"Everything about this hotel is excellent. The room is slightly dated but very well kept, nice view overlooking the city. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Their pyjamas are some of the best I’ve ever worn. They have a guest-exclusive lounge on top floor which offers refreshments throughout the day (with a really nice view)."

"I had an amazing stay at The Knot, Hiroshima! The hotel is stylish and perfectly located, making it so easy to explore the city. The bar was fantastic, and breakfast was absolutely incredible – there were so many options to choose from. I loved the small touches in the room, like the chic dressing gown, which made the stay feel extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A standout for me were The Knot Coins – complimentary tokens for snacks and drinks – I used mine for a Basque cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!"

"Staff were very nice and hotel was very clean. Like many Japanese Hotels the room was very small. Spa was good.
Unfortunately they did not install enough elevators when the building was constructed and sometimes a queue develops on the ground floor."

"2km away from Hiroshima Station but accessible via a local bus no 50 to Takaramachi Kita Bus Stop (3 stops away). I love the room as it is sizeable by Japanese standard. The bathroom n toilet are separated on its own with a sliding door keeping it away fr the main bedroom. Its clean n service staff are super helpful."

"Very pleased with our stay here: nice room, larger than most, with a little desk/work area and a massage chair. Great shower, tub, toilet, sink combination room.
Easy location to station; dining choices at the station are many, many. Hail taxi at station is easier than from hotel.
Exercise room was big and beautiful but had treadmill, elliptical and a floor mat and that's all. They really need to add Swiss ball, a step-aerobics step (or two), a small rack of free weights and a couple benches, and a cable tower with attachments. Would be an exemplary fitness center!
I am glad we stayed here, would stay again and would recommend to others.

GGästanvändareHotellrummen var rymliga och bekväma, och de största attraktionerna låg inom gångavstånd. Tvättstugaerna var dock obekvämt placerade, och tvättmaskinen råkade vara trasig, men personalen kom snabbt och var mycket vänlig.

EEvgeniya_MGreat place to stay in Hiroshima. The room was quite spacious (by japanese standards). Easy to get there from the station by bus, the memorial park and peace museum are within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of dishes to choose from, and everything was tasty. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby and we got complimentary apple jelly in our fridge. Soaking in the onsen was great after a long day in Hiroshima and Miyajima, the place was also clean and there was everything necessary for a bath.
This was our first stay in Dormy Inn, and I would definitely choose this chain again.

Jjhleite2The capsule room has a large space for the bed, but maybe not enough for storage, depending on the bag you bring. AC worked fine and air circulation was decent. Expect the same noise and disturbance from the hallway lights as any capsule hotel, which is not a problem for me. The shared bathrooms were clean and furnished with amenities. The hotel offers towels, slippers and sleepwear, and gives another kit for gusts staying for more than one night. Breakfast didn't have too many options but had enough for me as a Westerner. Location of this hotel is perfect, 2 or 3 blocks from the main Hiroshima station. This hotel was good for the price paid and I'll certainly stay there again if possible.

Zz3phyrIn unit laundry is absolutely amazing. Can pick up some detergent at a 7-11 or FamilyMart next to the hotel for a couple hundred yen that can last you quite awhile compared to the coin ops that easily takes more.
Only downside is the full room makeup is done for a charge and that there are a lot of stains on the couch which is very off-putting. The room is smaller than what the picture shows, but thoughtfully laid out carefully with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent near the famed Nagarekawa where there is a lot of dining and entertainment. Also a short walking distance to Hondori Shopping Street and the A-bomb dome.

GGästanvändareHotel was clean and conveniently located near a family mart. Service was great! We managed to check in and send our luggages with the assistance of the staff smoothly. The hotel gym is 24hrs as well - it is an Anytime fitness gym - fully equipped gym. Very pleased with the equipment inside. You can gain access by going to the front desk for some key card, or you can just use your own AF keyfob.
Room however, was very small for 2 packs even with small-mid sized luggages.

GGästanvändareÜberdurchnittlich großes Zimmer mit 3 schiesschartenartig kleinen Fenstern, deren Verdunkelung wegen defekter Rollos tagsüber nicht aufgehoben werden konnte. Großes Bad mit freistehender Badewanne und Regendusche. Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, aber kein Tisch und kein Stuhl, lediglich Sofa und Beistelltisch - also kaum geeignetes Mobiliar um ggf, selbst zubereitete Speisen auch angemessen verzehren zu können. Rigide Beachtung der Check-in-Zeit. Wir mussten unsere Pässe mehrfach vorlegen und anschließend alle persönlichen Angaben vom Geburtsdatum bis zur Adresse selbst in ein PC-Terminal eingeben. Diese Daten waren alle von der Reservierung her bekannt bzw. hätten aus den Pässen ausgelesen werden können. In anderen Hotels waren solche Daten voreingegeben und wir mussten nach deren Kontrolle nur noch unterzeichnen. Das wäre ein Standard, der heute möglicher Digitalisierung entspricht. Auswahl an Amenities ausgesprochen bescheiden. Nur Pulverkaffee verfügbar, keine Dripbags. Für ein Frühstück wurde auf 3 Bahnhof-Cafés verwiesen, die z.T. erst ab 09:00 Uhr offen waren. Die ausgesprochen positiven Bewertungen von anderen Gästen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

The convenience store downstairs sells alcoholic drinks, bento and other snacks at reasonable prices.
The shuttle bus is convenient but does not run that frequently so I recommend you to check it well in advance. I ended up paying around 3500 yen for taxi one way 🤣

FFerfer8Best for families, esp if you are driving to Hiroshima. 1. Kids loved the bunk beds & the stairs- spacious, clean, comfortable, super fun! So much space to chill & unwind.
2. Lower Deck beds- big & comfortable, charging points on the sides, mirrors on sides too.
3. Washing machine within the unit- save money without needing coin laundry. Easy to wash clothes.
4. We got clean towels everyday( you can choose not to accept)
5. Carpark space right outside Hotel so you can move luggages easily & quickly.
Love this & will stay in other Fav Hotels in Japan too!
