"The hotel is situated in a very central area about 15 minutes' walk to the Gandantegchinlen Monastery or to Seoul Street. It is also adjacent to several malls where you can get access to cafes, convenience stores and restaurants all day long. It is a busy location in the city so it is a good starting point for exploring the city of Ulaanbaatar. The amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay and the room is very compact but spacious enough for two. The bathroom was clean but housekeeping could be improved. The hot water system was not very stable - sometimes being very cold or too warm, but it did not affect our stay too much as it worked fine most of the time. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep after a long day exploring the city. Soundproofing was generally good and we did not have any issues with noise being placed in a room at the end of the corridor away from lifts. All in all we would definitely recommend this hotel for all travelers."

"2. time here. better room than last time. cleaner. but they forgot to clean up twice, the hairdryer kept breaking and the window broke too. they repaired the window. the food tasted fresh and good but they forgot half my order. reception was extra supportive and trying hard, but i believe they can up their management/ organizational skills with the cleaning and maintenance. english st reception. people were friendly and nice. but for that price i expect it getting cleaned daily at least."

"Great views and a clean hotel a bit away from the central square but recommended for breakfast and a Korean meal in the shopping center in the same building. Also Modern Nomads is a great local Mongolian bbq place"

"The hotel seems a bit worn out despite being renovated not long ago. The lifts had see-through walls that show non-plastered wall, which was strange, but I didn't ask about it. Bath towels were frayed at the edges. Saw a loose nail from the furniture on the floor. Never got the morning call that I requested. The driver they booked to send me to the airport did not turn up but the front desk personnel got me another set of wheels to the airport. Otherwise, it looks like he was about the drive me there himself, which I appreciated. What I like about the hotel is its location, walking distance to the square, Gobi cashmere and convenient store etc. In addition, the hotel doesn't seem to be overly crowded, so it is easier with the lifts and breakfast."

"This hotel is located in an office building, occupying several floors. There's a convenience store and a coffee shop on the ground floor. Check-in was brilliant! The first at reception spoke some English and checked me in at 7.30 in the morning without a problem. My room was spacious, the bed was large, although on the hard side. At this point the good things about the hotel come to an end. Unfortunately, all the rest is quite bad. The lighting system is broken and you can't turn off the light above the bed unless you take out the key card, but then power outlets go off, so you can't sleep and charge your phone at the same time. Furniture knobs are falling apart, so does the knob on the shower. WiFi was down 2 times during my stay, including a very frustrating 12+ hour outage. Housekeeping doesn't seem to know what a Do Not Disturb sign means, entering the room regardless. Toiletries are the cheapest possible, not corresponding to the hotel name (e.g. Premium), lol. All in all, price/quality ratio was underwhelming. I will not stay here again."

"Jag brukar vänta lite innan jag postar sånt här, men jag är varm och irriterad, så här är det och ni kan reda ut det om ni vill veta mer. Luftkonditioneringen i mitt rum var trasig och han verkade säga att alla rum var trasiga på något sätt. Antingen blåste de luft men det var inte kallt, eller så blåste de kallt men knappt, och dessutom kunde han inte ändra mitt rum. Så medan jag gör recensionen kan man inte få varmvatten i duschen. Det blir nästan helt klart och sedan svalnar det. Så det finns inget sätt att ta en lång dusch eller ett varmt bad. Det finns en lampa men den är urkopplad. För det finns bara två uttag bredvid varandra på ett ställe. När jag drog ur TV:n etc. och satte i den söta lampan visade det sig att lampan blinkade kort och sedan inte fungerade. Glödlampan? Och sedan slutade Wi-Fi:t fungera och sa att det skulle startas igen när nätverkskvaliteten förbättrades. Och någon hade gjort nudlar i den varma grytan och den var delvis skrubbad men inte helt, så mitt te (medföljer ej) smakade svagt av kycklingsoppa. Förutom Wi-Fi, varmvatten (för dricksvatten och bad) och luftkonditionering var det pittoreskt och trevligt. Badrockar och monogramhanddukar. Ett duntäcke i dunkuddar. I madrassen kan man liksom känna fjädrarna, men de verkar ha samma madrass överallt, från hotellen till vandrarhemmen, så jag vet inte om det finns bra sådana. Och allt var rent, inklusive mattan, men det luktade lite rök. Så det är lite som ett fyrstjärnigt hotell och på sätt och vis samma sak som ett billigt pensionat. Och billigt med amerikanska mått mätt. Så även om det kostar dubbelt eller mer än pensionaten kostar det fortfarande mindre än ett Motel 6. Det bästa är att man kan gå till Dohg Khans palats, restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker etc. och det är en plats där, som min taxichaufför, ”folk i Ulaabatar bor, inte en turistplats”. Och lätt att ta sig dit eftersom man inte behöver ge sig ut i stadstrafiken helt. Och jag hade en livlig utsikt över det verkliga livet från mitt fönster på sjunde våningen."

"The hotel has a great location. Using the UBcab app, a taxi costs about two or three US dollars to get to the city center. The hotel is located on the 11th to 13th floors, with a shopping mall and two floors of restaurants downstairs. However, most restaurants close around 7 PM, so you'll need to go to nearby restaurants. Although the room is right next to the train tracks, there's no noise from midnight until 6 or 7 AM. Trains don't run frequently outside of these hours, so I, who's sensitive to noise, didn't need the earplugs provided by the hotel. We booked a quad room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The two single beds were located in a dead corner of the room, and the comforter was too thick, so the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making it a bit warm! We saw two insects, which was a bit surprising! The air conditioner malfunctioned for two consecutive nights. On the first night, the staff arrived and contacted someone else, and it was back to normal after about ten minutes. On the second night, the air conditioner stopped working again (the screen didn't display the temperature), but it suddenly returned to normal after about ten minutes. I called the staff online, but it suddenly returned to normal. I hope the hotel addresses this issue! We rented for four days and three nights. The room was serviced on the second day, but not on the third. The young male receptionist at the front desk spoke good English and was very polite. He deserves our praise!"

"Old and quite basic. Staff hardly speaks English so almost no interactions with guests. Only 1 bottle of water given a day. Wifi is horrible! Keeps dropping every couple of minutes and had to reconnect every time. Location is good."
