"The hotel facade is new and clean. The room is very clean with daily change of towels, slippers and bottled water. Location is excellent, on the Main Street with many eateries. It is just opposite the Haeundae traditional market and 5mins walk from the Haeundae beach. But the downside is the slow water flow from the bathtub and no shower curtain . Hotel staff wasn’t able to provide information on traditional market recommendations"

"The location was perfect with great restaurants nearby. As with all hotels in korea, check in is only after 3. We got there early and while thry do provide paid luggage storage and free luggage storage. The free one is basically just leaving suitcases in front of the reception. I was a bit worried leaving it unattended but there was nithing to be worried for. We left it for 4+ hours and was still as it was how we left it. The room is spacious too!"

"Booked this hotel as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Great location, just a 15 minute walk from the subway; and the views from the room were phenomenal! I booked a deluxe ocean view room which was a really good size and had everything we needed (including a fancy japanese style toilet). We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant but did visit the cafe on the top floor which was lovely and had some great views over Yeongdo island and Busan. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already been looking at when we can next visit!"

TTrisoOne of the best stays ever, you will not be disappointed with the boutique feel of good old days, we actually made the trip to Busan just to stay here. Free Americanos were a nice touch and with the complimentary stationary to write memories and even send postcards to yourself. The rooms are incredibly well designed and felt luxurious large with warm wood accents.

PPi Ka ChuWe are family of three with 6 year old kid, stayed at NEWCZ Centum for 3 nights. Staffs are welcoming and offered us a free room upgrade to the room with nice view. Room is spacious, has separate dinning room and it has very interesting second level to kids to play or for the guest who prefer to sleep in Tatami style bed. Location is quite convenience, a few mins walk from train station and shopping mall (which has one of famous Jijimba for both tourists and locals - Spa Land Shinsegae. We enjoyed our stay, especially our little one who love to play hide and seek been very busy climbing upstairs and downstairs to Hide. Would love to stay here again if we visit to the same are next time.

EEric CheamAs a seasoned traveler with a family of four, finding a hotel that perfectly balances comfort, space, and unbeatable location is the holy grail—and this hotel absolutely delivered!
* Prime Location & Convenience
The location alone earns five stars. Being situated right next to two large department stores meant last-minute shopping and easy meal access were never an issue. Plus, having a subway entrance so close made exploring the city incredibly straightforward, saving us precious time and energy (essential when traveling with kids!).
* Spacious Rooms & Comfort
We were immediately impressed by the size of the room. The spacious living area was a lifesaver, giving us all room to relax without being on top of each other. The comfortable bed deserves special mention—it ensured a great night's sleep for both the adults and the children.
The provision of a washing machine and drying rack was a huge bonus for a longer trip. It allowed us to pack lighter and keep our clothes fresh, which is a big help for a family of four.
* A Small Suggestion for Improvement
My only minor critique, and one that I hope the management considers, is the availability of hairdryers. With four people needing to get ready in the morning, sharing just one hairdryer was quite the rush! It would be a significant enhancement to the guest experience if a hairdryer could be provided in every room or at least two for larger family suites.
Overall Verdict
Despite the minor hairdryer inconvenience, this hotel offers fantastic value and is perfectly suited for families or groups who prioritize space and location. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

GGästanvändareBooked the metro suite upon price drop at Trip. Com and it was very good for the price we've paid. Unit was spacious, fully equipped with large tv, washer dryer microwave, and even a Samsung styler. 2 queen beds and beddings are of good quality. Toilet and shower system were great too. Electrical kettle was provided. Cooking was not allowed unless requested. There was no cutleries or kitchen utensils provided. There was no view from this room generally except very little sea view from the balcony. On our first day bath towel was not provided and hv to ask from the reception. Orded food delivery via Baemin and food can be sent to doorstep. Location is near to Haeundae beach, but could be better as it is not central and close enough to the most lively area. Do not expect full hotel service except presence of the frontdesk (7am-10pm), and there was no in room housekeeping provided for the entire stay of 4 days. Hotel facilities was not opened too, pool was closed. Breakfast was not included and can pay for it and need to hv it at Kwangsu Hotel opppsite the building.
Hotel staff was polite, response was prompt when we asked for help to fix the clogged toilet bowl, location was easy to be accessed by taxi via kakao or k-ride. Overall we had good sleep and pleasant stay, and it was well worth the price paid.

GGuestSgUserGreat to book this apartment hotel walkable to Haeunde Beach n night pedestrian market. Not much interaction with staff, but generally delivers the front desk job. Apartment is stove, laundry equipped but needs to buy washing detergent frm from desk, ideally bring your stuff if u intends to cook etc. Clean n new.. Hopefully standard is maintained.

The accommodation is the integral part of any vacation so it has to come correct. This is an example of such. I will stay here over and over when I visit busan again.
It’s new, modern, lively, quiet, serene, centre to everything and above all budget friendly. Compared to hotels around.
You’ll get value for whatever you pay here. I got value for my money. So yes it’s a 10/5 🤩🤩🤩
I love the view from my room I cannot get over such luxury on a budget.!

GGästanvändareLocation and view are amazing, unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews in relation to everything else. The hotel did not serve breakfast despite the website saying so, and the room and general areas are worn down or just not even finished. The room appeared to be half decorated. Also to note, the windows on the higher floors have no security locks and swig wide open…I was solo travelling but would not have felt safe if kids were in the room.
The toilet flush didn’t work, the bathroom smelled strong of sewerage and the aircon also didn’t work at all. The lady at the front desk tried her best, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to relax in Busan, there are far better places within the same price range.
