Another highlight was the incredible coffee—definitely my favorite part of each morning. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of flavorsome dishes, perfect for starting the day right. My room was cozy and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. While there were slight signs of wear-and-tear here and there, they didn't affect my overall positive experience. Overall, Movenpick Hotel Doha provides a fantastic balance between price and quality, especially recommended for those looking for quick and relaxing breaks while enjoying the city's charm."

"Strategically located, though i still need to drive around. Rooms are clean, spacious, very comfortable. More than I expected, so definitely will comeback when we are traveling again to Doha.
They serve an evening snack with juice, fruits and snack. Breakfast options are fine: waffles, salad, middle eastern food. As an South East Asian tourist, it is to be expected to almost never find anything like home in Middle east.
Room service options are good, taste good and quick as well. The fruit platter surprisingly has the best options of fruit I have ever experienced anywhere before. 🥰 so happy to find gooseberry and cranberry!"

"The hotel is conveniently located at about 15 minutes drive by taxi from the Hamad international airport.

"I was doing a one-night stopover in Doha to break up the abominably long flight from Toronto to Bangkok, and selected this place for my crash pad. It fit the bill perfectly. Very warm welcome at the front desk when I had been on the go for 24 hours and was pretty brain dead, very close proximity to the souq market. Whenever I do an overnight in Doha I think that I should stay longer sometime. I'll probably stay here when I do."

"We stayed at the Hotel for two weeks and my friend and I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, and the staff were consistently welcoming and helpful. Every query we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
A special mention goes to Aziz at reception, who showed outstanding professionalism throughout our stay. We’re truly grateful for his assistance and warm approach.

"The hotel itself isn’t that bad, but I don’t think it’s a 4 star hotel. The good things about it are that the rooms are big and spacious , there’s even a couch in the room. Plenty of mirrors, the shower is larger with good pressure. Location is also very convenient, close to basically everything especially the airport. I personally didn’t book with breakfast because I was worried it was gonna be limited and I was right, they could improve on that considering it’s 35 riyals. Moreover the carpet is old and dirty, I saw a lot of comments complaining about it and I’m surprised that they aren’t doing anything about it , very weird. The personnel isn’t really friendly or helpful. They don’t help guests with their bags, or even greet the guests, shocking , only one guy at the reception was friendly , the rest no. They could also improve on cleaning , stayed in the hotel 5 nights it was cleaned only once."

As one of the largest hotels in Doha, it caters to a wide range of guests with its diverse accommodations—from cozy single rooms to spacious long-stay apartments—all designed with modern comforts in mind.
One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding range of facilities. The Olympic-sized swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat, perfect after a long day, and the fully equipped health club made it easy to maintain my fitness routine. Dining options were plentiful too, with a variety of international cuisines alongside local Arabic dishes, and I especially enjoyed the in-room dining experience offered by the hotel’s signature restaurant.
What really set this hotel apart, however, was its exceptional service. The staff truly went above and beyond, offering personalized care and ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Their attention to detail made my stay not just comfortable, but memorable, and it was clear that their warm hospitality is a cornerstone of the hotel's reputation.
Moreover, the location is a major advantage. Situated within walking distance of the corniche and near West Bay, the hotel offers easy access to Doha’s vibrant city life, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. For families, the outdoor playground and dedicated kid’s pool add an extra layer of convenience and fun.
Overall, Ezdan Hotel Doha strikes an excellent balance between luxury and affordability. Its impressive facilities, top-notch customer service, and prime location combine to create an outstanding hospitality experience—one that I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Qatar.

Less than 5 min walk to the National Museum and, if determined, it is possible to walk to the Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif. Got a free room upgrade and had a fantastic view of the museum and some of the harbour. The room itself was comfortable with good facilities, stable WiFi, and a cosy bed. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with my inquiries and check in/out was a breeze. It is about 15 mins from Hamad International Airport airport by taxi. Would recommend and would stay again next time I'm in Doha.

PPhoenixaGreat stay for its price. Good location near to the subway and many sights. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and new, nice swimming pool and sauna. The only little thing - there was never enough fresh towels, as the laundry won't deliver them on time (as we were told). So we had only a floor mat and 1 big towel in our bathroom when we arrived, and in 5 days of our stay - they were changed once upon request. The housekeepers promised to bring the other towels later, but it never happened.

SSofia TrufanovaI stayed at Sapphire Plaza Hotel for two nights and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient — there are cafés, small shops, and a few restaurants within walking distance, which made it easy to grab food without taking a taxi every time.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was surprisingly good. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which is essential. The bathroom was a bit dated, but everything functioned well and hot water was consistent. Housekeeping did a decent job, although I would have appreciated slightly more attention to detail.
Breakfast had enough variety — not a huge selection, but the basics were fresh and tasty. The staff were polite and responsive, especially at the reception. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.
There’s no luxury feel here, but for the price and location, Sapphire Plaza Hotel is a solid and reliable option. I’d stay again if I needed something affordable and central.

AAnonym användareBranding of Ramada did not live up to our standard. The miscomm between the night and morning shift staff need lots of work!! Being told you can check-in early at 2 pm(upon arrival at the hotel at 8 am) and only to wait another 30 minutes for the room at 2.30 pm, is HIGHLY unacceptable! And other guests who were waiting at the couch got to their rooms before us. Not an experiece you would want after a red-eye flight. There are other hotels nearby who accommodate guests at least before 1 pm if they’re informed of their flight details. The security staff,on the other hand, were eveready to assist us! Rooms are just okay.. Dated and needs more work done. Would I stay here again? Sadly not.. Hope you guys improve on communication. It’s part of good service!

I stayed at this hotel but decided to leave due to two main issues:
1. Late Checkout Problem – They strictly ask guests to check out by 12 PM and do not allow even a 30-minute extension. This is not flexible or guest-friendly, especially for frequent travelers.
2. Parking Issue – The hotel does not provide valet parking. No driver or parking assistant is available during day or night. The hotel has only 27 parking spots in the B1 basement and around 6 in front of the building, which are usually full. So we are forced to park far away and walk back to the hotel – very inconvenient, especially with luggage or in hot weather.
Why can’t the hotel keep just two valet drivers – one for the daytime and one for night? This is a basic service that many hotels manage easily. If they really don’t have drivers, I’m happy to provide one from my own company.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future guests.

The staff was so kind, helpful and cooperative.
The room was much better than I expected and so big.
The amenities were perfect. I found all what I was expecting. Also when I asked for a hair dryer, they brought it shortly.
The place is about 1 km away from Souq Waqif metro station, so about 15 minutes of walking.
I am so happy, and if I go to Qatar again, I would probably choose the same hotel.

YYuta_JimaNot bad with my booked room charges. But I found 2 small cockroaches in the room and only 1 set of amenities even thought additional ones were provided immediately once I requested. Front staff were friendly and ok.
