Republic Have a Blast summer celebration and Fall Pumpkin Daze are highlights of the year. The Fountain of Life Home is located just down the road, very very close to Spring Creek Estates Wedding and Event Venue. It is near Clever Event and Wedding Barn -15-20 minutes.The Springfield-Branson Airport, and newer and expanding industrial park are easily accessible and merely minutes away. The home is conveniently located close to the City of Springfield with easy access to I44 and James River Expressway, to get to all parts of Springfield fairly quickly. This home is a spacious 1500 sq ft home on one level except for a few steps to enter from the front porch (2), garage with handrail (3), or back patio (2). Security cameras outside only away from private areas, and ring doorbell. Security alarm that will not be active while guests are present.FAST WIFIEV CHARGER LEVEL 2: Located in garage. FRONT PORCH PERGOLA: When you arrive at the Fountain of Life Home to enter the front door, you will be greeted by a nice front porch pergola with a bench, two-person glider, and two individual gliders. Make sure to enjoy sitting on the front porch while taking in the family-friendly neighborhood. FRONT DOOR CODED ENTRY: The blue front door has a coded lock. To enter the Fountain of Life Home, put in the last four digits of the primary registered person’s phone number to unlock the door. *This door will lock after a little while. LIVING ROOM: Upon entering the front door, you will be in the large living room of the home. It has a large 65 inch ROKU TV (live TV available and streaming with your own account), very comfortable furniture including a La-Z-Boy recliner and very cushy couch, and lots of pillows. In the larger corner armoire, guests will find games, toys, and puzzles with a puzzle table top. There are throw blankets next to it in a basket. A selection of books may be found in the TV cabinet. A gas fireplace makes the area extra cozy on those cold evenings. FOYER CLOSET: To the right of the front door you will find the foyer closet. In this closet is a high chair and pack-n-play for our youngest guests. BEDROOMS: At the front foyer, turn to the left to go to the three bedrooms down the hallway. This home has a master suite with a king-size bed to the right. To the left is a room with a queen bed, and then one room with two twin beds. All bedrooms have dressers, closets, luggage racks, large ROKU TVs, ceiling fans, and lamps with charging ports. Extra pillows and blankets are available. BATHROOMS: There are two bathrooms in the home-one shared in hallway for guests in the queen and twin rooms with a tub and shower combo and one vanity sink, and the master bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom with a large walk-in shower and two vanity sinks and separate makeup vanity. Towels, wash cloths, and a basic starter supply of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. KITCHEN: The kitchen is located to the right of the living area. It is FULLY equipped so guests may prepare their own meals if so choose. Feel free to open the drawers and cabinets to explore. There are all newer appliances, serving dishes, plates, cups, silverware, bakeware, and pots and pans. There is a toaster, crockpot, waffle maker, and mixer available to use-located in the pantry. There are basic spices, vegetable oil, and balsamic vinegar. Paper towels and dish soap basic starters supplied. Grocery stores are nearby. WalMart will deliver to this address. EMERGENCY ITEMS: To the left of the dishwasher you will find a fire blanket and a first aid kit. A fire extinguisher is located in the pantry beside the refrigerator. This home is centrally-monitored for fire and carbon monoxide. DINING ROOM: The dining room is next to the living room and adjacent to the kitchen. It has a dining table and six chairs. LAUNDRY: Laundry area off kitchen has a new washer and dryer for guest use. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets available. SPECIAL TREATS: Let us know the snacks and drinks you like and we will do our best to stock some of these items for your stay. For all guests, we do provide coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. A variety of snacks and treats are also readily available for a quick very simple breakfast or anytime snack, and popcorn for movie watching. Refrigerator holds bottled water and specialty drinks. Fresh cold water and ice may be accessed from the refrigerator door. PARKING: Parking is located onsite with a 2-car garage and in front of home in a large driveway for three-four cars, depending upon size. Free street parking also in front of home. Hot water heater and furnace are also located in the mechanical closet. We are off the beaten path with 5 acres of beautiful land to explore and admire, yet only a short 10-12 minute drive into the city of Springfield. The home is approximately 1700sqft and can accommodate 5-6 people comfortably.The home has 2 bedrooms that have queen sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with full tub showers. The third bedroom has a full bed, and there is one powder room (half bath).When you step through the front door, you’ll be awed by the unique octagon/dome shape, unlike any other home in the area. The space is open and spacious, with a large kitchen complete with full sized