"I had a pleasant stay with my friends for 7 days. The price was so good that we decided to have our own room for each of us. The size is decent, I could wide open my large luggage without any trouble walking around the room.
The location is not bad, like 10mins walk from the JR Sendai Station, and quite close to the most popular restaurants in Sendai."

"It was a perfect stay. Everything including amenities, services, beds, facilities was awesome. Room is very clean and new, employees are so kind.
Especially, we had left our belongings in the safe, and realized it after we arrived at tokyo. We made a call to this hotel and the manager handled this situation very professionally!
They made a delivery to tokyo, which arrived early in the next morning, so we are now at narita airport without stopping by sendai again!!
Definitely willing to stay here again if I have a chance to visit sendai again. Thank you so much!"

"It was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new.
Definitely recommend this hotel without doubt. There is one time we lost a piece of socks from the laundry room, they were able to found it and return it to us. Very grateful to the receptionist and staff(namely加藤) found the lost socks."

"The room is big enough to even change my suitcase from broken one to a new one. I like having bamboo baskets for me to carry thing to the onsen. It is very nice to have sauna, one indoor onsen, one outdoor onsen and a cold onsen. I was happy to have an ice-cream after onsen and can have a small bowl of ramen for free."

Our stay was pleasant the rooms were clean Thanks to google translate that even the front reception was not quite fluent in English we could communicate very well Very convenient location Right next to the main train station a lot of restaurants to choose from also next to the shopping mall There is a fish market nearby but most of the fish is for your own cooking Can not buy fresh sashimi there There is a seafood restaurant close to the market

GGästanvändareThe location is fanastic. It is close to Sendai JR Station, Sendai Morning Market and shopping streets. It is especially important given we have 2 ninety-year-old ladies in our group.
Breakfast was great. The dining hall was of Art Deco design. It had a mixture of western and Japanese dishes. The amount was plentiful and quality was good.
The onsen was free. There were jacuzzi and old water bath. It is pity that there was no open air bath.
We would consider a return if we happen to come back to Sendai.

The room is standard for Japanese hotel. However, my toilet smell is not good. Onsen is clean but small, overall I think it’s worth for the price and good for couples. Staff is really helpful! Free drinks at lobby.

Relatively small rooms but comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the separated dry and wet areas in the bathroom with onsen style faucet and tub.
Complimentary coffee machine available from 1300-0100 and help yourself to bath amenities available in the lobby.

Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.
Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.
Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

GGästanvändareIt is an all inclusive hotel in the Akiu area. Buffet dinner and breakfast were just superb. There are two public onsen that can be used freely. Shuttle bus can be arranged to/from Sendai station if you don’t drive.

HHansycUnexpectedly grand hotel, especially when you first walk in the front entrance. Very traditional hotel with great service, remember to book your free transport to and from the Sendai train station. The hot spring experience is as expected - comfortable, cozy, clean and relaxing. Highly recommended. The included Dinner and breakfast buffets are great and aside from the typical western food, it served up some local delicacies which were really nice and authentic. Highly recommended place for anyone looking at a day or two to unwind and relax.

IIkearumbaLocation is great, walkable to shops, trains, parks and attractions. Room is basic and a little noisy/light, good shower/bath area.
Some free amenities at front desk and no issue with luggage storage, coin operated laundry worked well. We declined cleaning after the first night as wasn't very well done, however had fresh towels every day
