"The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Centum subway station, making it very convenient to get around. We also enjoyed the view of the river and bridge, which was a nice bonus. The room felt a bit old and was somewhat cold overnight since the floor was carpeted rather than ondol-heated. The air conditioner was okay but not very strong; even though we set it to 26°C, the room stayed around 24–24.5°C. That said, the space was adequate and comfortable overall, and we liked the desk in the room. The staff were friendly. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for business travellers and also a solid option for families looking for a reasonably priced stay."

"Our stay at UH Continental was truly amazing. I couldn’t believe the hotel is even prettier in person than in the photos. My daughter absolutely loved the indoor spa, and what I appreciated most was the kids’ play area, it’s perfect for families traveling with little ones. The hotel is also just steps away from Haeundae Beach, which makes the location even more convenient. Everything smelled fresh and clean, and the bed was one of the comfiest we’ve experienced during our trip. What made our stay even more memorable was the manager, Hailey. She was the nicest person we met in Busan, 🥹 very cheerful, professional, and such a great conversationalist. She actually reminded me of Im Yoon‑ah from the K-drama King the Land—a warm and happy hotelier who makes guests feel genuinely welcome. Our experience here was truly memorable. ✨"

"Excellent stay. We picked this for the unique architecture and decor and we were not disappointed. You can see the attention to detail in the design of this hotel. Also, beautiful view from our Premium room, facing the sunrise so we could enjoy a cup of tea/coffee peacefully in the morning. (Photo attached). It is a 4-star hotel - the hallways may be a bit outdated and dark - but the rooms themselves are updated and new, with comfortable bed/shower. Staff are available, friendly, and welcoming. Walkable to nearby sights, stations, and ATM/convenience stores. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others for a wonderful place to stay in Busan."

"This seems a very new hotel. Quiet with nice ocean view. Breakfast area at level 20 comes with very nice view. There are cafes and resultant along the road. The little issue is we don't know how ro operate the aircond and heater which seems to be from the same machine. It seems as if it is centralized. Anyway, we are alright with this. There is no toothbrush and tooth paste provided due to certain policy in Busan. Worth to stay"

"Reception staff were not friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite. Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke. Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road."

"We stayed at Haeundae Central Hotel and loved the location — just a short walk to Haeundae Beach with many restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and it’s perfect for families. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Busan!"

"Booked this hotel as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Great location, just a 15 minute walk from the subway; and the views from the room were phenomenal! I booked a deluxe ocean view room which was a really good size and had everything we needed (including a fancy japanese style toilet). We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant but did visit the cafe on the top floor which was lovely and had some great views over Yeongdo island and Busan. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already been looking at when we can next visit!"

"The hotel is very clean and comfortable I would recommend to stay here for a beach holiday. If you want to explore all of Busan there is very easy public transportation but it is far from the other attractions about one hour away. The best attraction is the cable car which is waking distance and an amazing experience. 24 hour shop right at the entrance and also a Starbucks right there. Super comfy !"

"The location was perfect with great restaurants nearby. As with all hotels in korea, check in is only after 3. We got there early and while thry do provide paid luggage storage and free luggage storage. The free one is basically just leaving suitcases in front of the reception. I was a bit worried leaving it unattended but there was nithing to be worried for. We left it for 4+ hours and was still as it was how we left it. The room is spacious too!"
