Watch the kids play in the huge yard - swinging, jumping on the trampoline, playing games, or catching fireflies. Other things to note:- There are two Smart TV's on site for your enjoyment. The water is safe to drink but there is also a water cooler provided, if that is desired.Please note that the blacktop driveway is relatively steep and may require 4-wheel drive in icy/snowy conditions.The property does have two security cameras both located outside. One is between the garage doors and the other is on the side porch overlooking the yard. These are for safety purposes only. If you tamper with any camera it is a 250.00 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. Relax and enjoy time away in a modern cottage that lives large with an open kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,200 square feet.The Space:All living spaces are on one level with one step (sidewalk to front porch) access. Maximum occupancy is 6, not including infants. Pets and parties are not permitted.BEDROOMSBedroom 1 has twin sized bunk beds and a queen sized bed with a full bathroom with a walk in shower in the hall. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed with a private full bathroom and a tub shower.All beds are fitted with luxurious linens, multiple pillows (firm and soft) and extra blankets.BATHROOMSBathrooms have towels, washcloths, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.KITCHENFully equipped kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, dishes and flatware, as well as a full sized refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and the all important coffee maker and a french press.
