"I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts I needed. The location was perfect and easy to get around. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Almost perfect however after make up room they left dirty linen on the sink."

"We stayed at this hotel on our last day trip so as to be close to airport. Everything here is quite equipped less the hotel is a bit run down. The buffet restaurant has quite a comprehensive selection. Overall, is value for money. You can see why as there are many tour groups patronising the hotel."

"Our stay at OMO5 Okinawa Naha by Hoshino Resort offered a unique blend of modern design and cultural immersion. However, there are areas that could be enhanced for a better guest experience. The resort would benefit from additional parking spaces and a more varied breakfast menu, which was predominantly bread-focused during our visit. The cultural activities available in the lobby, such as guided tours, provided a deeply engaging and immersive experience, adding significant value to our stay. On the downside, the transitional space for removing shoes was cramped, which made the movement from the entrance to the tatami area somewhat uncomfortable. While the large sofa area is stylishly designed in a modern Japanese aesthetic, the absence of a coffee table was noticeable and impacted the functionality of the space. Room for luggage was also limited, reminiscent of compact Tokyo business hotels. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, highlighted by the cultural engagement opportunities the resort offers."

"Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Naha, great location with modern and clean rooms. If you are renting a car, parking is a bit more of a hassle because the hotel parking is an automated underground parking system. Cars can only be accessed 1 at a time, so there might be a wait time. Besides the parking situation everything else was fine, staff was very friendly and helpful."

"For me and my mum, the location is great! We are walkable distance to Miebashi station, Kokusai Dori. Bus stop in front of the hotel is super convenient to go to American Village and UNIQLO Ryubo Ameku Rakuichi (direct buses). A lot of local food options around. And if you do take up the whale watching tour, there's pickup near the hotel. It's easy to navigate the streets to the hotel. What I'm not used to is the fact that the reception is on the 17th floor (rooftop) and extra amenities you need, you have to head up to get it. "
