Staff was very professional and helpful. Love the location close to the beach, rooftop pool was amazing, breakfast was great too. Overall recommend for families. Only thing is I wish their restaurant stay open for longer. It wasn't available for dinner.

The room was dirty but they quickly changed it for me. Nobody helped me with my luggage when I arrived and left. There is convenience store in the lobby which is helpful. Harbor view room has a good view. Location very far from Seoul but close to shops, restaurants and China Town. Overall average

A bit far and inconvenient to walk to anything, but luckily the bus stop is not far and there is a safe walking path. Room service is great you can pay with cash or card. Hotel was clean and staff spoke fluent English. Overall a great hotel.

It's affordable, clean and cozy. Check in is easy. You will get secret number for the room lock and lobby door on the day of check in. If you have a Korean phone number they will send you the details through kakao talk. Parking is free but you need to register your car at the lobby desk. Washing machine in the room but bring your own detergent. Free Wifi but you can only connect 3 devices at the same time. If you want your room cleaned you have to contact them. The subway station is close by but it's the end of the line. If you only stay in Incheon you will be alright but traveling to Seoul will take a long time. Convenience store in the lobby and coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Overall a great alternative to a hotel.

A compact but adequate apartment with modern decor for a short stay. Nice toilet/shower, adequate kitchen. A nice feature is the enclosed balcony, albeit small but ok for the two chairs and a small table. Location is convenient to Metro, airport express bus 6777 or a walk through Central Park.

호텔이아니라 좋은 오피스텔숙소같았습니다~ 편하고 깨끗하고 좋았으나, 수영장은 성수기요금이 있으니 참고하세요! 24000원 둘이 48000원 ㅠ 좀 비쌋고 수영장 시설은 soso 애들이 너무 많아서 앞뒤 신경안쓰는 애들덕에 이리저리 치였네요.. 그거말고는 숙소안은 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 아 그리고 무인체크인이라 좀 헷갈리실수잇어요 1층 키오스크에서 체크인 하셔야합니다!

Room was big, location was very convenient. The towels, bed sheets, and pillow cases were not very clean. Had some stains on them. Pillow was very hard and flat. So if you’re not used to such pillows you’ll find it difficult to sleep. There was also a small roach crawling on the floor….. I had to close my luggage because I was afraid that bugs wiikd climb into the luggage!

Overall, this hotel was average. It was acceptable for a short stay, but there were a few inconveniences. The air-conditioning had some issues and did not function very well, which made the room slightly uncomfortable at times. Other than that, the room was reasonably clean, and cleanliness seemed acceptable. Some basic amenities were not provided, such as toothbrushes, which had to be purchased separately. This felt a bit inconvenient and unusual for a hotel stay. Most instructions and signage were in Korean only, which made things less clear for foreign guests, but we managed eventually. One important point is that WeFeel should clearly provide both an English address and a Korean address. When we used Uber from the city area, the location was confusing and made it feel like we were heading into a very remote area. This could easily worry first-time visitors, so clearer address information would be very helpful. Facilities were basic and nothing special. Overall, the hotel is manageable but quite ordinary, with room for improvement in guest convenience and clarity.

Great to be at the hotel to share memories with friends and families

Clean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport. Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either.... Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways. So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
