"Vi anlände timmar tidigare än check-in och fick parkera vår bil i underjordiska garaget.Detta gjorde det möjligt för oss att ta en buss eller gå 30-minuter till stadscentret, När vi checkade in var vi kompilerade med storleken och utrymmet som vi hade, 2 sovrum, stor matbord och bra storlek köksområde, det var också bra att se vacker kroppsvax och schampo att använda i badrummet, var rent, Vi stannade fyra nts och renaren kom i en klädd och bytte handdukar för oss. Tesco Shoo var användbart för att hämta lite pizza och vin, spara oss lite pengar när vi på en stram budget skulle definitivt stanna igen,"

So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!"

"Leonardo hotel location is very convenient to sightseeing places. In addition, hop on and hop off bus tour is waiting to tourist at the front of hotel. The hotel facilities are cafe , restaurant serves for breakfast and dinner. I noted the linen bedding surface was not tidy and mugs as grease on the surface. I had stayed the hotel for 5 days and requested the daily cleaning as usual. The third time completed cleaning and request cleaning card dropped on the floor and not hang on the back door of lockset. The fourth day was same as cleaning card on the floor. Refill coffee and tea bags was not convenient to ask receptionist pack up those items. The toilet and bathroom is combined into one which is too small spacious."

"A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel."
