The open concept main floor boasts a brand-new kitchen, large dining space and cozy living room with an antique stone (gas) fireplace. Also located on the main floor is the primary bedroom with a king bed and gorgeous ensuite bathroom. There is a powder room located on the main floor as well as a spacious side entry area for all your shoes, skis, and beach towels. This property features a large two-car garage that will allow you to keep your vehicle out of the elements. The second level of this home includes two bedrooms, an office space, a full bathroom, a bonus room with games and additional sleeping space. The first bedroom has two queen-sized beds while the second bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed. The office can be used to work, if you have to, but could also be used as a mini nursery for the littlest of guests. The bonus room includes space to play and relax. There is a flat screen tv with gaming capabilities as well as a retro arcade game. The wrap around front porch features plenty of space to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over Lake Charlevoix.
