The hotel does not offer a refund for unused breakfasts, and in my case, they neither refunded nor provided any form of compensation. This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. I booked this hotel as my first and last day of stay in Lisbon as it has a direct metro line to Lisbon airport. It is also accessible to the famous Tram 28 and 15 minutes walking distance to downtown. The concierge and reception staffs were very welcoming and helpful during my stays. The minibar is well stocked and all beverages are complimentary. The bed is comfortably and toiletries provided were great!

部屋やホテル自体は非常に綺麗かつモダンで過ごしやすいです。しっかりシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープが用意してあったり、無料の水やお茶、コーヒーの用意があるなど、コスパも非常に良いです。 しかしサービス面で問題があります。夜中にエアコン周辺からの水漏れが起き、whatsappを通じて連絡しましたが返信まで1時間もかかりました。部屋の交換を申し出てくれましたが、もう深夜だったのでひとまず断りました。が、その後フォローアップの連絡や水漏れ箇所の確認などもなし。なんのサポートもヘルプもありませんでした。 新しいタオルはセルフサービスですが、水漏れを拭くのに使ったので次の日新しいものを取りに行ったら1つしかない、部屋の床には糞がこびりついているなど、部屋がとても綺麗で心地よかった分、サービスや問題が起きた時の対応が非常不快でした。 フロントがないので仕方のないことですが、その分問題が起きたときの対応はしっかりすべきだと思います。このホテルチェーンには二度と泊まりません。

這是里斯本性價比非常高的酒店，對於家庭出遊這是最好最方便的選擇，冰箱、電磁爐、鍋碗瓢盆就連紅酒杯都有，這真的太令人驚喜啦。酒店裝修很有質地，每個服務員都熱情，前台的一個帥氣小哥還和我們分享了他買的點心，真的太暖心了！每年來都會帶着家人住在這裏的。

Overall great stay. It was a comfortable experience in a spacious room compared to a typical hotel room. Only downside is that it is bit further away from the city center so bit additional travel was required, but for the price and comfort I did not mind it. Only thing I wish they had was washer/dryer.

Overall, location is good, quiet and easy to get into central area via tram/bus/uber. Kitchen facilities inside the studio are useful and cleaning service is provided to change towels. Areas of improvements needed: - No arrival instructions were provided, even when asked prior to arriving. This left us hanging outside the building as we had no access code to enter. - Dirty dishes were left inside the dishwasher when we arrived

Las instalaciones y la ubicación estupenda. Lo malo fue las obras que no nos dejaron dormir, eran las dos de la mañana y estaban con radiales, herramientas y golpes

酒店位置不在城裡，但是走路十分鐘有地鐵站可以到老城區時間不長，而且也因為不在城裡打車交通去機場之類的特別方便。酒店早餐都非常不錯種類豐富質量也可以而且服務特別好。SANA是葡萄牙當地的酒店連鎖，質量服務都蠻有保障的。酒店所在的位置就在飛機降落起飛的航網上，但房間裡邊隔音不錯，如果想看飛機拍飛機的話堪稱一絕。

The hotel is well located, nearby the Parque Eduardo VII and not far from the downtown. It has average facilities with questionable staff service, especially when it comes to front desk reception employees. In any case, pretty standard 3 stars hotel which accepts children in the same room as the parents - making the hotel suitable for families. Looking for a ironing board over 3 nights of stay was the downside, no irons available which was very disappointing. Front desk always stated they would deliver in the next morning, never came and it was rehersed - got the same excute from 2-3 different front desk employees. On the other hand the breakfast and swimming pool are good for what you pay for. Recommended for short stays only.

I won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre. The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment. Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers). Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too. Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately. Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.
