, attentive and happy to help. The room was large and spacious. As you are in the city centre we found the downfall was noise levels. Drunken people and for some reason drilling could be heard in the night. The windows are thin and the seagulls enjoy a early morning sing along. All of this can't be helped by the hotel. Drinks at the bar were nice. I think the food menu could be upgraded to include vegetarian/vegan food options. So you don't need to ask. I stayed for a week and would definitely stay again."

"Not a great experience! We turned up at this hotel and they offered us a choice of 2 rooms - one with a soaking wet carpet (they had just washed it) or a broken bathroom light. There were no other rooms available so we went for the soaking wet carpet and asked for slippers to keep our feet dry. When we went for breakfast we were told the kitchen was closed so had some very basic continental breakfast (clearly from a local supermarket). The staff were friendly and apologetic but we didn't get a discount or refund and definitely wouldn't book again."

"Unfortunately our room smelt of damp/wet dog so went to reception to inform them and asked for an air freshener, the gentleman at reception went and spoke with someone else and then took me to see 2 other rooms, these rooms both had the same smell so we stuck with the room we were currently in as we had our 4 year old with us. The gentleman from reception came back with some air freshener spray which I was allowed to use and then he took it away again. We have stayed here a few times before and never noticed the smell. The carpet was filthy/old as well which was probably where the smell was coming from. The breakfast was okay, 1 pancake machine which took ages to make pancakes which our 4 year old wanted but because it was popular there was always a queue, could be doing with another couple of them? I don't think we will stay here again, which is unfortunate as it's where we usually stay as it's easy to get to and not right in the middle of the city and has ample parking."

"The hotel was great, especially for the cost. The room was flawlessly clean and the amenities were superb. The climate control worked fine, and the WiFi was one of the fastest I've come across in UK hotels - especially as a complimentary WiFi. FYI, I travel a lot! I didn't get to check out the breakfast so can't comment on that. The only issue that I thought needed some improvement was with the pressure of the water in the bathroom. It was quite low and felt like I was waiting for a late train while having my bath. Although this was on the third floor, but still... Great experience overall and will return again."

"Great Hotel, the room is nice and clean more than we expect, staff is friendly. We noticed on the website show they have shuttle bus to city center, but there is not, so if you go to city center the location of hotel is not the best, is just ok, not too far and not too close. if we going to Aberdeen again, we will come back to this hotel."
