Make yourself a home cooked meal in our fully equipped kitchen. There are two dining areas with seating for 10 guests, with an additional four stools at the custom built kitchen island. Off the kitchen is bedroom #1, the master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and a large master bath with a free standing tub. Bedroom #2 is also located on the main floor. This cozy guest bedroom comes with a queen and Jack-N-Jill bathroom. You will find the laundry room on the main floor as well. The back deck is accessed from the living room and master, and features a covered outdoor dining, grill, seating area and fire pit.The downstairs den provides a second living area where guests can spread out. Warm up by the fireplace, enjoy a drink from the bar and play some pool. Step out on the lower level deck and relax in the adirondack chairs or the hot tub. This floor you will find bedroom #3 with a queen bed and Jack-N-Jill bathroom. Bedroom #4 is the bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds and access to the shared bathroom. All living rooms and bedrooms (except the bunk room) have smart TVs.Other things to note: Pets are not allowed at this home. Please note that there are 2 exterior security cameras facing only the street and driveway. There is a paved driveway with parking for 4-5 vehicles in addition to the garage where guests can park two cars. AWD or 4WD is recommended for winter travelers. Environment: Please understand we are located in an area with lots of tress and wooded area beside us. Creepy crawlers and rodents are common for the mountain region. We do our best to prevent any issues by having exterminators spray the property but things do get in at times.
