"Its located at good location, 10 mins walk to convenient store. Its at sengigi but far away from other hotels, 15-20 mins easy hill walk to other restaurants. Theres a seafood restaurant nearby, but hotel restaurant is good enough with reasonable price. Bfast is ala carte and great. Beach is good but not for swimming. Pool area is great. We rent scooters from hotel arranged service. Its less than an hour drive to jetty to go Gili island. Not the best sunset area but sunset is one of the best ever. There are only few bungalows in whole hotel. Very quiet and i had a great experience in lombok, highly recommended and would definitely come back again for sure. Staffs are great and very helpful and friendly."

"We recently stayed at Jayakarta Lombok and had a pleasant experience overall, thanks to a mix of warm hospitality and beautiful natural surroundings. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the excellent and friendly staff, who were consistently welcoming and attentive. Their warm service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room to be right in front of the swimming pool free of charge, which the kids loved! The general facilities at the hotel were impressive. From the spacious pool area to the lush, well-maintained gardens, the resort has a tranquil, traditional charm. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the waves gently rolling in throughout the day—it added a wonderfully calming backdrop to our stay. The sunset views from the restaurant and beach were simply stunning, offering a perfect setting for evening meals or a quiet moment of reflection. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a good variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. The food prices across the hotel were reasonable, which made dining in-house convenient and budget-friendly. That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The furniture in the rooms felt quite outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, there’s no iron provided in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for longer stays or guests attending events. On Saturday evening, we found the music to be excessively loud, going on until about 10pm. While some guests may enjoy the atmosphere, it might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter evening, especially those with kids. We also noticed some inconsistency in the food quality—what was excellent one day could feel average the next. Moreover, while the beach itself is beautiful, it was often quite dirty due to local fishing activity. To their credit, the hotel staff do make a visible effort to keep it clean. Another consideration is the lack of nearby amenities. There aren’t any ATMs or money exchange options within walking distance, so guests should plan ahead. Lastly, the hotel does not have lifts, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. However, this also contributes to its traditional, resort-style vibe which many will appreciate. In summary, Jayakarta Lombok offers a relaxing, friendly, and scenic stay that’s ideal for those looking to unwind by the beach. With a few modern updates and consistency improvements, it could be even better."

"That was very good staying in Aruna Hotel. Very clean, modern hotel with very good service. 2 pools, big restaurant, delicious breakfast, very good Beach also with hotel bar, and the best is price! Very good price if you see home much you get in this package. I hope i will be back sometimes. P.S thank to all staff, you are very kind and helpfull."

"Kamar mandi bau, airnya kadang kecil, tp air panasnya bekerja dengan baik. Penerangan kamar kurang shg kamar terkesan seram. Fasilitas kamar cukup lengkap ada toiletris dan coffee maker, tapi kami mendapatkan sprei kami berlubang dan tancapan listriknya tidak banyak/tersembunyi. Di dalam kamar cukup bersih tapi fasilitas di luar kamar spt kurang terawat, air kolam renangnya berwarna hijau jadi mikir lagi mau berenang. Untuk lokasi cukup baik dekat dengan banyak pusat oleh2, cocoknya utk hari terakhir sj sebelum ke bandara."

"остановились здесь на одну ночь перед отъездом с Ломбока посмотреть пляж Senggigi, до этого жили на Куте. в общем, в сезон дождей пляж был неплох, лучше Куты, и даже почти весь день идущий дождь не помешал вдоволь накупаться и в океане, и в бассейне. бассейн тоже неплох, классный вид. в остальном... интересная территория, но есть ощущение, что слишком пестрая и разномастная. за пределами отеля в шаговой доступности ничего толком нет. еда в отеле весьма посредственная, ну, собственно, как и везде, где мы ели на Ломбоке."

"Located at Senggigi..a very happening area crowded with all resorts and hotel..very friendly and helpful staffs..floating breakfast is super cheap..only an additional 100k rupiah and you may customize your menu...kudos to all the hotel staffs..I guess the problem lies with the top management..this resort has a magnificent interior landscape design..creating space and utilizing area BUT it was very old and Def need maintenance...water patches and stain is almost everywhere...I guess certain repainting work is very much needed...also..it's not child or elder friendly as that's too many stairs to climb up..of course the scenery worth the climb..yet this resort need an upgrade asap"

"A modern and cozy hotel just cross the road to famous senggigi beach. Easy to find cafes and resto. So many tour operators along the road. Just pick any one you love and meet your budget. I rent a scooter to go around senggigi, mangsit, nipah and further up to bangsal harbour. Many nice view ports to stop by along the road from hotel to bangsal harbour."
