"Впечатление от отеля не однозначные. Плюсы-удобное месторасположение, рядом Королевский дворец, парк, супермаркет. За 10дх на такси можно уехать в Медину. Хорошие завтраки, удобные номера. Минусы-в коридорах очень сильный запах ароматизаторов, не для аллергиков. В номерах в душе скользкий пол. Служба сервиса работает плохо. С утра горничная собрала полотенца, принесла только после обеда. Воду, пакетики чая и кофе на втрой день не принесли. Горничная разбила флакон духов Шанель и спрятала разбитый флакон в косметичку( было не приятно остаться в поездке без духов). Крытая парковка для проживающих в отеле гостей стоит платная-40 дхм."

"Риад находится на краю Медины, идти от оживленной туристической части минут 25-30. Вечером лучше не ходить пешком, может быть не безопасно. Комната была большой с хорошей кроватью. Завтрак был в основном из сладостей и выпечки, но было вкусно. Персонал был дружелюбный."

"特別漂亮的里亞德，屬於摩洛哥傳統庭院式民居，環境沒話説，從庭院到房間到露台，每個都在我的審美點上，精美而且打掃得特別乾淨。 民宿位置很好，走路五分鐘就到了藍色大門，遊覽麥地那老城特別方便。就是在一條小巷裡，不太好找。其他老城裡的里亞德應該有同樣的問題，畢竟菲斯老城有9000多條小巷子，太複雜了 早餐是每人一份，精緻而豐盛，有三種麪包或當地麪餅類主食，橙汁，水果，酸奶，煎蛋，咖啡或茶。 服務人員態度特別好，我們是自駕，到達第一天導航把我們導到了一個禁入門口，顯示衹有300米，於是我讓先生停在那裡，我自己走路去找，但導到一個三岔口目標消失，眼前出現兩條很深的巷子。當地人問我要了20迪拉姆，結果到了才發現不是我預訂的這家，而是另外一家也叫Zamane的民宿，在我的央求下，工作人員帶我去了位於另一條小巷裡我要找的Zamane, 我看了一下門口的牌子，寫的是“Riad Zamane Maison d’hotes ”，而不是攜程上“Riad Zamane boutique &spa”, 不知道是不是這個原因，導致無法正確導到。當天會英文的經理生病了沒來上班，也沒有做好安排。特別感謝負責房間打掃的Nadia女士，放下手裡的活，跟我一起走到我們停車的地方，指引我們從另外一條路開到民宿附近停好車。 還要感謝一位H開頭（我忘了他全名）的帥小夥，幫我們去買礦泉水，他總是面帶微笑，見面就熱情打招呼，很親切。這裏想建議民宿能在房間裏放幾瓶礦泉水，至少一大瓶，菲斯很乾，太需要了。"

"This riad was excellent in every way. The highlight of our stay was definitely the host, who truly deserves 100 out of 100. He was extremely patient, gentle, and professional, and always willing to help. He gave us many useful and practical recommendations about the city, restaurants, and things to do, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. "My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here."

"Прекраснейший аутентичный риад, расположение супер - на окраине медины, в тихом месте, 3 минуты пешком от парковки. Королевский номер действительно королевский, резьба и роспись, как в музеях, ретро мебель, люстры, грандиозно. Очень просторный номер, двуспальная кровать и две односпальные. Нас очень тепло встретили, угостили мятным чаем и печеньем, дали карту медины и рассказали какие места стоит посетить. Очень сытный и красивый завтрак в саду под пение птиц. Бассейн небольшой, но достаточно места и глубины, чтобы плавать. Терраса на крыше тоже прекрасна. Мы очень благодарны сотрудникам риада."

Beautiful place on the outskirts of the Medina with easy access to the roundabout and the Blue Gate. Would 100000% stay here again. "The Riad is very very nice and closed to the main gate so you cannot get lost trying to to find it. The staff is super nice and the room perfectly clean. I stayed in a solitaire ai gle room with aingle bed. Ia very small but has anything and the most important is clean. The breakfast is very good and the whole Riad very nice. Highly recommended!"
