Our cottage has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. There is a bathroom with a shower on the main floor and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. It also has a toaster and coffee maker. There is a dining room that seats six and a living room with an electric fireplace and cable television. It also has WIFI. Upstairs is the second bedroom and a half bath. In the front of the house, there is a screen porch with seating perfect for morning coffee. It has a back deck and a large yard with a fire ring, firewood and chairs. We also have a charcoal grill and a picnic table. The cottage is within walking distance of Herbster and beautiful Lake Superior. This three bedroom house is nestled in the trees on 12 acres in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin. Enjoy the many year-round outdoor activities. Outdoor seating and grill make it a perfect spot for a summer cookout, a relaxing place to unwind or have your morning coffee. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a King bed and patio door to the deck. The main floor bathroom has a toilet, sink and bathtub.Upstairs are two more bedrooms, both with queen beds. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.Walk down the path to the river where there is a small bridge and plenty of shallow areas for the kids to play and swim. Enjoy floating in a tube down the river from the bridge to the house.You will often see deer, birds and other wildlife on the property.There is a portable AC unit in the living room and portable fans in each bedroom. It typically cools down at night here, so opening the windows at night is a nice option. The house is well insulated so if you open the windows at night and close them in the morning the house stays pretty cool.Please be aware that we are on well water that has a high mineral content.
