Hitta 4-stjärniga hotell i Oslo

This is an exceptional hotel for quality and service. We were able to check in early to a spacious room with all the extras, hair dryer, mini bar, snacks, iron facilities and drinks tray. Great comfy beds and bathroom facilities. The car park is underground accessible from the rear of the hotel and is secure with a lift to directly within the hotel The breakfast is vast and great quality with the chefs regularly doing quality control of the food and dining staff efficiently clearing tables. We ate in the restaurant and it was good quality. I must mention the young man who served us as his customer service was exceptional not to mention his cocktail mixing skills! Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff were really helpful in helping us with the public transport and although the hotel is located on the perimeter of the city both tram and bus stops were located within minutes of the hotel and we’re easy to navigate with the routers app. All the staff we came into contact with were both helpful and professional and were all good ambassadors for the hotel group. I would not hesitate in a heart beat to recommend this hotel, thank you for the service.

Hotellet ligger i den västra änden av Karl Johnson-gatan/bältet, cirka 8 till 10 minuter från Olsos centralstation. Det är närmare det kungliga slottet och Akershus Festning (fästningen) och längre bort från Oslos operahus. Restaurangen är endast öppen för frukost och serverar inte middag. Ändå finns det många restauranger och närbutiker inom gångavstånd. Incheckningen är effektiv som på alla hotell i Norge. Frukosten är utmärkt, även om urvalen förblir desamma. Sammantaget är det ett bra hotell att bo i Oslo.

När jag bokade detta hotell läste jag allas recensioner, som var extremt extrema. Det finns bra recensioner och dåliga recensioner! Först när jag checkade in förstod jag varför. Vi bokade standardrum under hela resan, men vi stannade i två tidsperioder. Första gången vi anlände var runt 09:00 på söndagen. Vi trodde ursprungligen att vi inte skulle kunna checka in tidigt, men vi förväntade oss inte att alla 4 rummen var tillgängliga. Under min vistelse på två nätter denna gång var rummet ganska stort och till och med utrustat med en kaffemaskin! Förutom några smutsiga koppar och otillräcklig uppvärmning var det inga problem! Men när vi checkade in för andra gången var rummet vi fick mindre och det fanns ingen kaffemaskin, men det spelade ingen roll om vi bara stannade en natt! Det enda problemet är att duschmunstycket i duschrummet inte är särskilt bra, och vattnet är mycket långsamt och lätt att samla vatten! Det finns fortfarande ingen uppvärmning ~ Dessutom är läget för hotellet riktigt bra, det ligger i anslutning till tunnelbanelinje 4.5! Det finns också en kooperativ stormarknad bredvid, öppen till kl. 23.00.

Hotellet ligger på 5-6 minuters avslappnad promenad från järnvägsstationen - precis nära havet. Den har en liten lobby, men vi kan också använda några bord i restaurangen medan vi njuter av gratis kaffe eller te hela dagen. Den erbjuder också lätt middag som ingår i priset och det var en av anledningarna till att jag valde den. Middagen inkluderar buffé med några sallader och fantastiska dressingar, samt en daglig soppa, en måltid och nybakat bröd. Frukosten var mycket välsmakande, vackert dekorerad på ett litet bord - inklusive varianter av alternativ för alla smaker, omedelbart påfyllda när den töms. Allt som erbjöds var av hög kvalitet. Det finns också ett gratis gym och bastu. Rummet är inte stort, men tillräckligt. Fin dekoration. Inte för stora sängar i en tvilling. Toaletten är ganska liten, med intelligent duschkabin. Fina stora fönster med sol hela dagen lång. Överraskande - det fanns inget kylskåp. TV:n hade bara få nationella kanaler. Alla anställda är mycket artiga och hjälpsamma. Jag fick rummet direkt vid ankomsten - några timmar före officiell incheckningstid. Utcheckningen är riktigt bra - inställd på lunchtid. Det finns mycket litet, men gratis bagageutrymme. Slutligen - jag fick ett mycket bra pris för det på Trip.com, jämfört med de andra leverantörerna.

Simple hotel, yet clean. Staff are very helpful. Location is easy walk from the train station through the shopping mall, but it is not exactly near the center of attractions. Breakfast is simple but very nice (really love their croissants). Appreciate the breakfast pack given by the hotel for us also; since our train to Bergen is very early in the morning 🙂

Muy buena ubicación. El desayuno es excelente, súper completo y de muy buena calidad. Un punto en contra es que tienen una sola máquina de nespresso y se junta gente esperando. Todo lo demás es un 10.

Not a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff. The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like Trip, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and Trip advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints? Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while. Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign. The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies. The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings. Wouldn’t stay there again.

風景超讚！晚上在公共休息廳加班也非常愜意。 房間很小沒有電梯，也是個很有歷史的酒店，暖和點了還有泳池。 建議開車前往比較方便。

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

Myself and a group of HE students have returned home from a conference where we stayed in this hotel. The staff were really helpful and polite. Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. The hotel is located around 10-15 minutes walk away from the marina, the tube station, royal palace. The students really enjoyed how central the hotel was to everything. Check in and out was smooth, and the rooms were clean. There was a QR code in the room to scan if you wanted the cleaner to come in on a daily basis.  There was a small selection of snacks in the reception area to purchase. On the other hand the breakfast variety was really good.  From fresh waffles and pancakes to cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit, fresh smoothies and juices.  Overall this hotel is great if you want a base to go and explore Oslo. I would recommend this hotel to a weekend away.
