"The hotel was in a quiet location, the pool was nice. Unfortunately our room was very disappointing. In our first room the AC was not working. Maintenance came to fix it, there was a slight improvement but still not great. Then whilst opening the shower door, the door fell off the wall. This looks like it was because the door had not been maintained. This is not what you would expect in any establishment - let alone a 4* hotel. It also had the potential to be very dangerous, luckily I was strong enough to hold the weight of the door before assistance came. The hotel moved us to a new room and gave us a nice selection of food in our new room which was nice gesture although we would have expected more. The AC in the new room worked well so the room change was welcome. Unfortunately, the fridge in the room was leaking internally so we had to throw away food that we were storing in there as it became damp from an internal leak. One of these occurrences we could probably accept but to have three issues with repairing is not what I expect from Accor. The hotel needs serious maintenance!"

"Actually is a nice hotel but lack of maintenance, I booked 2 rooms with my family… my shower room, the water was leaking into my bedroom… And it seems the hotel really lack of maintenance… the aisle, the wall and the cleanliness… And the bad thing was… the staffs and the lady manager argued with my wife about umbrella 😖😖😖 Need more training 🥴 And the scrambled egg ham and cheese breakfast so bad taste 😣😣😣 The hotel no air con during the winter… air con only when summer time… and we have to open the window to get the air cool and the noisy sound outside the window makes us couldnt sleep well… Idk why Christiano Ronaldo want to be the partner of this hotel…🙄🤥🤪🙄🤥🤪 Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 2/5 | Location: 5/5 Food and drinks Bfast not nice especially the scrambled eggs"

"Sammantaget hade vi en trevlig vistelse. Den enda stora nackdelen på min sida är det faktum att det saknas ljudisolering. De 3 nätterna vi stannade väcktes vi vid olika tidpunkter (01.00, 02.00, etc.) av andra personer på hotellet (turister och teampersonal) som pratade och skrek i korridorerna och inte kunde bry sig mindre. absolut inget att göra! Samma vid utcheckningen, en person från teamet gick för att kolla vårt rum. De 2 små handdukarna som de anställda inte borde ha lämnat tillbaka saknades. Vi hade några ganska obehagliga tankar som om vi hade stulit dem!"

"Personnel Accueillant, Souriant, Serviable et à l'écoute du client. Hôtel propre que ce soit le hall de l'accueil, la salle de restauration, la chambre. Merci à tous et continuez ainsi. Juste revoir le personnel du matin en petit déjeuner qui vous débarrasse, juste de demander au client à la table s'ils peuvent débarrasser car venir prendre dans l'assiette directement, c'est pas terrible. Merci aux dames qui préparent les msems, oeufs frais!👏 Le spa revoir avec les dames, qu'elles prennent le temps et surtout laisser le temps au client d'apprécier ce moment de détente car on nous montres qu il faut faire vite et ce changer vite donc au lieu d'un moment de détente complet c'est un moment speed. Il n'y a pas de salle pour ce détendre et récupérer avec un thé et des petits gateaux par exemple. Le tapis dans le hammam en linot pas hygiénique. La salle pour la manucure, ou brushing par exemple c'est comme un placard ou un cajibi. C'est le minimum syndical. Nous avons apprécier les 10% pour le spa offert. Le restaurant de l'hôtel RITZI belle ambiance intérieure, on y mange bien. Le seul point bémol, c'est que les clients peuvent fumer à l'intérieur. Nous qui fumons pas, manger et rentrer du restaurant en sentant la cigarette, c'est désagréable. Nous vous recommandons l'hôtel qui est très bien situé, le personnel de l'accueil, les gardiens à l'entrée et pour le stationnement top même les dames de ménages souriantes, polis. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation."

"Great hotel with a fantastic roof top pool. Room was cleaned to a very high standard and the staff were so wonderful Amal was the best! She was so attentive and caring, we loved our stay - thank you ever so much, we will be back"

"Faciliteter: Hotellet är mycket nytt och de övergripande faciliteterna är mycket bra Förutom duschrumsdörren är det inte särskilt vattentätt och vatten kommer att läcka ut efter att ha tagit en dusch. Hygien: Utmärkt Miljö: Läget är i den nya staden Det finns många restauranger runt omkring och det är mycket bekvämt att gå till köpcentret. Det är 15 minuters bilresa från gamla stan och 10 minuters bilresa från Mayor Garden. Service: Hotellpersonalen är mycket välkomnande, erbjuder gratis parkering, och säkerhetsvakterna är också mycket ansvarsfulla."

"Очень красивый и уютный риад с очень хорошим расположением. Найти легко. Все дрстопримечвтелтности в пешей доступности. В номере все изысканное и уточнение, есть бассейн и терраса на крыше с джакузи и множеством мест для отдыха. Ежедневно уборка и бутылочка воды. Есть халаты и принадлежности. Завтрак вкусный, и разные. Нам понравилось. Рекомендую!"

"Really nice hotel a 20 walk from the main sights of the city. The hotel room is small and the shower could have been built better to prevent flooding but the staff are nice and breakfast was tasty."
