"I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Osaka Namba. The location is absolutely superb — just a few steps away from Dotonbori, making it incredibly convenient for food, shopping, and exploring the vibrant nightlife. The room size was a pleasant surprise, especially for Japan. We were able to fully open two large suitcases comfortably, which made a huge difference during our stay. The daily cleaning service was spectacular — everything was always spotless and well-organized when we returned each day. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like complimentary water and coffee. A special mention goes to the lovely Dove shampoo, soap, conditioner, and lotion — such a nice touch that made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, an excellent choice in Osaka, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"it is a short walk away from shin osaka station, making it very convenient. a lawson is nearby, onsen and washing machine all located in hotel. area is mostly business so not much, but daiso and a huge store selling everyday stuff is nearby. great for last min purchases, prices are also better than in drugstores etc."

"全体的に清潔感があって良かったです。 受付は海外の方で、オープンしたてでまだ慣れてないのかなーという印象でしたが、とても丁寧で笑顔も素敵で好印象でした！ アメニティは少なめなので、くしやコットン、綿棒、メイク落としや化粧水等スキンケア類は持参必須です。 シャンプーはオールインワンシャンプーでボディーソープと一体型でした。コンディショナーは別でありました。 ナイトウェアは無いので持参が必要でした。 駅近なこともあり早朝から電車の走る音が結構聞こえたので、 音が気になる人は耳栓等対策したほうがいいかも？です。"

"Rummet var mycket bekvämt, rymligt och rent, med även de minsta detaljerna noggrant hanterade. Pentryt var också fullt utrustat, vilket gjorde det mycket bekvämt för resenärer som vill laga enkla måltider på rummet. Den enda lilla nackdelen var ljudisoleringen, som var lite svag, men överlag ganska acceptabel. Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera det till vänner om jag fick chansen."

"I’ve always loved this hotel — the location is superb, and the room size is amazing. I visit Osaka twice a year and have always stayed here without ever switching to another hotel. During our last two stays, however, we experienced an issue with the toilet, as the flush was not working properly. The staff kindly arranged a room change, which we appreciated. Everything was fine until one staff member informed us, “We found an ice cream stick inside the toilet. Please do not dispose of anything other than tissue.” Honestly, the wording was quite uncomfortable. A more considerate approach, such as “We found an ice cream stick in the toilet — may we ask if you had any ice cream?” would have conveyed the situation without sounding accusatory. The way this was communicated felt unnecessarily blaming, which was disappointing given our long-standing loyalty to the hotel."

"close to metro/train if you are moving with light or not so heavy luggage and know the way. still manage when i finding (with It will good if there have more signature to point to the direction of the hotel. Sometime, it is hard to follow the map when you are not able to spot the exit (as there are few exits available) Still able to find the hotel while carrying 30kg luggage. Once you found the route, it is easier to get to the metro using the escalator etc rather than stairway. it is close to the shopping belt and can walk all the way once you have checked in. Food and convenience shops are easily accessible. Allow to keep the luggage while waiting to check in / out"

"Platsen är exakt på kyobashistationen, så vi kan hitta lätt och enkelt att gå var som helst.Om du gillar shopping, är hotellet ovanför en shopping mall, så du kan leta efter något du behöver eller bara hitta mat.Tjänsten var bra. Receptionisten svarar så snabbt för kunder och mycket hjälpsamt.Restaurangen är mycket komplett med västerländsk och asiatisk kök.Rekommenderad."

"We had such a nice stay here, we extended it (but on a different app). Great location in the heart of jazz clubs and easy walking distance to the Dotonbori hub, with lots of late night eating and drinking options close by. Breakfast has a really good range of Western and Japanese options, with cooked food changing daily. Be warned though, we had to contact Trip.com on check in. When they take your passport, they want to scan it to their system PERMANENTLY, which is an obvious breach of data safety protocols, and there’s no apparent reason for them to keep your data forever. After a hour of discussion, late at night, we finally sorted this out by having a photocopy stored instead (which we suggested in the first 2 mins of arrival) but it seemed they only did this because we were asking for a cancellation. It was a really unfirtunate start to an, otherwise, lovely stay. Mostly it was all terrific though, with great personal items and tea and coffee supplied. Rooms are very compact, very quiet and our last night was booked on a different app which was a bit overpriced, but all up, a great little stay with very kind staff."

"Hotel room is nice, clean and spacious. Hotel staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel is nice breakfast as well, with options for western/Japanese style breakfast, fresh fruits etc. Location-wise, it’s a bit further away from Dotonburi, but still very walkable and close to the metrostation."
