"My recent experience at Canyon Hotel was disappointing due to their inefficient and inconvenient check-in process. While I understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, the way they handle early arrivals is very frustrating. I arrived at 12:30 PM, but instead of completing the check-in process once, my details were put on hold. When I returned at 3:00 PM, I was required to repeat the entire process all over again, including verification and checks that had already been done earlier. At 3:00 PM, there was a very long line, and what made it worse was that guests who arrived exactly at 3:00 PM were given their room keys immediately, while those of us who arrived earlier had to queue again from the beginning. This felt unfair and poorly organized. In the past, the system was much more comfortable and guest-friendly. Unfortunately, the current process is no longer convenient and negatively affects the overall guest experience. I hope the management improves their check-in procedure to better accommodate early arrivals and provide a smoother experience for all guests. Overall, this stay was not as pleasant as before."

"The hotel is in the heart of station 2, surrounded by tons of bars and nice restaurants. Dmall, the small shopping and restaurant street is just around the corner. Not only the location but also the view of the hotel was really good. The hotel is literally on the beach. The view from the room was amazing right towards the ocean. The room itself was well maintained, everything works well and also very clean. The bed was very comfortable.ive been picked up with airport transfer with zero hassle all organized by the hotel.we have received welcome drinks along with a little dancing welcome ceremony before check in. I’ve experienced the staff both reception and also at the restaurant extremely competent and friendly. You could genuinely feel that your convenience and comfort are priority. This is not given considering a lot of hotels run on procedures. In this hotel you can experience the personal initiative too for which I appreciate a lot. I want to thank the manager, the receptionists and the restaurant staff for their warm hospitality. Overall I had an excellent stay and I will definitely stay there again next time."

"Had our team building and booked 4 rooms for the group. We requested for our rooms to be on the same floor and they delivered! Love the welcome drinks - something like lemon grass and ginger? not sure :D Rooms are very spacious and spot clean. On-going maintenance of their spa which led us to do room-in massage. Points for improvement: Suggest to improve front desk communication as we had some concerns with the arranged activities. i.e., massage are not room charged - we were asked to pay after the massage which shocked the group as it was NOT mentioned to us when we arranged the massage session. Good thing someone still have cash with them. e-trike was not booked as requested (morning) so we had our tour in the afternoon; good thing we had a very flexible itinerary so it didn't affect any other plans. Overall great stay! Will definitely book this hotel again in our next trip. Even recommended this to friends. 😉"

"Everything is perfect. Our room got upgraded to Pool view. Breakfast is great compare to other hotel with the same price of stay. Mabilis din shuttle service to diff locs sa hotel. Pinakamatagal na yata 2 mins. 3rd visit na sa Boracay, maganda yung private beach kasi hindi crowded at hindi din sobrang init kahit tanghaling tapat compare sa main beach, same afternoon kasi lumipat na kami sa main beach. Ganda din amenities. Nagyym din kami haha"

"Fastigheten låg i området New Coast, lite långt från Dmall och restauranger. Men hotellets service och bekvämligheter kompenserar för det. Jag fick en Premier Deluxe med balkong, och den var fantastisk! Sängen är bekväm och toaletten är rymlig. De har sin egen strand med en mindre publik på den. Du kan se soluppgången på stranden, poolen var lite liten men ändå okej. Incheckningen och utcheckningen var lite trångt men ändå effektiv. Frukostalternativen är också bra och de fick ett gym också. Det finns många butiker också inom området, men om du ändå vill besöka DMall erbjuder de schemalagda transfers, bara kontaktade sin personal så att de kan ordna det. Totalt sett var det en fantastisk vistelse och jag kommer att rekommendera det till dem som vill ha en mindre publik och integritet. Rekommenderas inte för pensionärer eftersom du måste gå många trappor."

"The hotel is amazing. We arrived in Caticlan, we ordered a transfer from the hotel (2400 peso per person both ways). The hotel location is good. Located literally one min away from the beach, has its own beach beds. The staff is very polite. Rooms are cleaned every day and every evening staff brings a little desert to wish you a good night. There are a lot of restaurants with different types of food, live music and fire shows. I highly recommend to try hotels spa (therapeutic foot spa and Swedish massage) it’s incredibly, leaves you so relaxed and feeling refreshed! Also recommend try excursions like island hopping and sail boat at sunset. Really loved our stay at this hotel. 10/10!!"

"We’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights. The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM. Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by. We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten. Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay."

"Greay place to stay! Great Team work with the hotel. From reception to dinning to house keeping, all were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was superb with some variations in everyday. Clean and very tropical vibes. Small thing, power outlet is available only in Type A which we needed to have an adoptor from Type C, but worry not as hotel have available adoptor with a deposit of 100pesos. Overall, it was an amazing stay in the hotel. highly recommended! 👍🏼"

"We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning. What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free. At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after. A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch.
