How can a hotel with no integrity operate legally? On 20 November 2024, I booked a 3-night stay at Casamax Suites (21–24 April 2025) and paid the full amount of SGD 420.66 on the same day. We arrived at Casamax Suites around 9 PM on 21 April 2025 and proceeded with our check-in. - After presenting our passports and booking confirmation at check-in, the front desk staff notified us that Trip.com had cancelled our reservation. - We were in shock - how could this be? I hadn't received any cancellation notice from Trip.com. To confirm, I double-checked all my booking details with the front desk staff (booking date, payment date, booking number, etc.). Yet the staff still insisted that Trip.com had canceled our reservation. - After such a long journey, we simply needed a resolution that would allow us to check in and get some rest. - The front desk staff demanded we pay €300 before they would allow us to check in for just one night. - Since it was already late, we reluctantly agreed to pay a €300 deposit to check in first, intending to resolve the issue with Trip.com in the morning. I then provided my credit card to the front desk for the deposit payment. - Surprisingly, the hotel refused credit card payments. The staff demanded €300 IN CASH ONLY. - I informed the staff that carrying €300 in cash was impossible since we'd already prepaid our full trip. - Despite our explanation, the staff refused to let us check in unless we handed over €300 in cash. The staff suggested using the ATM at the hotel entrance to withdraw cash with my credit card. - This CASH-ONLY DEMAND raises serious concerns. - We were appalled by the staff’s unprofessional conduct and baseless insistence on cash payment. I formally requested written verification of the alleged cancellation by Trip.com, presenting my payment receipt as proof of the valid booking. - Only after I challenged them did the staff relent, offering to check us in ‘as an exception’ without payment. - I escalated this issue to Trip.com the following day, and they explicitly stated that my reservation was never cancelled. - To avoid further disruption to our travels, we chose to temporarily defer the matter. Despite our decision to prioritize our trip, the hotel’s misconduct must be addressed to prevent future guests from similar experiences. Meanwhile, we strongly demand the hotel provide a reasonable explanation for what happened that night.

Hotellets läge är utmärkt. Allt är lättillgängligt. Om du behöver ta dig längre in i staden finns det en taxistation 80 meter från hotellet. Hotellets struktur och arkitektur är mycket intressant och väl genomtänkt vid utformningen. En grön innergård med ett väl utformat landskap. Poolen är mycket bekväm. Solen är öppen från 10.00 till 18.00. Poolen rengörs och alla schemalagda poolbehandlingar utförs varje morgon. Det finns en pool på innergården under ett tak med grundläggande träningsutrustning för dem som vill gå ner i vikt och hålla sig i form. De försöker göra incheckningen så snabb som möjligt, även om du anländer tidigt på morgonen. Med tidig incheckning förväntade vi oss bara 30 minuters rumsstädning utan extra kostnad. Frukosten är riklig och varierad. En bra kaffemaskin. Du kan välja en plats för frukost på innergården, i restaurangen eller till och med på hotellets utomhusplats. Rummet städades varje dag. Mycket noggrant. Vi bytte handdukar och tofflor varje dag. Eftersom detta är gamla stan kan man sent på kvällen höra restaurangerna och barerna i den gamla hamnen och på andra gator, men det är på alla hotell i gamla stan. Men problemet löses snabbt, det är bara att stänga de fina fönstren ordentligt. Utsikten från vårt rum var över den gamla hamnen. Väldigt pittoreskt. Jag gillade verkligen hotellet, vi kommer att återvända till det vid vårt nästa besök i Antalya.

Modern hotel , clean , massive outdoor swimming pool , indoor swimming pool , sauna , steam room, all included in price , We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am Lunch was served from 12.30pm till 2.30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts from cheese cake, Swiss rolls , fruit apples bananas oranges , choclate mouses Also supper consists of a range of soups with breads pancakes , list goes on , There was a diet menu with salads , also coffee and cake is avalaible at 3pm till 4pm I'm bar area , The bar is free drinks from 10am till 11pm excellent service cocktails included , only do half pints though found that strange , Table service drinks were always topped up didn't need to queue at bar and they were so friendly and a great staff team restaurant staff bringing water to the table , Reception is open 24 hours , security on gates only hotel guests allowed in , they offered a spa on site very expensive loads of better value else where , there is a shop on site , also taxi rank is outside cost £18 in taxi from airport to hotel and £12 back from the rank plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping centres in area and dentists if looking for work Lovely views of sea and mountains ,

Hade en riktigt bra tid - hotellet i sig hade inte mycket men att kunna utnyttja faciliteterna i huvudhotellet tvärs över gatan var trevligt. Tyvärr var stranddelen avstängd på grund av byggarbete och naturligtvis kommer man alltid att få se själviska människor som bokar poolstolar tidigt på morgonen så det var svårt att hitta en bra plats om man inte gick dit direkt efter frukost.

Отель отличный. У нас был просторный, современный номер с шикарным видом. В номере есть все необходимое, чисто, комфортно. Все соответствует выбранному номеру на сайте. Отмечу, что отель 18+, т.е. без детей, неплохая шумоизоляция, спокойно, реально отдыхаешь. Хороший завтрак на выбор из специального меню, все вкусно, можно выбрать несколько блюд. Из ресторана прекрасный вид на море, гости отеля явно наслаждались завтраком и видом - располагающая атмосфера. Отдельное спасибо персоналу отеля, знают свое дело, приветливы, решали все вопросы, заселили быстро, все документы были подготовлены к нашему приезду. Администратор хорошо говорит на русском языке. У отеля есть свой ”пляж”, место с шезлонгами и спуском в море, в летний сезон должно быть здорово отдыхать здесь. Отель находится недалеко от старого города, рядом с городским парком, все в пешей доступности (достопримечательности, рестораны, магазины). Остались довольны на все 100%.

L’hôtel est super bien situé pas mal de restau et de fast-food à coter a aller à pied, Le personnel sont super souriant, agréable, Malheureusement le petit dej pas très copieux ( exemple pas de jus que du thé, plus de salé que de sucré ) La piscine est incroyable elle ferme à 00h si je ne dis pas de bêtise La plage juste à côté, y’a pas mal de chat et de chien qui traîne autour de l’hôtel Mais je le recommande car j’étais plutôt alaise

Konumu ve manzarası ike oldukça güzel bir otel. Akşam bistrosunda akşam yemeği, sabah beach inde ücretsiz ikram edilen detox suyu ve denizi muhteşem.

I had a very enjoyable time at this hotel. It was very clean and private. The staff was friendly and hospitable and it is centrally located in the old town of Antalya. I would stay here again! I will definitely tell my friends to stay here if they have the chance.

The hotel located in nice location, but they had few small problems. 1) they didn’t had disposable toothbrushes, that’s a big disappointment 4 star hotel. 2) they don’t give water everyday. 3) the rooms a bit small and a bit loud at night. 4) the menu they should add english to it, because it’s a bit annoying to translate all the time. The only good thing is the beach is very nice.
