Excellent view from hotel lobby and room itself However front counter rejected request to provide extra mineral water upon request, says strictly 2 bottles per night Amenity bar provides toiletries but no shower cap."

"I wanted to get a hotel away from the city centre but near enough to head down. Glad to have found and stayed at Hotel Hewitt Koshien. Very near to Koshien train station and there’s a mall between the station and hotel. There’s also laundromat in the hotel (3 washer + dryer machines). Hotel in-room amenities are more than sufficient and the service team can make up room daily upon request. Hanshin Koshien stadium is also nearby where you can check out the museum too! There’s also a Lawson outside the train station if you want to get drinks and snacks. Starbucks too for coffee! There’s also a nice park around 2km away and I head down for my morning jog. Nice scenery and fresh air!"

"The hotel room is very lovely. Do take advantage of the cheaper overnight parking at the hotel if you are driving. I parked elsewhere and the overnight parking fee is more than parking at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is simple but very delicious. The service is also very good. The hotel is also a participating hotel for the luggage delivery service. It saved me from the backaches of carrying the luggage by myself."

"Quite a nice hotel. Accessible to places via walking. The room is clean and comfortable. Daily changing of towels and bath robes is provided (may not be that environmental friendly). It will be good to provide a few hangers 😊 Otherwise, it's been a pleasant stay in the hotel."

"We are in Kobe for one night only and chose to stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kobe-Sannomiya Premier, which is conveniently located near Sannomiya JR station as well as Daimaru and Moto-machi. We chose a double room which is clean but a bit too small for the two of us."

"quite disappointed with this hotel facility. the bed is aged and the facilities are old.the beds made me back pain as well...however, the staffs are super friendly and nice. the location of the hotel needs a bit walk to the downtown. with a high slope. but they do offer shuttle bus which is a good thing."

"Review of The Royal Park Canvas Kobe I recently stayed at The Royal Park Canvas Kobe and found it to be a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. Kobe Chinatown is close by, and iconic spots like the “Be Kobe” monument and Kobe Tower are within a pleasant 25-minute walk. The Kitano Ijikan district is also easily reachable on foot. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out through machines, with front desk staff standing by if assistance is needed. My room had a relatively large bathroom, which added to the comfort. The buffet breakfast was not bad, and a fun highlight was the free ice cream available from 8pm to 10pm. A thoughtful touch is the presence of two donation bins where travellers can drop off unwanted clothing—an environmentally friendly and community-minded initiative. Overall, The Royal Park Canvas Kobe is a well-located, comfortable stay with nice little touches that enhance the experience."

"Plenty of parking slot Staff are friendly and helpful Lobby looks clean and tidy The breakfast is highlight If I am travelling around the area, I will stay in this place again. The only things need to improve :- The room might be hasn't use for a while, the air con has some unpleasant smell at the beginning, problem solved after running for 30 mins."

"The experience staying at the kobe plaza hotel was amazing! The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was okay. Could use some improvements, but still nice. The 3rd floor lounge was so cozy and accessible. ☺️"
