"Good hotel with a quite nice location compared to other places in Napoli, the room is spacious and clean, I particularly like the prices of the Minibar where they don't charge you triple the price but very reasonable prices, breakfast is included in the stay which was amazing for us, variety of pastries and fruits and they offer the famous things to eat in Napoli for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes."

"We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!"

"Best experience in Napoli, loved everything about the staying in the hotel. Very friendly staff and amazing interior design. I was confused with the location, however the staff were very helpful to cone and show me the location and help with the parking. They located in a residential building, which gives local lifestyle vibes. There’s a daily local market outside the main entrance which was added value for me."

"나폴리 센트럴 역에서 도보로 15분 ~ 20분 입니다. 그리고 흑인들이 많은 지역이라 밤에 나갈생각은 하지마시고요. 나폴리 시내들럿다가 밤에 택시타고 숙소 바로앞에 내리시면 됩니다. 소렌토 포시타노 아말피 가실 분들은 기차 잘 알아보고 타셔야 합니다. (출발역이랑 익스프레스, 사철 등등) 저희는 4월에 가서 날씨 이슈는 없었는데, 원룸 식이라 욕실과 같이 있는 구조라 습도 주의.. 주인분께서는 정말 친절하시고 할 수 있는 모든 미소를 지어주셔서 마음이 따뜻 해졌음."

"立地について　立地は相反する見方のために若干辛めになりました。ナポリセントラル駅から遠いので少し減点です。でもナポリセントラル駅付近は治安が良くないとのことなのでこのホテルを選択しました。なので治安が悪いナポリセントラル駅付近が減点といってもいいかもしれません。相反するのはフェリーターミナルに近いです。重いスーツケースを運んでも5分くらいでチケット売り場に到着できます。ここのホテルを離れるときにフェリー移動だったので、その都合だけ鑑みれば最高評価で良いです。 清潔度については、今回のヨーロッパ周遊で悩まされていた電気ポットが臭う問題がここのホテルでは無かったです。日本人としては当たり前なのですが、感動しました。そのほかにも清掃は行き届いているし、新しいホテルなのか、痛んでいたり古く感じる部分もありませんでした。 サービスについてはチェックイン時にいろいろ説明されるものの英語で理解が出来ないので、再度同じことを聞きに行ったり、フェリーのチケット売り場の説明も求めたりしましたが、全て笑顔で翻訳機も面倒がらずに、こちらが理解できるまで丁寧に教えてくれました。さらにチェックアウト後にフェリーの時刻を2時間読み違えて、再度ホテルのロビー内で待たせてもらえるか交渉したところ、問題なくOK頂きました。この日私は体調を崩していたので、大変ありがたかったです。 施設については歯ブラシがないとか織り込み済みのことはあるにせよ、概ねそろっているし、部屋は広め、棚はいっぱいあるので使い勝手も大変良かったです。"

"We had a great time staying at this hotel. I needed to book a nail appointment and both members of the front desk did their best to accommodate my needs. Excellent stay, please do not hesitate and book your stay here. "

"Hotel location is brilliant if you want to be close to the Central Station to travel to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Royal Palace, etc as this covered the main line, regional and Metro lines. Any concerns around the area being dodgy were soon dispelled as a Police car and soldiers were always close by. The Hotel was clean, the bed comfortable and staff friendly. The downsides were really around the restaurant. The evening meal menu was fussy and would not be suitable for families. That said, the location was great as there were lots of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The breakfast provided was fairly limited and even though an extra charge was applicable to porridge and other cooked foods, every time I asked for porridge, I was advised that 'it was not possible'. I believe that the hotel should not be charging for these extras, and they should provide what they include on their menus!"

"Wir waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Es ist sehr geräumig und war für uns als Paar perfekt. Die Küche haben wir wenig genutzt, aber ich denke für Frühstück oder einen Snack ist sie gut geeignet.  Was wir schwierig fanden, war dass es keine Rezeption vor Ort gab. Alles lief über WhatsApp. Beim einchecken fehlten uns die Informationen, um in das Hotel zu kommen. Nach mehreren Nachrichten und Anrufen haben wir dann eine Anleitung bekommen. Am letzten Tag wollte wir unser Gepäck im Hotel lassen, aber leider hat unsere Ansprechpartnerin uns erst wenige Minuten vor checkout geantwortet, sodass wir da bereits das Hotel mit unseren Koffern verlassen hatten. Trotzdem war die Kommunikation sehr freundlich und auch erreichbar nur eben nicht so schnell, wie wenn ein Rezeptionist vor Ort gewesen wäre.  Was uns morgens gestört hat, war die Lautstärke. Morgens kam immer eine Putzfrau, die dann begonnen hat sauber zu machen und davon sind wir aufgewacht."
