"Wonderful experience for a one-night stay at AC Hotel for a quick look around Ipoh Town whilst travelling from Penang back to KL. Room was clean and comfortable to stay, games room is nice too for my kids to hang around for some time. Free parking available, just validate it at the receptionist counter prior leaving the facility."

"First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China."

"The hotel is exceptionally well-located, offering easy access to the surrounding area for a pleasant walk. The bedding is of outstanding quality, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Additionally, the coffee shop located downstairs serves excellent coffee, which adds to the overall experience."

"Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal strip around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used."

"We were accommodated in a refurbished room which was nice and clean. It’s located at a Din Sum eateries area with about 4 of 5 old time names like Ming court. Famous Cowan Tauge Chicken Rice restaurant is just round the corner. The breakfast buffet were somewhat limited in choice and wasn’t impressive. Overall we had an enjoyable stay."

"The hotel's driver has been very friendly & kind, providing free shuttle van service & surrounding areas. Really face of the hotel. Met with their sales director that she is frequent in Japanese also a suprise that will recommend my Japanese friends to stsy there next time. Nice hotel!"

"We stayed at Wyndham Garden Suites Ipoh City Centre for one night and had a very pleasant experience. We booked the 2-bedroom suite, which comes with 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and basic cutlery — very convenient and comfortable, especially for families or small groups. The room was very clean and well maintained. The mattresses were solid and comfortable, giving us a good night’s sleep. Everything felt neat, functional, and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely hope to come back again next time we’re in Ipoh."

"Unfortunately, our stay was not as satisfactory as we had hoped. The parking instructions were unclear. We were told to park at a designated lot, but upon arrival, the designated level was not yet open due to ongoing piping works. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. In addition, the entire building appears to still be under renovation. The flooring in common areas was covered with protective sheets and the environment was extremely dusty. As we were travelling with a young baby, this was particularly concerning for us. We do not feel that the property is fully ready for guests, especially families with infants. Inside the unit, there were also quite a number of black ants, which was frustrating and affected our comfort during the stay. Overall, we feel the apartment may not yet be ready to be rented out in its current condition."

"Everything is good. The breakfast really good with wide variety of choice. However, there is no socket near the bed. I choose room both bathtub but I didn’t get it."
