Surrounded by a variety of dining and entertainment options, it provides well-appointed room that are clean , bright and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is reasonably priced. For business travellers, it is the preferred choice. I shall certainly stay here again next time. Thank you."

Rumsfaciliteter: Rummets stil är minimalistisk, men jag tyckte att det var för enkelt. Det fanns bara en barnstol; inte en enda bekväm fåtölj att luta sig tillbaka i. Dessutom kunde inte klädhängaren tas bort från stången; man var tvungen att ta på sig kläderna, vilket innebar att kortare personer definitivt skulle behöva en pall att hänga sina kläder på. 2. Rumsrenlighet: Grundläggande renlighet var acceptabel; det städades dagligen. Badrummet avgav dock ständigt en dålig lukt på grund av VVS-problem. Efter att ha rapporterat detta till hotellet placerade de bara en sprayflaska i badrummet, vilket inte löste det grundläggande problemet. 3. Bullerproblem: Rummet var inte ljudisolerat, och korridoren var mycket bullrig varje gång någon pratade. Dessutom pratade hotellets städpersonal högt i korridoren och kastade städredskap utanför mitt rum. 4. Allmänna faciliteter: Hotellentrén är cirka 100 meter lång och passagen var fortfarande under uppbyggnad; trottoaren var inte asfalterad och arbetarna målade under dagen, vilket var mycket obekvämt. 5. Hotellfrukost: Av någon anledning erbjöd hotellet inte frukost och krävde att vi åt den på det närliggande J24 Hotel. Detta var mycket obekvämt och var mitt största klagomål."

"I booked four nights, and right after I made the reservation, Ctrip lowered the price of the same room type and conditions by nearly 550 CNY and refused to refund the difference. As a Black Diamond member, I felt deeply betrayed. Now, I would like to make some comments on the hotel itself. First of all, overall this hotel is quite good. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful, the room cleaning staff are also very courteous, and the breakfast is fairly plentiful. Next, I will truthfully record some flaws that I cannot accept: 1. My room for the first night was 31, located behind three elevators. Starting around 6 AM, the noise from the elevators kept me awake and prevented me from falling back asleep. It was a truly unbearable ordeal! Thankfully, the front desk changed my room for the second night; I'm grateful for the gentleman's assistance. 2. There was a dead fly by the window in the new room, which was disgusting. I took care of it myself. 3. There are two major problems in the bathroom: the towels are dirty and have a sour smell even when not in use. Also, the showerhead has a very low water flow due to limescale buildup. 4. The spotlight above the room door had fallen down, and because it was the weekend, no one was there to maintain it. It's really ridiculous. Unahotels is a hotel chain I really like, and pointing out these problems is simply hoping the hotel will improve its quality and ensure a basic level of quality for our guests."
