"Location is excellent. Very clean. Walking distance to many shops that we wanted to go. Staffs are friendly and helpful. However there were only 2 washing machines and each wash takes more than two hours. Queue can be challenging especially when there are many people staying. And also there are no hot water dispenser at the pantry ground floor. Have to take cold or room temp water in kettle and bring to room to boil for a cup of hot tea or coffee. Other than that, this hotel is recommended due to its location."

"I recommend this hotel for travellers who want a convenient location. Shinagawa Station is only a short walk away and connects to many train lines. It is a good base for exploring Tokyo. The hotel facilities are good and meet most basic needs. If possible, choose a higher-floor room for the better Tokyo Tower view."

"Very comfortable beds and spacious room for a triple room. Few shops nearby and walkable distances to few train stations. You can even take the pictures of a few trains appearing together."

"Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is located just across the road from Senso-ji Temple — you can even see the temple from the building. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but pleasant. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

"We stayed in this hotel as a family. We booked 3 Twin Standard rooms and I would say the size of the room is decent. It is enough for 2 opened big lugagges, but you will feel cramped. Their breakfast is standard, and there is not variety since we stayed there for 5 nights and it is always the same each day. The great things about this hotel would be it is connected to a mall and their Natural Onsen is definitely a MUST GO! It is a very nice onsen in the heart of Tokyo city!"

"Excellent location, less than 10mins walk to Ginza shopping streets. Right next to Higashi Ginza metro station exit 4, but there is no lift or elevator for this exit, be prepared to carry your luggages up the stairs. There is a Lawson across the road, a whole building of restaurants next door, and a couple of drugstores nearby. We stayed on the 14th floor. Room is big enough for 2 checkin luggages. We got street view, 2nd photo is the view from our room. There is a humidifier in the room which is a plus for the dry winter months. Air conditioning can get a bit too warm. Good water pressure for shower. No amenities in the room but you can get some for free from the lobby. You also get 2 bottles of drinking water for free everyday. Breakfast is half ala carte half buffet style. Selection is decent. Did not try out the public bath so no comments on that. Staff are all fluent in English and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Booked 7-9fl city room twin b. Got a room on 8th floor facing west side (the side with nicer city views i think) which was stuffy, and bathroom was old and grimy. Showed the photo with brown stains around hand basin to hotel front desk and was upgraded to 15F facing the east side (i think, can see morning sun on one corner)/driver learning center. 15F room’s centralised air conditioner was blowing cool air not heat (March - temperature outside was 5-10degrees at night). Room felt a bit cold but bearable. The room on 15F has a different toilet set up vs 8F, definitely cleaner and newer - i think it was refurbished, toilet roll cover is metal on 15F vs plastic on 8F. The bathroom mirror is heated and it does heats up the bathroom so you stay warm post bath. Hotel does not provide microwave oven but there is 24hr Family Mart on ground floor. Coin laundry on 6th floor, 6th floor corridor felt eerie. Vending machine on every floor. iron, ironing board and trousers press available for loan are placed next to vending machine. Ice machine available too. No humidifier in room but i didn’t ask if it’s available for loan. disposal slippers are replaced at every cleaning. Small non-smart TV. Imabari towels. Sound insulation not good. Can hear sounds from the corridors, my neighbours talking albeit muffled. Breakfast tasted alright, spread was exactly the same during the 3 days i stayed. Hotel staf were always polite and smiley. Very long trek to ikebukuro station. Airport limousine just outside the hotel, ikebus at hotel lobby driveway, walking distance to the Tokyo Sakura tram (Toden Arakawa line, more like a light rail behind houses than tram). Connected to Sunshine city 60 which has loads of restaurants and tax free shops."

"The hotel is located in the vibrant Roppongi area, close to Tokyo Tower and near Don Quijote (Donki). The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel also offers beautiful views of the city. There is a bar and a yakiniku restaurant located within the hotel building, which makes dining very convenient. The hotel staff provide excellent service and are very welcoming. Please note that the check-in lobby is located on the 4th floor. The rooms are highly secure, as access to each floor requires a key card, which makes the stay feel very safe and comfortable."

"Very convenient location, when you arrive at the metro station you don’t even need to take out the map to find the hotel. It is literally in front of the metro exit. And it is quiet despite the railway in 20 meters. The staff was incredibly nice and polite to me, the room is fresh and clean and very nice restaurant is available on the first floor"
