"After a long trip from Hong Kong to Chicago, i always stay a night here. Easy access from ORD with everything. Take the skytrain and you got home. Take a night and start my next journey to next couple cities in US. To me, it is not a hotel but a soul hub to relieve my physical and emotional fatigue."

"Hotel is in perfect location along the river. Lake view room also has river view. Buffet breakfast is top notch and the food at the Big Bar is pretty good. Wings and nachos were a hit."

"The hotel’s best value lies in the location — 3 min to Starbucks Roastery, ~ 15/20 min walk to the magnificent mile, and close to subway stations. But lacking certain facilities which I consider necessary to ensure safety of solo travellers (access to different floors only by room keys, and a safe). Also the bed in the room was close to the door, so I could hear the elevator bells and people’s conversations in hallway. For housekeeping, overall the room was well-cleaned. However, the housekeeping staff still knocked on the door trying to come in the room, when I hung up the “Do Not Disturb” sign. Overall, good hotel for a short stay."

"Great location for my business trip. The hotel has free shuttle bus every 30 mins to and from O'Hare Airport so very convenient. It has all the facilities and services I needed so satisfied in general. Foods in the restaurant were delicious, waitress Viktoriia was nice. Just a couple of notes: 1. If the hotel could post the airport shuttle bus schedule and exact pickup location details on their web site it would be much easier for first time visitors; 2. In the room 526 I stayed, the basin in the bathroom appeared to be partially clogged and draining very slowly. Hope they can fix it before the next guest complains."

"Be careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. Hope the information is helpful for you."

"This is the second time my husband and I stayed at Eurostars! We live this hotel for it's close proximity to a lot of shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, supermarkets, bars. I love that they have a sauna to use whenever I need a detox. The room is spacious and the staffs are super friendly and accommodating! This is such a hidden gem and my go to hotel whenever I visit Chicago! Definitely go to their restaurant downstairs which is situated within the hotel (River North Bistro) for Happy Hour!!!!"
