The hotel is fantastic. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is one he best The staff is very attentive and polite, much more than in other countries It is exceptionally clean and everything is just perfect. I originally booked for 2 days and ended up staying 5 The buffet is very large with many options but mostly is Asian foods which I do not eat. They have an egg station to cook to order I strongly recommend this hotel if you come to Medan

Nice clean new hotel with nice staff. Location is a bit far from the city centre but still ok.

This is my second stay in this hotel. I booked again as my previous experience was good. Reception staff is good and cooperative. Although, I had to face a couple problems which had been resolved, but it was good. The food is very tasty and comperatively reasonable. I would prefer to book again if I happen to come again to Medan.

Rooms were quite spacious. There is no swimming pool or other facilities like in a hotel. There is a nice 24hr restaurant on site. Location is close to Medan train station which can take you to the Kuala Namu airport. Podomoro mall which is a very exclusive mall is just walking distance from the suites. The suites are well maintained despite looking slightly dated. Centre Point which is across the road from Medan train station is a good place to explore for some local food. This is a great choice if you are looking for space and a good locatiion.

Overall good and would probably stay again. - managed to do online video meetings as wifi was strong - comfortable and large bed, however bedding was a little stained - only one lift worked which meant slight wait times, but the second elevator was fixed by our departure - good location, hectic but as expected, can get all food delivered - gym was decent, not good enough for a proper heavy gym sesh but good to get a little workout in - pool area was nice and not too busy

First of all .. they gave me smoking room even though they knows we have babies. Second I’ve complained about this luckily they handle it very well . And the chairs in the room has nail exposed and almost cut my finger. Such a this issue basically they can handle . Overall everything good .

Jag hade en bitter söt upplevelse att stanna i denna lägenhet.För de goda sakerna: lägenheten är strategiskt belägen nära stadscentrum, rumet är rymligt med kompletta grundläggande faciliteter.Det finns dock 2 obehagliga saker. För det första finns det ingen icke-rökare utom för de högslutna rumstyperna.Jag gick in i en enhet med reströk lukt, troligen från tidigare gäst.För det andra, ljudkontrollen är fruktansvärd. Mitt sovrum stod inför en gatuförbindelse, och alla roaring buller från bilarna/modifierade cyklar gick in i rummet som om det inte fanns något fönster att börja med. Det fanns ingen öronsticka lägenheten kunde ge även om detta inte var den första feedback de fått från tidigare gäster, och jag kunde inte sova hela natten.Jag bokade fyra nätter och lämnade omedelbart efter den första natten. Tjänsten var ganska anständig.Kundservicen försökte använda luftrenare för att suga röklukten, och försökte flytta mig till andra rum för att inte få någon nytta på grund av liknande bullerproblem.

Location is very strategic, right in the middle of the city. The building is quite old, more than 40 years old. They've done some renovation but it is noticeably old. Lobby got no aircon when I arrived. The shower was leaking a bit. But my room was clean and it was big. It got a big window with view to the street. Not bad for the price that I was paying.

The hotel is at strategic location and the room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast also served varieties of Indonesian dishes. Our only complaint is we booked non smoking room but we are told it’s full and we have to stay at smoking room with strong tobacco smell. Hotel staff tried to spray room freshener but the strong smell still lingers. Overall the hotel is a good stay if you just want comfortable and safe place to sleep after a long day, but don’t expect luxurious facilities or services.
