"it is a short walk away from shin osaka station, making it very convenient. a lawson is nearby, onsen and washing machine all located in hotel. area is mostly business so not much, but daiso and a huge store selling everyday stuff is nearby. great for last min purchases, prices are also better than in drugstores etc."

"Review of Villa Fontaine Grand Osaka Umeda I stayed at Villa Fontaine Grand Osaka Umeda and found it to be a convenient and comfortable choice for exploring Osaka. The hotel is within walking distance of several train stations, including Osaka Station, which made travelling around the city very easy. The area is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, so food and essentials were always within reach. The hotel offers a complimentary spa for guests, though we didn’t get a chance to try it. The staff were friendly and able to communicate in English, which made the stay smoother. Check-in and check-out were done through machines, with staff available if assistance was needed. Overall, Villa Fontaine Grand Osaka Umeda provides great accessibility and a pleasant stay, ideal for travellers who want convenience and helpful service."

"The location of the hotel is great, close to many of the attractions and especially if you love food. The staff was kind, but the room was not clean, also all the towels contained hair from other people which is not very convenient when traveling with a baby. Also don’t understand that the rooftop bar closes at 9pm while it apparently has a great view.."

"LUGGAGE STORAGE 💀 💕Overall the hotel is amazing! Near to 7/11 and Lawson. There’s an airport bus just 5minutes away. However, their luggage storage system, it says there’s free luggage storage but they only allow ONE baggage per person, if there’s 2 ppl in your room then 2 luggages. You can store your other luggages at the mall where the airport bus is, BUT Sundays the storage space is closed and we had to drag our luggages to somewhere else for a whole day….you should have written the one luggage per person instead of free luggage storage at the concierge so that people can plan accordingly."

"The rooms are small but it provides most things you would need. It’s clean, has room service, a water cooler and ice dispenser outside. For its price and location I’d say it’s reasonable. I like this area because it’s a business district so it’s away from the touristed areas and other shopping districts making it peaceful and away from trouble areas. There is a Mosburger right by, and a famous cafes like Grenier Kitahama within walkable distance. It’s very near the train station as well so you could easily explore the rest of Osaka!"

"Location was next to subway and it works till midnşght. There is 7 eleven under hotel. Also starbucks is on the other side. Room was comfy and quiet for sleeping. Aircondition was very good. Bathroom was good. Laundry at 4th floor and around 5 dolar. There are only 4-5 machines so you might have problem on the line . Also my wise and debit card payment didnt work and l couldnt wash. Prepare your coins(100 yen only) check in was smooth. If you find a good price, you can consider it."

"Really good stay at the hotel. Amenities were really good, was able to request a hair curler and straightener for entire stay. At reception, they had several toiletries such as bath salts, tooth brushes, mouth wash. Only thing I’d mention is that you have to put out your clean room sign by 10am for the cleaners, so if you’re looking for a lay in might not be possible. However, the cleaners are very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would definitely recommend and enjoyed my stay here!"

"Overall is highly recommended. Location is good but not easy to find as the google map doesn’t work in Osaka station, we been lost for few times. Easily to reach shopping mall without go out, all is linked and easy to walk around. I was planning to go Umeda sky building, however i get to stay in 26 floor in the hotel. So i guess i have the same view. Sharing you all the view from my room, luckily i got the sunset room. I guess will be back for my next trip if the price is reasonable. The toilet is dark because the colour of wall is black. There is a guest meeting room on lower floor but it open from 10am to 10pm. It close too early and open too late. I am unable to use it."
