"Location : Perfect, 5 mins walk to Ueno for dining and shopping, 10 mins to Ueno station or Metro. Services : Actually it is NOT a hotel, it is more like AirBnB, you can’t expect any hotel services from them. Cleanliness : The toilet is worst as it was not built-in with building, it was retrofitted as additional to the original design that’s why floor level of toilet was lifted up 15cm higher the room floor for drainage. Strange smell always around after use."

"The location was superb which is near to the main shopping street and loads of restaurant (highly recommend Midori - you can take a queue number and go back to hotel and chill. The room was huge for Tokyo standard at this price point. We were able to open the luggages (1 large 1 medium) comfortably and have plenty of space to put our shopping loots. However, as this is located near to the train track, you are able to hear the train passing (so wouldnt recommend if you are a light sleeper). There is also a demolishment/construction ongoing opposite as well so do check on the hotel official website for update. Overall, we still had an amazing stay there and will definitely return the next time."

I can say Park Hotel Tokyo is truly one of the best, comparable to Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton! It is not about how fancy everything is, but the art museum fill, the artist rooms, the stunning view of Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower, the friendly service, and the convenience to transportations, hprovided us a truly lasting memory!! I wish there are more hotels like this!"

"Exceptional Service and Spotless Rooms - Highly Recommend! : We stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The highlight was definitely the housekeeping team—they did an amazing job keeping our room spotless and tidy every single day. The hotel's location is very convenient, with direct access to Suitengumae Station and T-CAT for the airport limousine bus. The staff were professional and helpful, even providing a luggage scale for us to check our bags before departure. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo!"

"Location is perfect. Next to Don Quijote, so many family marts around and right at Ginza shopping street. Just a quick stroll to Tsukiji. There are common areas at the lobby area, nicely set up. Rooms are good size. The beds as slightly elevated, so it’s easy to push luggage under the bed to get more space in the room. Shower is legendary."

"Location is excellent. Very clean. Walking distance to many shops that we wanted to go. Staffs are friendly and helpful. However there were only 2 washing machines and each wash takes more than two hours. Queue can be challenging especially when there are many people staying. And also there are no hot water dispenser at the pantry ground floor. Have to take cold or room temp water in kettle and bring to room to boil for a cup of hot tea or coffee. Other than that, this hotel is recommended due to its location."
