"The hotel is conveniently located just across from the JR station, only about a one-minute walk away, which made getting around extremely easy. The reception staff were clear, attentive, and very welcoming. Check-in was swift and seamless. The buffet breakfast costs ¥2,500 per person and offers a great selection of dishes, making it a satisfying way to start the day. The fish market is just around the corner, where you can find fresh seafood, fruits, and dried scallops. I would recommend purchasing from the individual stalls outside the main market area as the prices tend to be cheaper. There is also a food court within the market if you would like to enjoy a meal there. Overall, the location is excellent, especially for those arriving by train and wanting easy access to the local market and dining options."

"Location is good. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is superb with lots of seafood selection. The onsen is on the top floor with a beautiful view."

"The front desk was super friendly and welcoming and were so patient when we had trouble asking about parking. The hotel offered on site parking overnight. The room was nicely designed and clean, the bed was comfortable and they had onsens on the ground floor and basement. The highlight was definitely the buffet breakfast. The dining area was quite small so it was a bit crowded when we went but don’t be fooled, there was a huge selection and everything was so fresh and so tasty. Our favourite was the all you can eat sashimi and salmon roe and the freshly made tempura shrimp. I would return just for the breakfast 😛"

"The hotel is really worth the price! Cleanliness: good! Nearly perfect; there are still some hairs inside the toilet, but the rest is really good! Keep it up! Facilities: They have free water to drink near the elevator. I really love that! They also have an express checkout box in front of the hotel to save time! The wifi is good. The design is also minimal and luxurious~~ they also have shoes adjustment stick! the staff: They’re nice and do their jobs perfectly! Location: It’s around a 6-7 min walk from JR Sapporo, and they have a delicious place to hang out next to the hotel! space: my room has a semi-double bed, so it’s slightly bigger than usual. It’s a normal Japan hotel size! If you are tall or have a big body, you might find it’s uncomfortable, but for me it’s fine, and there’s some space to pack my luggage!"

"We experienced an earthquake last night. It was so scary. Overall stay is good. We decided to check out earlier than our plan and went to the train station to Sapporo. Only that the room we had is too small. Can't put our 2 big luggage The staff was very good and accommodating. From the front office to the House keeping."

"I hv requested a king size bed when I booked 6weeks in advanced my stay but they didnt give me a king size bed. The room is tiny with a corridor and separated shower area and toilet. I feel the room design is not efficient and uses up many space which doesnt allow guests to open the luggage. Onsen was good. Their water makes the skin soft and smooth. Because of its hotel capacity there are many guests and onsen area is quite crowded. Breakfast was excellent but they close shape at 9am. You are requested to hv breakfast at either 7am or 8am. That is too early for me. In general nice stay but could hv been better."

"Positives: Free bike rentals, free karaoke room, free ping pong, free manga library, free soft drinks and free alcohol (Sochu and whiskey). Night time free ramen. Breakfast was good. Negatives: room a bit old, wifi was really bad (if you ask, front desk will give you a wifi extender, which will make it usable), around 12-14min walk from JR Hakodate The positives way outweigh the negatives. Would stay again 10/10, recommend just borrowing a bike and ride all around Hakodate and to get food"

"I stayed in a D-Fourth Non smoking room on the 8th floor. The room has a nice view of Mount Hakodate from the balcony and a view of the port from the bedroom window. Room was clean and there is daily cleaning if you ask for it. Cooking utensils are available though no condiments provided. The bath system is electronic and took a while to figure out how to use it. Room was spacious and adequate for 4 of us. What we loved is that while the dryer did not really dry our clothes (separate washer and dryer), the heater in the room was strong enough to dry them and we could borrow a rack from the hotel to hang them out to dry. Only improvement we would like to suggest - we arrived when it was snowing heavily, and as we moved our luggage into the room the floor became wet and dirtied, we had to clean with tissue as there is no floor cleaner available.would be nice to provide self cleaning tools especially since there is a kitchen and things might spill. And also the balcony did not have any ‘balcony’ shoes so it was just too cold to step outside to enjoy the scenary. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Would choose it again if we go Hakodate."

"Low-key loved this hotel! The location is super convenient—literally right next to JR Hakodate Station, so getting around the city and visiting the main attractions is really easy. The staff were super nice and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. The room was clean and comfy. There’s also an onsen and sauna, which was perfect to chill in after a long day of walking around. You can also grab free amenities in the lobby, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was honestly so good and unlimited. There were fresh sashimi, salad, fried chicken, fish, pancakes, croissants, and the super tasty Hokkaido milk ice cream. And a lot more—just look at the photos! Overall, great vibe, great stay. Would totally come back again. 🫶"

"Room is spacious and bed is big and comfortable. Love the memory foam pillow as well. Onsen is basic with just one 'pool'. Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. You get to choose between 2 restaurants - buffet or Japanese dining. We stayed 2 night so we get to try both. I personally prefer the buffet as the variety and quality of food is really good. My husband prefer the Japanese dining it is less chaotic compared to the buffet restaurant as it has less people. Location is great. Walking distance to a few tourists attraction."
