"I had a great stay overall—the hotel offers excellent value for the money. The rooms are comfortable, the service is attentive, and the amenities make it feel like a higher-end experience. The only small drawback is that the soundproofing of the glass windows isn’t perfect, so a bit of outside noise can be heard at times. Still, compared to the price paid, it’s definitely worth it and I would happily stay here again."

"Modern hotel , clean , massive outdoor swimming pool , indoor swimming pool , sauna , steam room, all included in price , We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am Lunch was served from 12.30pm till 2.30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts from cheese cake, Swiss rolls , fruit apples bananas oranges , choclate mouses Also supper consists of a range of soups with breads pancakes , list goes on , There was a diet menu with salads , also coffee and cake is avalaible at 3pm till 4pm I'm bar area , The bar is free drinks from 10am till 11pm excellent service cocktails included , only do half pints though found that strange , Table service drinks were always topped up didn't need to queue at bar and they were so friendly and a great staff team restaurant staff bringing water to the table , Reception is open 24 hours , security on gates only hotel guests allowed in , they offered a spa on site very expensive loads of better value else where , there is a shop on site , also taxi rank is outside cost £18 in taxi from airport to hotel and £12 back from the rank plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping centres in area and dentists if looking for work Lovely views of sea and mountains ,"

"Läget är riktigt bra men nackdelen är att det blir MYCKET STÖRLIGT på natten på grund av livemusik som slutar vid 01:00. Om du är lite känslig för buller och sover tidigt, kan du tänka om att boka här. Annars var personalen ok. De kommer bara att tillåta 1 devide ansluten till deras wifi som fortsätter att kopplas ur ändå så jag var tvungen att ringa dem flera gånger för att fixa det. Ingen hiss i fastigheten, frukosten var densamma varje dag. Men det var ok överlag. Jag var bara tvungen att köpa öronproppar för att hantera bullret"

"Amazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant. Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!"

"Helpful staff and clean hotel with amazing architecture Room was super clean and has all amenities. Shower was clean and had hot water that ran fast. Towels and bathrobes were also available. I checked in late and checked out pretty early for my flight so I haven’t had the chance to explore their hammam, sauna and pools but i found it quite fascinating that they run breakfast for those who fly early starting 5 am! Also it’s quite close to the airport and they offer free drop offs to it around the clock."

"Everything was great except that I could clearly hear the other people in the other room talking at night, it was kinda disturbing but it’s still acceptable for me. Other than that, I loved it."

"The location was excellent. However, I was given a room facing the street instead of the one I booked, and it was extremely noisy, so I could not sleep well. The Wi-Fi barely worked in my room—it existed in name only—although it worked fine in the main building. Breakfast was okay. When I asked to change to a main-building room, I was told it would be possible after the current guests checked out, so I waited. But after they left, the staff changed their story. To make matters worse, the room was left unlocked after cleaning, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall, I was very disappointed because I was placed in a completely different room from what I originally selected."

The staff was incredibly helpful, adding to the pleasant experience. However, I did notice that the bathrooms could use some improvements. Nevertheless, the overall allure of this historic gem and its central location make it a compelling choice for those seeking a taste of Antalya's history."
