In the winter, you can enjoy ice fishing, duck hunting or take a 45-minute ride to Song or Labrador Mountain for a fantastic skiing experience. The Skaneateles ski mountain is just 15 minutes away. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounge chairs on the patio. The house has 70 feet of clear water for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding directly from the shore of the house.
