Hitta 4-stjärniga hotell i Phuket

Detta var min andra vistelse eftersom jag hade bott där tidigare och gillade det mycket. Det är ett gulligt hotell med en distinkt byggnad. Varje gång vi gick förbi varandra mötte personalen oss med ett leende och fick oss att trivas. Det fanns en dagbädd på terrassen med utsikt över poolen, så jag tog många tupplurar där. Det finns en hel del myggor, men de ger dig en väldoftande myggspray. Det är ett mycket bekvämt läge eftersom det är nära till Patong Beach och Bangla Road. Det var bullrigt på natten, men jag var trött och somnade så det störde mig inte så mycket. Det är inte svårt att ta en taxi eller tuk-tuk eller hitta mat. De har också en minibar och vatten för att borsta tänderna, vilket är till stor hjälp. Spaet är också mycket avkopplande och fantastiskt! Vi ser fram emot att arbeta med dig igen när du åker till Phuket!

Inte ett tillräckligt illa hotell. Rummet är rymligt. Rengörs på begäran och nödvändighet. Frukostbuffé med val av 2 grötar, soppa, korv, korv, grönsaker, frukt, äggröra tillagad speciellt för dig med olika fyllningar (läckra) yoghurtpålägg, etc. Gästerna är nästan alla ryska. Det är dåligt att det inte finns några rysktalande i receptionen eller anställda. 15 minuters promenad till havet. Hotellet har ett snabbköp, en restaurang och en massagesalong. Poolen är ren med plats för en jacuzzi. Barnet gillade barnpoolen. Fin utsikt från taket. Nackdelen är dålig ljudisolering. Bullrig lägenhet.

The pool and the breakfast are good. We also had a nice town view. The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room. I'm not sure I'll stay there again.

My stay at the Andakira Hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. We were greeted with a cool towel and a refreshing drink, which was a lovely touch after a long journey. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The bed was supremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries. The hotel's amenities are top-notch. We spent an afternoon by the beautiful infinity pool, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a great mix of local and international dishes, all of which were delicious. Its location is also a major plus, with easy access to public transport and main attractions. We cannot recommend the Andakira Hotel highly enough. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we will definitely be returning. Wonderful location, beautiful sunset views from rooftop pool, and good food and service as well. Been to Patong numerous times but I believe this hotel is now my favourite in the Center of Patong. You can find everything you need nearby and the hotel has everything one needs. We also took the ATV tour from their service desk. We ate in their rooftop restaurant, the food is not bad. We did the steamed fish in lime sauce. Highly recommended for couples!

Hotellet är utmärkt! Ren och stor pool, vackra grunder, ganska rymliga rum. Själva hotellet är bekvämt beläget - det finns många kaféer runtomkring, 7 eleven ligger 5 minuters promenad bort. Personalen är mycket vänlig, alltid redo att hjälpa, de mötte mig sent på kvällen med en drink, hjälpte till med resväskor vid ankomst och avresa. Det enda jag inte riktigt gillade var frukosten och rumsstädningen. Frukostarna är inte dåliga, men den 3:e dagen vill du redan ha variation, det var vanligtvis en hel rad för en omelett, och du ville inte vänta. Rumsstädningen kunde ha varit bättre, men totalt sett var det ok. Duschdörren öppnades inte bra.

Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge. Surin Beach ligger inom gångavstånd. Området är fint, med en pool och två vattenrutschbanor för barn. Barnen i åldern 9 och 11 år var inte alls intresserade av underhållningen. De flesta aktiviteterna kostar extra. Servicen på hotellet är medelmåttig – inte värd priset för rummet. Vi checkade in strikt efter 15:00. Vid incheckningen lovade de att leverera vårt bagage inom 5 minuter, men vi fick hämta det själva efter 45 minuters väntan. När vi försökte duscha visade det sig att kallvattnet inte fungerade – de fixade det i 20 timmar – varför ger de oss ett trasigt rum är en stor fråga för servicen. Rummet är verkligen slitet – entrédörrarna öppnas inte ordentligt, badrumsdörren är skev och stängs inte helt. Rum 2111 hade en våningssäng för barn – madrasserna är ojämna, med ett hål i mitten – madrasserna behöver bytas ut. Även huvudmadrassen behöver bytas ut – trots madrassunderlägget syns metallribbor i madrassen. Detta är helt oacceptabelt för ett stort hotellkedjehotell. Varje gång vi öppnade balkongdörren svärmade en svärm mygg ut. Vi kommer från Sibirien, så vi vet hur myggor är, men här led vi av deras angrepp varje dag. Det enda sättet att fly var att lämna märken på väggar och i tak. Barnen hade fått 10 bett på kroppen efter att de vaknat. Frukosten var ganska god – vi hittade alltid något att äta. Personalen var vänlig, men om man behövde hjälp gick det inte snabbt. Om rummet hade kostat minst 6 000 rubel per natt, inte 12 000, hade servicen varit mindre av ett problem. För det priset är det bättre att välja ett annat hotell.

My stay at Banraya Resort was absolutely perfect! The hotel boasts breathtaking ocean views, and the pristine beach feels almost private. Watching the sunrise over the Andaman Sea from the cliffs at dawn was truly unforgettable. The rooms are well-equipped with strong AC and great water pressure in the showers—perfect for washing away the fatigue of travel. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, especially the authentic Thai dishes, which were a real highlight. The resort’s snorkeling and fishing excursions were top-notch, with skilled and experienced captains and instructors making every activity safe and fun. Best of all, Racha Island remains a hidden paradise—no crowds, just swaying palm trees, crystal-clear waters, and pure relaxation. This is what a true getaway should feel like!