refrigerator, microwave, electric range stove and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to create your favorite meals and serve your guests. We have a dining table that seats 6 as, well as the star of the room, the antique island in the kitchen with three stools for more seating at mealtime. This island we custom made, from an antique bar, added beautiful spaulding maple butcher block. You’ll love the living space with a comfortable sectional couch, mounted flat screen tv with access to Netflix (and other streaming services). While the couch is not a pull-out bed, we find very comfortable for a guest to sleep on at night. Help yourself to any of the books on our shelf! You’ll appreciate the spacious laundry room with washer/dryer and complementary detergent and fabric softener. We even have a pre-wash stain remover - just in case! An iron and ironing board will be available for you to use. We also have cleaning supplies just in case of any accidents that cannot wait for the cleaners to come. Two bedrooms (one en-suite, one stand alone) and a powder room round out the domed living space. We have a backyard deck for you to enjoy - feel free to use our grill and have a family cookout! You’ll find a walkway leading from the dome to our master suite. Within that space we’ve got two accent chairs and a table - a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee as you look out the floor-to-ceiling windows and take in the beauty of the surrounding woods. You’ll see two barn doors welcoming you to the master suite. Relax away from the rest of the group in your own private wing (which also has a tv) and enjoy an additional outdoor patio off your room.Just so that you’re never without what you need, we are happy to supply shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, body soap, hand soap, body lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, and toilet paper. Our kitchen will have regular dip coffee. Help yourself to our stash of healthy energy drinks, protein bars and bottled water - in case you need to grab something on the go.Our water comes straight from the local well - the best and most pure water to drink. No water filters needed!There is a fire pit, with wood for your use down by the well house in the front yard. We also have corn hole (bag toss), in the front closet as well as a card table and a few board games. You'll find plenty of seating which is great for coffee, conversation, reading, or work. If you want to relax, take a nap on the hammock in the shade, or cozy up to the fire pit. There is also a gas grill for those that like to BBQ. The seats on the front porch offer another place to sit and relax with beautiful views. Or, if you prefer some friendly competition, play ladder golf with your guests in the designated front or back yards of the guest house.HOUSE #2: COZY CABINThe charming exterior of the cabin is reminiscent of a quaint cottage. Enjoy sitting on one of the unique, old wooden chairs on the front porch. Once inside, you'll notice the blend of rustic charm and modern design. The space is approximately 400 square feet so it is a tiny home! But...who knew that tiny living could feel so large?! The space is cozy but arranged in a way that you might forget you're in a tiny home! This cabin sleeps up to 4 people with one bedroom and one full bathroom.COZY CABIN: LIVING ROOMThe living room has a queen-size pull-out couch. Kick your feet up on the poofs or use them as additional seating. The furniture is perfect for having a casual conversation, working on your laptop, or watching your favorite show/movie on the Roku-enabled TV. COZY CABIN: KITCHENThe kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, glass-top stove, microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cooking basics. Small appliances are also available such as a blender and toaster. Guests can help themselves to coffee from the Keurig or coffee pot. Make sure to check out the refrigerator, too, for some hidden treats! The dining table and 4 barstools are between the kitchen and living room, creating an open-concept layout.COZY CABIN: BEDROOMThe bedroom has a queen-size bed. You can watch a movie in bed from the TV (equipped with Roku). Next to the bed is a multi-port charging unit compatible with apple or android products, where guests can charge up to 6 devices at once. You'll also find ample storage space, hangers, a locked safe, iron and ironing board, extra linens, and some classic games to play with your guests.COZY CABIN: WASHER/DRYERThe cabin is equipped with a full size, front load washer and dryer. Check-out extensions cannot be granted; we need to ensure the cleaning crew has adequate time to prepare for the next guests.BOTH HOMES: PRIVACY FROM MAIN HOME The Hidden Gem and Cozy Cabin SHARE THE SAME PROPERTY WITH THE HOST'S PRIMARY RESIDENCE. All three home share the same driveway but they are COMPLETELY SEPERATE HOMES with their own yards. The Hidden Gem and Cozy Cabin are also situated in a way that supports plenty of PRIVACY FROM THE HOSTS HOME and the surrounding neighbors.BOTH HOMES: OTHER THINGS TO NOTEThe HOSTS LIVE ONSITE in the main house. While the homes share the same property, they are completely separate structures. The Cozy Cabin has its own designated front and back yards, separate from the primary residence.
