I had the pleasure of staying at City Centre Rotana Doha and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel combines modern luxury with warm hospitality, making it a standout choice in the heart of Doha. The location is superb — directly connected to City Center Mall and just minutes from West Bay, the Corniche, and other major landmarks. Whether you're in Doha for business or leisure, the convenience is unbeatable. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had everything I needed — from fast Wi-Fi to a well-appointed work desk and luxurious bathroom amenities. The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, offering an impressive selection of international and Middle Eastern dishes. I was particularly impressed by the variety and quality of the food, as well as the attentive and courteous service from the restaurant staff. Other hotel facilities — including the pool, fitness center, and spa — were well-maintained and inviting. The gym was well-equipped and perfect for keeping up with a routine during travel. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. Every staff member I encountered was professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making the stay enjoyable. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, or concierge, the service was consistently excellent. City Centre Rotana Doha is a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and accessibility. I recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

The hotel is nice. Very clean rooms. The breakfast may be the best breakfast spread we’ve had at a midrange hotel. We looked forward to it every day. Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby is a nice treat too. But the pool and “spa” need a lot of work. The sauna and steam room don’t work. Broken panels on the wall. Kind of gross. But overall recommend for the room and breakfast.

Other than the warm welcome from Hussam Alzahrani, the rest was average and below average hotel. It seems that so much was done for this hotel but it was not properly operationalized. A little touch from the management would make a great hotel out of it.

The staff of the front disk is very helpful and kind , really the hotel room is very comfortable and clean.

One Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras. Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service. They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.

I had a higher expectations especially with the value of money paid. Delay in check in procedures although it was 17:30 and rooms were not fully ready. Then I have got smoking room in lower floor completely against what I request , I had to stay for another 30 mins to shift to another room. Additionally,although the hotel is new , it seems that it’s only renovated and a lot of items and paints need to be looked at. The breakfast was mid , but I have to highlight the restaurant receptionist welcoming and positive attitude and relaxing smile. I’m not going to repeat the visit again to this hotel branch
