Location is very good, right in the center and near the Gondola rides and private water taxis. Only issue was that our room had small toilet flies flying around, saw at least 5. Front desk staff were mostly helpful too

Location is very good - closed to bus station and water bus. Staff were very helpful and nice. At the evening Palazzo looks amazing! It was building in the XV century, so it has special character and you can feel it in the air!

Very nice old palace with classic style interiors.  Location: close to the water bus stop of Ca' d'Oro, 10 minutes walk to Rialto and close to the food area of Cannaregio Service: Amazing staff, always with a smile and willing to help F&B: Breakfast is always the same and with limited choices (this is not meant to be negative for me) but, the quality is top notch. The afternoon tea time in the afternoon is complimentary but unfortunately I have never tried it Rooms: Big rooms (at least mine), big bathroom, very comfortable bed.

The room ia spacious for me so does thw bathroon. The location is perfect. Easy to find halal food, train is near and convinient. Hotel is nice deco and up to date Room also uptodate. Service is good and when ask the reception is helpful. The room phone not working. Beside that all is great. Love the hotel location

The hotel location is excellent. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the train and bus stations that go to Venice and the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and reception service was okay. But one thing really annoyed me: I don’t understand why a 4-star hotel doesn’t provide a kettle in the room. I drink tea, and there was only a coffee machine available. The reception told me to get hot water from the bar, which is fine, but the hot water looked dirty and didn’t seem clean. Also, the curtains never fully closed, there was always a gap, so it didn’t feel fully private.

Hotel Principe is truly one of the most convenient stays in Venice, located just a short walk from the Santa Lucia train station  — a great advantage in a city full of bridges and steps . The hotel offers two guest lifts, which makes moving around with luggage incredibly easy. The lounge area is spacious, beautifully decorated, and provides a warm, elegant welcome. One of the highlights is the direct access to the Venice canal right from within the hotel. You can relax and enjoy the charming view of boats gliding along the water — a quintessential Venetian experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay overall. We genuinely hope the hotel continues to maintain its good standard, as we would love to return on our future visits to Venice.

Vi stannade tre nätter här.Hotellet är bekvämt beläget precis bredvid färjestationen.Frukost var bra och har bra sort. Förmodligen det bästa hotellet på ön tills vi fick riktigt dålig service som förlorade alla märken på vår sista morgon av vistelsen som jag kommer att utarbeta senare. Vi var tvungna att fånga den första flygningen och behövde ha en snabb frukost innan vi lämnade efter vår vistelse. Eftersom vi stannade där i tre nätter, hade vi frukost och också middag i deras utflykt under hela vår vistelse, blev vi förvånade över att personalen berättade att de inte hade våra rekord på förra morgonen, vi sitter inte för frukost och måste vänta på dem, Det vore bättre om vi satte oss för att tillåta hotellet att sortera ut det eftersom vi måste lämna för våra flyg.Tyvärr sa personalen också till oss “de har hundratals gäster så det är inte möjligt att känna igen oss”. ”Det finns ingen rekord”, och efter att ha väntat på mer än tio minuter kom de tillbaka och berättade igen ”Det finns ingen rekord”.Jag bad om att ordna saken med chefen och de sa bara att vi kunde gå över till mottagaren medan det finns en lång rad gäster. Utan att skära av linjen väntade jag på lobbyn.Efter personalen på mottagaren följde inte heller efter situationen efter att köen hade städats eller be om ursäkt för den brutala attityden.Vi lämnade hotellet efter att de förstörde vår erfarenhet i Venedig. Hela den goda erfarenheten förlorades på grund av brist på gästtjänst.Jag rekommenderar inte att någon stannar här, och det är en skam över Hyatt-märket.

I’ve chosen this hotel for it closeness to airport, coz I arrived late night. There was long line for taxi, no another transportation at night. The location of the hotel makes possible to walk to it, 20 min. I had small and clean room , nice breakfast. Atmosphere is quite nice and calm at the hotel. Also there is a bus stop close to get to city center. I would advice to add the compliment water for your guests.

Its convenient location includes a bus stop directly across the street providing easy access to Venice city center. Additionally, there's a large supermarket nearby for quick snacks or groceries. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

Nice hotel i Venice s bostadsområde, få turister, men hotellet självt är mycket trött, på sina stjärnor drar inte, en natt i sommarnormer
