While the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries. However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises. Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

The location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

Великолепно, очень довольны. Прекрасное расположение в самом центре, рукой подать вообще до всего, при этом в номере идеальная тишина и днем, и ночью. Прекрасный двухкомнатный номер с просторной ванной для семьи с двумя детьми. Белоснежное белье и полотенца. Приветливый персонал. Смело рекомендую, и сама с удовольствием вернусь в следующий раз)

I visited Sky Hotel in Belgrade in August. The hotel is modern and centrally located, very close to the old town and the castle, but also the modern district around Sava promenade. The very friendly and helpful staff stood out. They gave me some cool locations to visit. I would recommend the hotel to any visitor.

Very convenient and clear in service hotel. check-in is fast and check-out was also done simply by handing over the keys. 1 minute. we appreciated the breakfasts, which are exactly like in the pics. variety of dishes, everything is very fresh and hot. Room service and the restaurant work more than 10 points. Thanks to them. Appreciate it there are shortcomings that, in my opinion, can be corrected. in addition to the order, I asked for TWO beds, because I was traveling with a 15-year-old son. but they gave us a large one and in response to my request to change the room, I didn't receive the desired result because the hotel was 100% occupied. although I made a hotel reservation 2 weeks before the trip. at my request, the beds were moved apart but the room is too small for this (19 m) and a couple of centimeters didn't play any role. so, if you want to have needed beds or one bed need to send them reminder couple times on summer period.

Cleanliness, decent rooms. Good breakfast. Quite far from the old town (if you consider walking, rather than taking a cab). There's also a gym and a sauna there (I haven't tried it though). A late check-out can be granted.

The place was clean, quiet and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful too. The location is absolutely exceptional. Across the road from Kalemegdan Park, which holds Belgrade fortress and the zoo (which I didn’t see). It is also a 5 minute walk from the city centre, the Main Street and shopping centre. If I had to improve it I would update the bathroom a little and add USB plugs in the room…that’s it.

Отель в парке на воде Дунай, природа шикарная, огромные - красивые деревья в парке шикарные. от дороги до отеля идти мин 5, если много багажа будет не оч удобно, либо договариваться с отелем чтобы встречал их кар. тк это городской парк, где утром, днем,вечером бегают и гуляют люди, а поздно вечером возвращаться в отель жутковато. Рядом остановка до центра города 2 станции, рядом огромный тц с бутиками Зара, Массимо и тд (через парк мин 10-15 идти) Сам отель для своего бюджета норм.

Jag är supernöjd. Jag bokade det till mina föräldrar i två nätter mycket säkert Hotellet ligger på femte våningen i hissen, och markeringarna är inte särskilt tydliga, vi letade efter det flera gånger😅 annat än att det är perfekt och priset är mycket kostnadseffektivt.

Hygien: Det är ganska rent och snyggt. Miljö: Miljön är okej, det ligger i ett bostadsområde, rummet jag bodde i är relativt tyst, men toaletten har en frostad glasdörr och det finns inget lock. Badrummet är anslutet till toaletten utan dörr, och badrummet är relativt litet. Det finns gratis tepåsar, vattenkokare och gratis Wi-Fi på rummet. Hotellet ligger på tredje våningen, det finns ingen hiss och det blir mer besvärligt att flytta bagage. Transport: Om du kommer från flygplatsen, 3000 serbiska valutor, kommer chauffören att be om 26 eller 7 euro. Men om två personer tar med sig tre stora föremål och ett litet föremål kommer de att nekas att ta taxi. Om du tar flygbussen tar det 20 minuter att gå till terminalen (4 euro per person). Om du inte har bagage är det inte långt att gå. Om du har bagage är vägen ojämn och det är inte lätt att gå. Butiken är inte lätt att hitta. Jag anlände på natten och min syn är dålig. Jag såg inte skylten och frågade restaurangen mittemot för att få reda på det. Det finns barer och matgator i närheten, alla öppna till ganska sent på kvällen.