LOVED our stay here and would recommend the place to others. See my below pros and cons. Pros: -the staff was very friendly. They all worked very hard to make sure the guests are happy. -The food was delicious (especially the curry’s). Everything is good except maybe some of the western things like the hamburgers. Stick with the Thai dishes. The breakfast buffet was slightly above average. -The rooms were very clean. No bugs. -They provided us a very nice crib for our nine month old -we never once heard our neighbors, or any guests, through the walls. -The ac worked great. -There is a free shuttle to old town Phuket each day (but see cons below on this). You can use the Bolt or Grab app to call a taxi. This is much cheaper than the on site taxi. -Free ride to and from the local beach (it’s not realistic to walk there because the road is too steep). -The beach is very quiet compared to most beaches in Phuket. There is a bar at the beach that serves all kinds of drinks. There are free beach chairs for you. If they are all taken the staff has large picnic mats for you to use (see below for negatives about the beach) -beach area has a small children’s playground. One of those plastic castle style climb / slide things. There is also two small football (soccer) goals and a volleyball net. -the beach is really nice in its own way. The sand and water is not as beautiful as other Phuket beaches, especially those on the west side, but the views of the nearby islands make it very serene and something the west side beaches don’t have. If you’re not coming to snorkel and see fish, it’s a good beach. There is also lots of shade if needed. -you get one free kayak rental per stay -The sheets in the room were changed every day and were very clean and comfortable -The hot water was really hot and never ran out. -our room had a mini fridge that worked great and had a little freezer section. -The pool is very clean, cool, and relaxing. You can order drinks right in the pool -The upper pool has an amazing view of the Thai islands. Make sure to get to the pool early (8-9am) and secure a chair or two if you plan to have a pool day. -speaking of the view, because you’re on the east side, there are many islands in the distance, making the view’s spectacular. The west side beaches you’re looking out into open ocean. Here you see mountains and hills in the distance. Cons: -they give your room 2 water bottles each day, but you’re stuck at the resort unless you hire a taxi. So we had to continually buy water from the desk or restaurant until we went out to the 7-11 (I recommend stopping at a convenience store on your taxi ride to the resort and stock up on water, drinks, snacks etc that you enjoy) -you have to get a taxi everywhere, even to a convenience store. -There is a small store on site that sells snacks, drinks, souvenirs, cigarettes, etc. but it was never open. We got really frustrated because our 9 month old uses water for his formula and we simply couldn’t get enough water, so we had to repeatedly ask to use the store and then a worker finally came and let us buy some water. -Our room did not have electric outlets next to the bed (could be a pro for some?). Actually, there was only one outlet in the room that was reasonably accessible to charge phones. (Plug outlets are multi purpose, had USA & Europe holes) -The snorkeling is terrible at the Supalai beach. Very murky and cloudy water (The tides are rather extreme here, hundreds of feet of shore line exposed), leaving a muddy/marsh like area at the beach each evening. We even did a day trip over to Naka Yai island and Nahka noi island and the snorkeling was also pointless because the water is so cloudy. If you plan to snorkel don’t stay in the east side. But if you just want to side by the shore, relax, and get in for a quick dip… the beach is ok. -No cloths line In Room to hang wet clothes / beach towels -the free shuttle into town only seats 11 people so you need to r

I have stayed at this hotel twice before, and I don’t know what happened this time. The staff didn’t seem as helpful, almost as if were bothering them. With the exception of the restaurant (the manager in the restaurant is really excellent, always checking up and having a friendly chat with everyone) and bar staff, the other staff seemed annoyed when we asked something. For example, when we arrived we noticed we were missing face towels. I called the front desk to ask for towels. The lady said she would send towels over. After about half an hour and the towels still not arriving, I called again, and I could hear by the way she responded that she has clearly forgotten to send the towels over. Kept waiting and waiting, still nothing. Eventually when we went outside later that night, we found someone had simply left the towels on the table outside the room. Also, one day we were waiting for the staff to come clean the room. I went to the front desk to ask when they were going to clean the rooms, because nobody had been there yet and we were in need of new towels. The lady said they only start cleaning after 2pm, which I thought was strange, because shouldn’t they clean the rooms before guests start checking in at 2pm? I got back to the room, and then realized it was already 2:30pm. Eventually about 4:45 they came around to clean the room, so I assumed that’s the way they do it at this hotel. But the next morning they showed up at 9am to clean the room, just very inconsistent. Also, on our second last day at the hotel, we got a letter stuck to the door, reminding us to check out at 11 the next day because the staff has to clean the room. Where is this coming from? My third time staying at this hotel, and this is the first time I received this note. We have never checked out late before, so I really don’t get it. It’s also really nice that they have the private beach, but it’s very dirty. They try to clean it up, but they don’t throw the trash away. They simply pick it up and throw it on both sides of the beach. Me and my girlfriend saw a lady (a guest staying at the hotel, not hotel staff) picking up trash on the beach, and decided we were going to help her. I went to the bar and asked for a trash bag, and the 3 of us picked up trash on the beach as much as we could. Luckily we made a friend that way. Like I said, I’ve stayed at this hotel and this was my third time, but I really feel like the standards have dropped. Now the main things about this hotel is just the private beach and the proximity to the airport. I will think twice before booking a stay here again. I feel there are hotels for the same price and cheaper that offer better service with more helpful staff. I just really want to thank the manager (the older gentleman with the white shirt in the restaurant) again for your excellent service. You are a star.
