Andrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and  Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price.  Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.

I usually stay at the Florence Calimala, the one in Milan is bigger and the rooms are slightly different, still very nice. Gym and terrace are great and the staff is friendly. The minibar is free of charge and there is a nice bar on the 5th floor. Perfectly located in porta Venezia.

Hotel could not provide invoices, until now, Which create inconvenience.

Breakfast was simple but good quality. Some free coffee option would not go amiss though. The hotel room was lovely - an amazingly good quality matress. Some reviews stated it was a little out of the way but it’s literally outside a tram stop and bus stop. The metro is a few mins walk - maybe 5 mins to Bibila station so overall easy to get around. It was a pleasant stay overall.

Honestly, I was skeptical because there were no pictures or reviews prior to the time of the booking! But honestly my husband were pleasantly surprised!! Newly built so obviously in good condition. We had a corner room on the top floor that had a nice balcony. Shower with 2 heads with good water pressure. Some parts of the hotel were still working on construction so a bit busy, but besides that it's close to the station. The staff are lovely. The room itself was beautiful!! Definitely would come back!!

Nice, clean hotel and rooms. Close to centre of town and metro. Everything you need at a fair price. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Very nice staff all around. I really enjoyed my stay. Walter

It was great value for money. The staff was pleasant and it was easily accessible as well.

Comfortable, modern, clean, helpful staff, EXTREMELY convenient location next to Milano Centrale train/metro/bus station. Several great bakeries and restaurants within two or three blocks, like Osteria Papà Nicola, Nico Quick Bite (next door), Caffè Pascucci, Ristorante da Gigi, Crazy Cat Cafe (meet their 9 cats), and Caffè Napoli (most amazingly soft and delicious filled croissants ever). 5 min walk to the shopping on Corso Buenos Aires. Highly recommended.

The location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night. The cleaning staff is responsible and tidy the room good.

Vi hade en helt otrolig upplevelse under vår vistelse. Omgivningarna var fantastiska, med hisnande landskap som lämnade oss i vördnad. Varje aspekt av resorten var noggrant organiserad, vilket skapade en sömlös upplevelse från incheckning till utcheckning. Vi uppskattade särskilt det stora poolområdet, som var perfekt för avkoppling och solbad. Tack för att ni välkomnade oss så varmt; det gjorde verkligen vårt besök oförglömligt!
