"We had an amazing stay at Funny Lion Puerto Princesa! From check-in until we left, the service was excellent and the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They made us feel welcome the entire time. We also appreciated the little extras — the complimentary minibar items and snacks were such a nice touch and made the stay feel even more special. Overall, we had a really comfortable and enjoyable experience here, and would definitely stay again on our next trip to Puerto Princesa. Highly recommended!"

From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. "The staff were by far the best thing about this place! They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place itself was good and the room was nice and clean but the bed was a little small and my husband is quite tall. There was a decent little swimming pool downstairs. We were only there for one night so didn’t really explore the local area but booked the firefly tour through the hotel which was a lovely little excursion. The breakfast was good and there were some decent veggie options on the standard menu!"

"Went here for a quick getaway with colleagues. We really enjoyed our stay here. So relaxing the view is great and the place is clean and quiet away from the busy city. Only con is that public transportation is not available. You can ask for the hotel reception to contact a van though or better yet avail their free shuttle. Highly recommended!"

"Very nice hotel and has the potential to be a great hotel.  Staff are extremely polite and friendly - always saying hello.  Pool are is great with ample swimming locations and sunbeds.  Food is to be expected at a hotel both in terms of price and quality.  Town is too far away to walk, but ample tricycles to take you.  Biggest let down for us was the water pressure - every time we had a shower, there would be no pressure and would need to contact front desk for maintenance to do something to the pump. Every time.  After the 4th complaint they really should’ve moved us to another room. We were on level4."

"H Hotel El Nido var en perfekt vistelse!Personalen gick över och över, särskilt Sky, för att se till att vår vistelse var villig och att vi hade en stor erfarenhet.De hjälpte oss att ordna en privat båttur på ön hoppande som var fantastisk. Maten i Verde, deras bifogade restaurang, var läckra.Baren uppe hade en stor utsikt över bajen och var en underbar plats att vinda ner med en cocktail.Allt var gångbart från denna plats. Så kanske stora små butiker, kaffeplatser och andra platser att äta nära.Om du vill gå längre är en tuk tuk lätt att ta huvudet till en annan strand.Vi hade ett rum med havsutsikt.Det var modernt, ren och sängen var mycket bekvämt.
