One of the best stays ever, you will not be disappointed with the boutique feel of good old days, we actually made the trip to Busan just to stay here. Free Americanos were a nice touch and with the complimentary stationary to write memories and even send postcards to yourself. The rooms are incredibly well designed and felt luxurious large with warm wood accents.

We are family of three with 6 year old kid, stayed at NEWCZ Centum for 3 nights. Staffs are welcoming and offered us a free room upgrade to the room with nice view. Room is spacious, has separate dinning room and it has very interesting second level to kids to play or for the guest who prefer to sleep in Tatami style bed. Location is quite convenience, a few mins walk from train station and shopping mall (which has one of famous Jijimba for both tourists and locals - Spa Land Shinsegae. We enjoyed our stay, especially our little one who love to play hide and seek been very busy climbing upstairs and downstairs to Hide. Would love to stay here again if we visit to the same are next time.

The hotel facade is new and clean. The room is very clean with daily change of towels, slippers and bottled water. Location is excellent, on the Main Street with many eateries. It is just opposite the Haeundae traditional market and 5mins walk from the Haeundae beach. But the downside is the slow water flow from the bathtub and no shower curtain . Hotel staff wasn’t able to provide information on traditional market recommendations

아래사항 빼고 모두 좋아요. 1) 버스, 지하철 쪼금 힘들어요 (택시,자가용이용) 2) 비데없음 3) 연박시 3일에 한번 룸청소 한다는군요(화장실포함) 타올과 물2병은 매일줍니다.

Spacious room with washing machine and fully-equipped kitchen but cooking is not allowed which is weird. Apart from check-in everything is self-service, including making requests for housekeeping every time you need it. Also you won't be receiving a physical room key, just a QR code printed on paper or accessible on a dedicated website (so you need to make sure you have good mobile coverage even in the lift as you'll need the code to get to your floor). Not all staff are proficient in English so it was a bit difficult to communicate with them. And their self-service system requires guests to communicate with staff through kakao talk so it was not that user-friendly to foreign guests.

Very centrally located, easy to find building. But surprised to see no reception. All the details are delivered by email/messages or calls when needed. Fun to have night market right outside the building.

Extremt nytt och mycket modernt, men nästan allt kom med en extra avgift.Det kändes lite extra och inte på ett bra sätt.Vi har aldrig fått så mycket pappersarbete och så många instruktioner på något hotell eller Airbnb tidigare. Från detaljerade återvinningsregler till reningsriktlinjer för de få plattor och delar av skålar som tillhandahållits (även utan kökskläder eller torktumlare för att faktiskt rena dem), kändes det alltför komplicerat. Tjänsten var inte heller bra. Vid check-in informerades vi via ett tryckt dokument om att vi under hela vår vistelse var tvungna att hålla gardinerna stängda från kl. 8.00 till kl. 18.00 på grund av yttre konstruktionsarbete på fönsterinformation som aldrig delades före check-in. Detta ledde till lite frustrerad tillbaka och framåt med personalen, även om de till slut erbjöd en gång gratis tillgång till 38th-floor faciliteter (som vanligtvis kostar omkring 25k KRW per person för gymmet, bastu och pool). Vårt rum var också definitivt mindre än den annonserade 24 m2. Ändå var allt nytt och mycket rent, med färska handdukar som tillhandahölls dagligen.Inomhusvattenfilteret var också en trevlig touch.

Jag hade en utmärkt vistelse på Lavi De Atlan Hotel i Busan, särskilt på grund av dess oslagbara plats i Haeundae, som är ett mycket händelser område med breda sidovägar och jogging vägar. Hotellet är bara en kort promenad från Haeundae Beach, omgivet av många restauranger, caféer och bekvämlighetsbutiker, vilket gjorde att utforska området otroligt lätt. Rummet var rent och bekvämt, med alla grundläggande faciliteter jag behövde för min vistelse.Jag uppskattade också den trevliga utsikten från rummet och det totala värdet för pengarna.Det är ett bra alternativ om du letar efter något prisvärt på en bra plats. Många resenärer betonar samma sak: platsen är definitivt den största fördelen, med en gångbar poäng som gör det lätt att nå närliggande attraktioner. Det finns dock inget frukostalternativ - endast erbjuds för gäster som stannar på Marysol Hotel vid 18,000 won (som händer att befinna sig i samma byggnad). Generellt sett rekommenderar jag detta hotell för dess bekvämlighet, tillgänglighet och rimliga priser37413; 28190; perfekt för en kort vistelse i Haeundae.

Booked the metro suite upon price drop at Trip. Com and it was very good for the price we've paid. Unit was spacious, fully equipped with large tv, washer dryer microwave, and even a Samsung styler. 2 queen beds and beddings are of good quality. Toilet and shower system were great too. Electrical kettle was provided. Cooking was not allowed unless requested. There was no cutleries or kitchen utensils provided. There was no view from this room generally except very little sea view from the balcony. On our first day bath towel was not provided and hv to ask from the reception. Orded food delivery via Baemin and food can be sent to doorstep. Location is near to Haeundae beach, but could be better as it is not central and close enough to the most lively area. Do not expect full hotel service except presence of the frontdesk (7am-10pm), and there was no in room housekeeping provided for the entire stay of 4 days. Hotel facilities was not opened too, pool was closed. Breakfast was not included and can pay for it and need to hv it at Kwangsu Hotel opppsite the building. Hotel staff was polite, response was prompt when we asked for help to fix the clogged toilet bowl, location was easy to be accessed by taxi via kakao or k-ride. Overall we had good sleep and pleasant stay, and it was well worth the price paid. Thank you.

I enjoyed my stay here at Griffin hotel. A modern cost effective hotel in the heart of everything. The accommodation is the integral part of any vacation so it has to come correct. This is an example of such. I will stay here over and over when I visit busan again. It’s new, modern, lively, quiet, serene, centre to everything and above all budget friendly. Compared to hotels around. You’ll get value for whatever you pay here. I got value for my money. So yes it’s a 10/5 🤩🤩🤩 I love the view from my room I cannot get over such luxury on a budget.!
