Location is very good, right in the center and near the Gondola rides and private water taxis. Only issue was that our room had small toilet flies flying around, saw at least 5. Front desk staff were mostly helpful too

Here's a breakdown of our stay: Pros: Unbeatable location: Steps away from Piazza San Marco and a convenient ferry station. Grand Canal View rooms: Worth every penny, offering stunning vistas of the canal, gondola station, and the Church of Santa Maria della Salute Attentive service: Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions. Unique Murano experience: The hotel's partnership with a Murano glass factory, including private boat transport, was a highlight. It offered an intimate look at the glass-making process, though there's a soft expectation to purchase souvenirs. Decor: The hotel's Venetian style is more modern and appealing in person than online photos suggest. Cons: Breakfast: While the view from the breakfast area is spectacular, the selection is limited, and some equipment (like toasters) weren't functioning properly. Noise: Proximity to the ferry station means some noise can be heard until around midnight. Overall, our stay at Monaco & Grand Canal Venice was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel's prime location, stunning views, and unique experiences more than compensate for the minor drawbacks. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking an authentic, luxurious Venetian experience.

Location is very good - closed to bus station and water bus. Staff were very helpful and nice. At the evening Palazzo looks amazing! It was building in the XV century, so it has special character and you can feel it in the air!

The room ia spacious for me so does thw bathroon. The location is perfect. Easy to find halal food, train is near and convinient. Hotel is nice deco and up to date Room also uptodate. Service is good and when ask the reception is helpful. The room phone not working. Beside that all is great. Love the hotel location

The hotel location is excellent. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the train and bus stations that go to Venice and the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and reception service was okay. But one thing really annoyed me: I don’t understand why a 4-star hotel doesn’t provide a kettle in the room. I drink tea, and there was only a coffee machine available. The reception told me to get hot water from the bar, which is fine, but the hot water looked dirty and didn’t seem clean. Also, the curtains never fully closed, there was always a gap, so it didn’t feel fully private.

The hotel is located in a good area, which makes it convenient to get around, and the staff was responsive whenever we called, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was comfortable. However, there are a few points that could be improved. Drinking water and cold drinks were chargeable, which was a bit disappointing. For a couple, only two towels were provided—there were no face towels. Additionally, the bed linens were not very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the pillows. On a positive note, the bathroom and bathtub were clean, but the bathtub was quite small and may not be comfortable for someone with a bulky build. With some improvements in cleanliness and basic amenities, the experience could be much better.

Eftersom vi stannade där i tre nätter, hade vi frukost och också middag i deras utflykt under hela vår vistelse, blev vi förvånade över att personalen berättade att de inte hade våra rekord på förra morgonen, vi sitter inte för frukost och måste vänta på dem, Det vore bättre om vi satte oss för att tillåta hotellet att sortera ut det eftersom vi måste lämna för våra flyg.Tyvärr sa personalen också till oss “de har hundratals gäster så det är inte möjligt att känna igen oss”. ”Det finns ingen rekord”, och efter att ha väntat på mer än tio minuter kom de tillbaka och berättade igen ”Det finns ingen rekord”.Jag bad om att ordna saken med chefen och de sa bara att vi kunde gå över till mottagaren medan det finns en lång rad gäster. Utan att skära av linjen väntade jag på lobbyn.Efter personalen på mottagaren följde inte heller efter situationen efter att köen hade städats eller be om ursäkt för den brutala attityden.Vi lämnade hotellet efter att de förstörde vår erfarenhet i Venedig. Hela den goda erfarenheten förlorades på grund av brist på gästtjänst.Jag rekommenderar inte att någon stannar här, och det är en skam över Hyatt-märket.

This is an ideal studio hotel. There is a small kitchenette with induction cooker and microwave. Also a dishwasher and fridge. All cutlery, pots and pans are there. Supermarket (Interspar) is just 5 mins walk away. There are a few eateries nearby the hotel. All the staff are friendly. We were met by staff Hinda who was super helpful. There is also a laundry room on ground floor. To go over to Venice just need to walk across the road to the bus stop above the flyover bridge. Many buses go to Venezia, 2, 7, 7E, 8E. The train station is about 5-10 mins walk from hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Venice.
