The Barn at Toad Hill is truly unique! It's a small barn (about 700 sf) that was moved into the property and completely remodeled. It has modern touches but keeps its rustic charm. There's a nice covered porch on the front. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville and about an hour from Gatlinburg. We are also a short drive from the airport. Or drive another 7 minutes up the 129 to Chilhowee Lake and Abrams Creek- Hwy 129 and Happy Valley Rd is a popular kayak input. These boat ramps are free. We have inflatable paddleboards/life jackets available to rent upon request. Cades Cove hiking and biking are fantastic day trips- Abram Falls Trail is a favorite!
