The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful – truly one of the highlights of the stay. "The staff were very accommodating, from the receptionists to housekeeping💙 I stayed here for only one day as I extended my trip by a day. Don’t expect too much from the amenities, as the hotel is half the price of others with similar facilities—which is why it’s a good option😊 The breakfast buffet had limited options but was still decent —- They have a section where you can ask a staff member to cook an egg/omelet for you, but I didn’t explore the other options (breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which is great if you have early morning plans, as it gets really hot once the sun rises during this month)…. The hotel has a gym, sauna, and pool. The room includes a TV, kettle, hairdryer, toiletries, and complimentary water and coffee….. The only downside was that hot water is not available 24 hours during my stay…. According to the receptionist, hot water is available only during specific hours to adhere to electricity conservation, if I’m not mistaken.. (if I’m not mistaken, starting from 9 AM, but I’m not sure until when) as they have I only realized this when I was about to shower around 8:30 PM and found that only cold water was available. I called the receptionist, and they sent housekeeping to assist…. I’m not sure if it’s a temporary thing only so if you’re concern with this, you can message them first… It’s still a good place to stay, even if it’s a bit far from the tourist spots, as Grab is available at a very reasonable price for getting to the places you want to visit."

The restaurant air conditioner is not cool. 4. There is not much food to choose from. 5. The room is very small. 6. Not worth the price paid 7. The internet signal is not very strong. Overall the hotel needs to improve a lot."

" I am business women and travelling most in Asian country I always look for Accor hotel , and Mercure Myanmar is my favorite hotel , because the design , the environment, excellent service all staff very friendly and helpful, the room so clean and have all you need big refrigeration with freezer component . I always get to hotel late this time the refig not so cool I ask staff at night time k they comes to check and they change right away at 10 pm , unlike other try to fix or ask for tomorrow ＜ I am really impress their service the break fast is so good quality and many Chinses , Myanmar , Europe Japan , fresh juice and also have infusion water , I am really enjoy stay in Mercure Myanmar "

"It was only a short stay, but it was very comfortable and quite near to the airport. I particularly enjoyed the vibes - it looked straight out of a movie! The staff were all helpful, they even packed our breakfast since our flight was early. You can also immersed in the experience of trying traditional tanaka (face cream) at the lobby."

"The check-in went real smooth and we enjoyed a good night sleep in the comfortable beds (2 queens) The walls are thin but the view we had was beautiful (room315) The hotel is 15min. to the airport but quit far from the city centre. A taxi is easy to get. The staff is very helpfull and service is great. Only the breakfast is very basic. For this kind of hotel they could offer at least fresh bread and maybe more choice of egg. Because of our early flight, they prepared a breakfast to go for us. Overall we had a good stay at Wyne hotel."
