Our first time in Sri Lanka and it was exceptional! The location is perfect — close to CMB Airport, making it very convenient for late arrivals. The 24-hour reception was fantastic; we were warmly greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. We even had the chance to cool off in the clean, refreshing pool. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless. Breakfast was outstanding — a generous three-course meal with fresh fruit, juice, beautifully cooked and seasoned vegetables, followed by an omelette and sausages. Absolutely delicious and plentiful! A special mention to Damith, who went above and beyond to help us organise rides and offered great local recommendations. Overall, a very pleasant experience — highly recommend staying here!

We arrived at 2am after a late night flight and left at 9:30am so were not there long enough to judge properly. Staff very attentive, kind and accommodating for late check in and breakfast. Very clean and tidy with basic amenities - good value. It was good for us to catch a nights sleep before leaving early the next day.

Отель хороший. Расположение в центре. Огромные номера. Есть кухня, всё работает. Персонал отзывчивый. Были проблемы с раковиной, решили сразу. В отеле есть бассейн с лежаками. Море в 10 метрах. Но не рекомендую там купаться, во первых грязное море, во вторых очень опасно. Это не пляж для купания. Но зато красивый вид из номера на этот пляж. Соседнее здание католическая церковь. 2 раза в день проводят мессу, утром рано и вечером в 5. Поют в микрофон, в принципе красивым голосом, но в любом случае выглядит как караоке. Затем батюшка читает проповедь прихожанам и все это тоже в микрофон. Я встаю рано, поэтому меня с утра этот караоке не напрягал. Будь готовы и осведомлены если что. Минус ещё в том что в номере появляются мелкие муравьи буквально через секунду как только забудете еду или хоть крошку оброните. В общем не оставлять еду вне холодильника и убирать за собой после еды. Но в любом случае клиринг каждый день или по запросу, они быстро справляются с этими муравьями. Они без обидные, просто неприятно. Сам городок Негомбо ни о чем, делать там нечего кроме как провести несколько дней после прилета или до отлёта. Вообще нечего смотреть в этом городке. Вообще. Но зато много ресторанов вкуснейших морепродуктов. Мои рекомендации по цене и качеству Ресторан Jude Restaurant. Пешком минут 20 до него от отеля. В самом отеле питание не предусмотрено, нет кафе или типа того.

Nice location near the international airport. They give free breakfast as well and accomodate according to your diets. Well kept and clean, although we had a minor issue with the hair dryer in our room not working at all.

Excelentes instalaciones. Muy límpio. Personal amable y eficiente. Sobre estar cerca de la carretera, nuestra habitación (en el tercer piso) estaba bastante bien insonorizada y no molestaba el ruido de vehículos. Buena comida en la cena a precio razonable. Muy buen desayuno incluido, y tambien incluido el uso de un excelente gimnasio con piscina que hay en el edificio de enfrente. Ha sido un acierto escogerlo como parada para ir al aeropuerto a la mañana siguiente. También gestionaron nuestro traslado al aeropuerto a buen precio. Todo genial!! 👍🏽👌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽😄

A great very well priced hotel to stay after arriving in Sri Lanka before our tour starts. The manager was extremely helpful and nothing is too much. The breakfast was also excellent. A very good priced hotel to start your Sri Lankan holiday - highly recommend

Booked a King size bed two single beds room but what I got was a queen size bed and only one single bed. Hotel said sorry but did offer any conpen (breakfast) or anything. It was a little uncomfortable because we did book this room for a reason. Besides that it was an ok place, nice little pool the kids can play but the billiards table.. if you have a table.. take care of the sticks.. it was impossible to play. Anyways. Not sure I'll go back. After walking around the area, saw plenty of other places (might be worse) around.

I booked this one for my parents. Initially the hotel had made a mistake. My parents were one hour late to check in. Still there was a person in their room. The hotel had given my parents a different room for one hour. As a compensation for the trouble, they gave a suite for the last night of my parents’ staying. In Trip.com, this hotel is a 4 star hotel. But the staff say it is a 3 star hotel. Service, cleanliness and amenities match a 3 star hotel as well but not the price.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. It’s only been open for 5 months and at first appearance it looks good, but taking a closer look it’s still being built and repaired. There are still cables jutting out of the wall and ceiling. Although the kitchen is featured in the photos of the room, it has no tap, the cupboards are sealed. I raised some of my concerns when I arrived with the general manager when he asked me questions about my stay and he seemed blasé about addressing it. Based on what was paid, this hotel is overpriced. There are still cement stairways and drilling taking place during the day. The WiFi is awful, they finally installed a router in my room which took the week to do and it only worked on the day of my departure. The best part of the hotel is some staff members who will go out of their way to help, special mention to Jazz. They have a great pool on the roof. Until it’s fully built I wouldn’t recommend staying here!

Complimentary airport pickup is the best which are offering which takes away all jitters we as a travelers have especially when traveling for the first time that place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was going stay for only one night in this hotel but extended for one for night after this good experience.
