"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Westside Hotel, and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a modern and elegant ambiance, with well-designed interiors that make you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the cozy bed and the overall attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization. One of the highlights was the staff—they were accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality definitely added to the overall experience. The location is also very convenient, especially for those looking to explore nearby areas or access key establishments. It’s a great choice whether you’re staying for business or leisure. Overall, we would highly recommend Grand Westside Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Det var allt värt det! Servicen (och personalen), bekvämligheterna, maten och framför allt läget. Inte säker på om hotellet erbjuder en gratis transferservice längs Aseana (angränsande gallerior och allt det där)... men att anta att det finns ett köpcentrum bredvid dem kan vara en faktor. Som det är kommer jag definitivt tillbaka igen. Skål!"

"Läget är bra, det tar cirka 10-15 minuter till flygplatsen. Det är dock ganska långt från de flesta sevärdheterna eller staden. Personalen är vänlig och in- och utcheckningsprocessen är snabb. Nackdelen är att rummet är ganska varmt och att den centrala luftkonditioneringen inte fungerar. Gångvägarna är ännu svalare än på rummet. Dessutom borde den förbättra sin grundläggande service ytterligare, den erbjuder bara kaffe men inga tepaket. Man bör ta hänsyn till att vissa resenärer kanske inte tar med sig kaffe."

"After a 4 hour flight, I arrived at the hotel around 12:20 PM. The bellman and security were very helpful and friendly, which I appreciated after being up so early. I informed the front desk that I had a reservation for that day and was told off that it was checkout time, which was understandable. After waiting about 20–30 minutes, I was called to begin the early check-in process and told I would be notified when my room was ready. As time passed, I noticed guests who arrived both before and after me, including families and other foreigners receiving their room keys. I understood that official check-in was at 2:00 PM, so I wasn’t expecting rooms to be ready, but I didn’t expect to be the last guest assisted. I started to feel disappointed when I saw a large family arrived around 1:30 PM and received their rooms before I did. By 2:50 PM, when the lobby was empty, I politely asked why our room was still not ready. After nearly three hours of waiting, I was told they were still processing my keycard. The front desk staff did offer a sincere apology when my key was finally handed over, which I appreciated. I stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room felt very stuffy, as if it hadn’t been properly aired out or used. The bathroom was also concerning, showing dried water marks, stains on the toilet, and signs of incomplete cleaning. Due to exhaustion, I didn’t wanna think about it. On a positive note, the location was convenient for using Grab to reach Mall of Asia (MOA) and Manila Ocean Park. Overall, while the staff were polite and the location was convenient, the long wait, poor communication, and cleanliness issues made the stay disappointing. This hotel worked for my short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it if comfort and cleanliness are priorities."

"The hotel are still not fully constructed so expect noise of construction during the day. Budget friendly Apartment hotel. Sparkly clean rooms with balcony. Very good location ayala malls by the bay is just across the hotel.. Big beds both queen size in our room. Not so big but not so small room. Equipped with steam irom and hair dryer. Complete cooking and kitchen utensils. With 2 complimentary coffee pods, tea, water and 3 cans of juice. Spacious bathroom. Buffet breafast have limited selections but all tasty and also limited and shared tables only. Huge swimming pool not heated. Playgound are still under construction. No coffeeshop and restaurant as of the moment. The only open are the pool and gym."

"Host is very nice also the staff, very accommodating. The place is near moa arena good for concert goers like us. Plus points the washer but the exhaust fan is not working if you will cook"

"Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room."

"This is a strange  situation but  not a deal breaker. The Crowne Bay Tower is a condo type  of living facility That has some  hotel style rooms. The  rooms are clean and nice. My issue is I do not have a Filipino sim for my phone  and I tried to order pizza delivered . Since  I could not give them my phone number I called the  manager on duty  through their room phone which goes directly to the security guard at the front desk. The manager let me use her phone number . Long story shortened .the pizza was  not delivered and  the only phone  number was a landline. In the Philippines mobile phones can not call landline and landlines cannot call  mobile phones. This really has  nothing to do with Crowne Bay tower but how communication is here . We would probably stay again  but not order delivery without a grab app."

"For a space focused on convenience and views, this place delivers. The semi view of Manila Bay and the access to a pool are highlights. Practical amenities like a full kitchen, washing machine, reliable hot water, working AC, and easy garbage disposal made our stay comfortable. The main negative was a strong, bad smell originating from a small room facing the kitchen – we bought several air fresheners. Ultimately though, the combination of ample space and the unbeatable location right by Okada and shopping malls outweighed the odor issue for us. Ms. Rose is also kind and responded quickly to our needs. Good value considering the prime spot."
