We had a great time staying at Mandarin Nest Boracay. Very good location - beachfront, very near D'mall, and there are fastfood below it. We loved the amenities, topped with the freebies and daily treats. Breakfast at Hakuna Matata is nice, as well as their cocktails. We get 20% discount on food items just because we were guests. The reception is always helpful - lending umbrellas, towels, and even packing us breakfast since we checked out early. They have a washing station at the front to help wash away sand - which is very helpful. They also have elevator and gym, something I have not seen on other Station 2 accommodations before. Will stay here again!

Had our team building and booked 4 rooms for the group. We requested for our rooms to be on the same floor and they delivered! Love the welcome drinks - something like lemon grass and ginger? not sure :D Rooms are very spacious and spot clean. On-going maintenance of their spa which led us to do room-in massage. Points for improvement: Suggest to improve front desk communication as we had some concerns with the arranged activities. i.e., massage are not room charged - we were asked to pay after the massage which shocked the group as it was NOT mentioned to us when we arranged the massage session. Good thing someone still have cash with them. e-trike was not booked as requested (morning) so we had our tour in the afternoon; good thing we had a very flexible itinerary so it didn't affect any other plans. Overall great stay! Will definitely book this hotel again in our next trip. Even recommended this to friends. 😉

The hotel is excellent, with a prime location right in front of the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only drawback is the breakfast, which is served à la carte with limited options, and certain items are frequently out of stock. A buffet-style breakfast would be a significant improvement to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely return and highly recommend Ondus Hotel.

We’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights. The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM. Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by. We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten. Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

Amazing service from F&B staff, housekeeping and lifeguard at the pool. My 1 yr old enjoyed the amenities as there are a lot options to play with The complimentary access to Brighbuds Play Club is a nice gesture. They have a beautiful swimming pool The amenities are clean Housekeeping is quick to attend to our needs Breakfast options could be improved, especially like us who stayed for 7 days, we were looking for variety of food choices. Add more fruits. Replace the fish fillet dishes with dried fish perhaps.

Excellent Service During an Emergency We truly appreciate the hotel staff for their kindness and quick assistance during our medical emergency. They remained calm, helpful, and caring when we needed it most. The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. We’ll always remember their professionalism and compassion. This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

Awesome clean, very good location. Though not on the beach but just 3 min walk to beach. All employees are well behaved and courteous. Booked two rooms for 5 nights and found the towels have stains some days. Hand towels are provided on request. Rooms are cleaned once a day whenever requested. Very good attitude but they sometimes do not or forget to refill the amenities, upon informing immediately takes action. Though not a big issue, but they do not provide Wellcome drinks and even do not provide water to drink even your are thirsty before checkin. This is inhumane. They also did not provide extra glass in room for guests visiting us repeatedly. Do not believe they do not have extra glass. Breakfast is only Philippine food, everyday almost same. One day they served us grilled chicken for us since beef was in the menu for breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel 😊

Thank you for making our first trip to Boracay truly memorable, especially for my senior father. We loved the room, amenities, food, pool, and overall service. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be coming back next year. Again, thank you so much!
