The hotel was a stone throw from all main attractions in the city. Short walk to the theatre, art gallery and restaurants and bars. The staff working were lovely, well mannered, attentive and happy to help. The room was large and spacious. As you are in the city centre we found the downfall was noise levels. Drunken people and for some reason drilling could be heard in the night. The windows are thin and the seagulls enjoy a early morning sing along. All of this can't be helped by the hotel. Drinks at the bar were nice. I think the food menu could be upgraded to include vegetarian/vegan food options. So you don't need to ask. I stayed for a week and would definitely stay again.

非常安靜的河畔，周圍適合跑步，有野兔。看到兩衹。房間很不錯。出現問題也能迅速解決。古老的Hall非常適合拍照，有800年歷史了。很多蘇格蘭元素。而且房間特別暖和，暖氣很足。難得！很喜歡，值得冬天再來。就是淋浴設計不太喜歡，總是怕水溢出來。冬天來，很有意境。也周圍有個墓園，很有歷史。

This is an apartment that we are very impressed with, with its location, cleanliness, and complete kitchen equipment. We are sure that on our next trip to Aberdeen , we will definitely stay here.

The Sandman Signature Hotel gives value for every penny spent. The staff are friendly and carry out their responsibilities without promptings. The best of it all is they don't wait till the checking time of 3pm before checking you in once the room type you booked for is ready. The location is also within the City Centre with access to malls, grocery stores and public transportation

Unfortunately our room smelt of damp/wet dog so went to reception to inform them and asked for an air freshener, the gentleman at reception went and spoke with someone else and then took me to see 2 other rooms, these rooms both had the same smell so we stuck with the room we were currently in as we had our 4 year old with us. The gentleman from reception came back with some air freshener spray which I was allowed to use and then he took it away again. We have stayed here a few times before and never noticed the smell. The carpet was filthy/old as well which was probably where the smell was coming from. The breakfast was okay, 1 pancake machine which took ages to make pancakes which our 4 year old wanted but because it was popular there was always a queue, could be doing with another couple of them? I don't think we will stay here again, which is unfortunate as it's where we usually stay as it's easy to get to and not right in the middle of the city and has ample parking.

Service was the excellent amiable staff there no facilities as I was with my family my children had no facilities to do something so they were little bored food was nice but less choice on men.

Not a great experience! We turned up at this hotel and they offered us a choice of 2 rooms - one with a soaking wet carpet (they had just washed it) or a broken bathroom light. There were no other rooms available so we went for the soaking wet carpet and asked for slippers to keep our feet dry. When we went for breakfast we were told the kitchen was closed so had some very basic continental breakfast (clearly from a local supermarket). The staff were friendly and apologetic but we didn't get a discount or refund and definitely wouldn't book again.
