Children are welcome here! However - please keep your children safe. Home is not childproofed.1. Check-in /Check-Out:Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Unless otherwise approved by your host. All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked.Check out process: When you check out, please make sure all doors are locked and secured, and that the house looks reasonably neat- like the way it was found. We do not expect you to scrub it clean it but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in.*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.2. Sauna:Use the sauna at your own risk.Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.Pregnant women and persons suffering from chronic illnesses should consult with a medical professional prior to using the sauna. The surface of the rocks, heater and surrounding area can be extremely hot. Exercise caution.This sauna is a dry sauna. Please do not pour water on the electric coals. Do not use the sauna to dry clothes, swimsuits or towels or place materials near the heater or guard fence.If repair or assistance is needed, contact the host.3. JacuzziUse the jacuzzi at your own risk.Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.If pregnant, consult a physician before use, particularly in the first trimester.4. Parties or Events:We do not allow parties, loud gatherings, or events of any sor
