Comfortable and contemporary hotel in an emerging business district, 3 Metro stations from Old Town. The nearest Metro stop is right beside the hotel. Radosla at Reception in particular was very warm, welcoming and displayed initiative in solving a few issues for me. Stable, free and fast Wi-Fi, a soft though comfortable mattress, instant hot water and effective heating meant that all the basics were done well. Complimentary packet of dark chocolate was a nice, unexpected touch. Overall a good value proposition.

The place is supreme good, near the shopping mall and Warsaw Central station. Only took under 10 minutes walk to any station to take tram or bus to old town.

on the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off. next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me. this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up. eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training. the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities. 第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。 由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。 再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。 可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。 說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。 最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。 第一張照片是他們賠罪送的水果。

WOW!! Can't believe the value for the price we paid!! It was a quiet, nice and spacious room, sparkling clean, excellent staff and service, bathroom super nice, and we also ate breakfast at the buffet, which was delicious, and had great and many choices. One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Will come again and highly recommend it.

Jag hade ett bra vistelse här!Jag bad om ett högvåningsrum framför den centrala stationen där kultur- och vetenskapspalatset är, och jag fick ett vackert rum!Utsikten från mitt rum var fantastisk.Det gjordes ännu bättre eftersom jag kunde öppna fönstren. Luftkonditioneringen var inte så kall som jag skulle ha velat, så jag öppnade fönstren för den naturliga luftkonditioneringen vid 10°C.Luftkonditioneringen kommer att stängas automatiskt när du öppnar fönstren. Jag vill därför tacka personalen som deltog i min check-in och gav mig detta vackra rum.Platsen är gångbar, en rak promenad från centralstationen.Tramsen till Stare Miasto-stoppen (Castle Square) är bara nerför hotellet. Nuny Swiat är inom gångavstånd.Det finns många restauranger och några bekvämlighetsbutiker runt hotellområdet.Zlote Tarasy (shoppingcentrum) är där centralstationen är.Shops är stängda på söndagar.

Rummet är rent och snyggt, och det städas varje dag. Du behöver ta med egna toalettartiklar. Läget är mycket bra, 15 minuters bilresa från flygplatsen. Mittemot hotellet ligger tunnelbanestationen och busstationen, vilket är mycket bekvämt för resor. Du kan ta dig till gamla stan med tunnelbana eller buss. Om du vill uppskatta Warszawas gator och byggnader kan du naturligtvis också välja att gå dit. Heliga korskyrkan och Chopinmuseet ligger alla på vägen. Det tar bara 10 minuter att gå till köpcentret Golden Terrace, och det är bara 2 busshållplatser bort. Vetenskaps- och kulturmuseet ligger bredvid. Det är ett bra val att bo här.

The hotel is close to Chopin airport, just took any taxi, it costs £6 to there... Good to rest in transit flight, as the restaurant serve food till 11pm, the breakfast is excellent, with fresh press carrot juice etc... very comfortable and nice layout. The facilities are family friendly, with a children area with x box to play, my son keen on playing, but ends up within 1 hour as the games no fun to him... Ha..ha... But me and husband can have a restful breakfast time.. Better to book breakfast with package as cheaper.... The free airport transfer is free for booking 6am-10am, my pm flight doesn't benefit, good to go to old town, but my jetlag put me off, only manage to go to a local supermarket (Carrefour) with Uber on a Sunday, not many supermarkets) shops open... The room is very comfortable... The toilet has no washing hand facilities but the separate shower rooms has it .... Swapping will be good for a practical reason.... It's good hotel for transit flight with everything you needs within the building... Especially for a family.

Was pleasant stay, rooms good design and clean. Breakfast good, tasty and various choices. Recommend this hotel. It is close to the city center and 2 subway stops from good restaurant Red Elephant

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
