"Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution."

"Nice location close to city center. Unfortunately we weren’t able to heat up/microwave our daughter’s food who have food allergies unlike when we stayed in Leonardo Hotel Birmingham where they accommodated our request. We had a nice stay though, enjoyed roaming around Leeds and the hotel is close to the train station as well so it was very convenient."

"I requested a quiet room , which when I arrived was happy to see I was on the 5th floor . After the event I attended I came back to my room and was very upset to be met by very loud music blaring into the room from outside , this continued all night and stopped at 5am . I managed 1hours sleep , I was mortified . This ruined my experience."

"Bra plats för vår vistelse, centralt för vad vi var där för.Pris för vad du får, men för årets tid var det att förvänta sig. Detta var en mycket sällsynt mor/dotter natten bort för mina döttrars 15:e födelsedag, information som lagts till i vår “särskilda ankomstsektion” vid bokning men tyvärr ingen anteckning eller kort vid ankomst. Hotellet var spotless men vårt rum (209) hade en kraftfull sten av avlopp vid incheckning.Bedd var så bekväm som var en plus.S"

"Park plaza is an exceptional service provider, excellent amenities, cleanliness is top-notch, its sound proofed, no noise, its a relaxing ambient, the chef and menu is delicious, ordered room service and it was very palatable and delicious!! Location is prime to the center and my event. Staff were amazing. Their contact system is top notch too. Loved it and had a beautiful one night. Hope to return again."

"Lovely rooms, welcoming and kind staff in general. However there were some minor things that became a little bit of a concern. For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me ”no food order?” Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5"
