"I had an amazing 7-day stay at this hotel! The room and all areas were very clean, cozy, and well taken care of. The hotel also felt very safe, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during my trip. I could relax completely. The location is super convenient — easy to get around, close to everything I needed. "We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. "I stayed in a completely new and spotlessly clean room—not far from Naples Central Station. The bed was very comfortable, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. My room faced a busy street, so it could get a little noisy at times, but that’s something to keep in mind depending on your preferences. Overall, it was a great value for the money and a solid choice for a short stay in Naples."

I was confused with the location, however the staff were very helpful to cone and show me the location and help with the parking. They located in a residential building, which gives local lifestyle vibes. There’s a daily local market outside the main entrance which was added value for me."

"We stayed at Gram Suites for 4 nights. The location is very convenient—about a 10-minute walk from the metro/train station and just a few minutes from the bus stop to the city center, which made getting around Naples really easy for us. Max, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his warm hospitality and quick responses to any questions we had. The room itself is cleaned daily, which is a nice hotel touch, but the overall vibe feels a bit more like a hostel or Airbnb: cozy and casual rather than super polished. There were a couple of issues during our stay (sorry Max, we were too shy to mention these in person): Noise: The room is close to a road, so it can get quite noisy at night. If you are sensitive to noise like my friend, I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs (she could barely sleep) Mosquitoes: We had quite a few mosquitoes in the room and ended up killing 1–2 every day. Despite using mosquito spray, both my friend and I got bitten several times. Strangely, we didn’t have this problem anywhere else in Naples."

"訂的海景房 好像給升級了 房間挺大的而且裝修很有“宮殿”感 睡醒幸福感很高 再加上推開窗就是超級近距離的大海 對面就是蛋堡 還能看到那不勒斯沿海岸線的房子 景色真是美死了 服務也不錯的 很專業禮貌 也很意大利 淋浴間超級大 而且有兩個淋浴頭不止 可以兩個人一起洗澡….但是好像沒有什麼必要 反而讓廁所的空間搞的特別小很逼仄 淋浴間還沒地方放洗漱用品 就…這設計還挺特別的 整體還是不錯的 如果住在海邊的話選這家我覺得是ok不會出錯的"

"Naples is definitely not the best area for women alone at night. Hotel has a nice lobby and feels safe inside. It is relatively nice considering the area it’s in. Very close to the station which is convenient."
