"The room is bigger than i expected. The service from the receptionist is so so so good, they explained very well about the room and share some suggestions to us for taking a good picture. The meh thing is the cleanliness is not in top notch service. The toilet bowl is so so so dirty, there is yellow stain a lot! The bath tub also was not in good condition. There is some mold at toilet. Please please please improve this problem. Not to forget that there is spider web at some lamp. For outside of the hotel, there are a lot of goose poop at road. I know the hotel isn’t the new hotel but i hope you will improve the facilities. For breakfast, i will give 2/5 because the food isn’t hot and the taste is kinda bland also doesn’t have a lot of options. Please improve the cleanliness thing first ya"

"The hotel was dirty. When I checked in around 3 p.m., there was hair in the room and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The staff were quite unfriendly and did not explain things properly. Lastly, the hotel felt creepy and uncomfortable. 🥲"

"It's a wonderful place to stay with family. Our family stayed in this premium 3 bedroom during this trip. Living room is spacious and there is water dispenser provided in the apartment too. Bedroom size is good as well. Our room comes with Jacuzzi at the balcony too, but we didn't have time to try it out.  Location wise is about 15 mins walk up to the Sky Avenue. It's easier to walk down than to walk up due to the up slope, especially if you are travelling with old folks.. hence, we took a grab up everytime. It's about 5 mins drive from the apartment lobby. Also during our stay, it's their peak season, hence there is no shuttle service, but non peak season, they will have shuttle service up to Firat World Hotel. Their breakfast is not something to shoutout and it's kinda same everyday. They start breakfast at only 8am, if you are there late, there might not be seats available as the area for breakfast is quite small and food might also run out too.  Since it's an Air BnB apartment, they don't do housekeeping for you, however, something nice is they can change your towels and clear the rubbish upon request. Hence, remember to call the reception to request for this. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. My children enjoyed their trampoline room. Wanted to try out their bowling but it's under maintenance. There are also a few convenience shops at the ground floor, we can still grab something if we are hungry or thirsty at night. Take note only 1 is 24hr,  the rest of the shops closes at 10pm. Hopefully the apartment management can improve on their breakfast spread and area for dinning. Also hope to see more shops or restaurants opening in this area next time.  Will be back again."

"I had a pleasant stay at Horizon Homes in Genting Highlands. The climate was amazing—cool, fresh, and very relaxing. One of the highlights was the soothing sound of flowing wind around the property, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and decent—ideal for a short stay of about 2–3 days. The place offers a wide variety of food options, including Malaysian, Indian, and Western cuisine, so there’s something for everyone. There are also shops where you can find daily essentials, beverages, and other items conveniently. The amenities were great, with a couple of bars, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a spa—which was especially enjoyable and worth trying. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a budget-friendly getaway. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Customer support was also very responsive via WhatsApp—whenever we needed something, they were quick to assist. Thanks for the great experience!"
